The sales associate was very attentive and helpful when I needed a new car battery. They were able to look up my previous battery purchase history prior to purchasing a new battery. I was thankful for this because my battery was under the 3 year warranty. They honored the warranty and replaced my battery at the cost of inflation for the new one.

Will never purchase an auto battery from here again. Battery went bad in 12 months and unlike every other auto repair shop, you must show a receipt or have it logged to your account at the store in order to get any kind of warranty credit. Not necessarily not against the store, but O Reilly policies in general. Look elsewhere.

Daniel Mitchell went way above and beyond to assist me in t-shooting an issue with my vehicle not starting. I was convinced it was my battery, but after thoroughly checking he noticed an issue with one of the Wires not properly connected/seated. This would have cost me hundreds of dollars to find at a repair shop, but thanks to Daniel I was able to avoid this. He had great attitude and spent time to help a customer he could easily have gave up on. I would hire Daniel to work for my company given his genuine caring attitude and honesty. Thanks Daniel and O Reilly please recognize him accordingly.Joel W

I went in to get a battery changed and Ronnie didn t even act like he wanted to it let alone be there I would give this a rating one star but then it won t be posted but as much as the employees stand around you would think the place would be cleaner

I was stuck on the side of the road so I sent my wife to pick parts up from this store to get me going while I waited. I sent my wife screenshots of the parts I needed and all showed to be in stock at this store. When she came back, I immediately realized the belt she had was way too long and was a different brand than what I sent her to show the employees. Although the part number was the same, the belt between the two brands was completely different. I understand these things happen, and was not upset at all. At this point it was 9:50PM and they close at 10:00PM. I called and spoke to Daniel to ask that he or someone could stay a few minutes after 10:00PM incase my wife was slowed down for any reason on her 8 minute drive there. She would have been there and gone no later than 10:02PM. Told him just to purchase a belt and leave. Not wasting time exchanging, going through the parts catalog, ect I had the part number and money ready to go. Daniel, said no. He had closing duties so he was not able to hang around even 2 minutes to help someone on the side of the road. I asked if I could pay for the part over the phone and have him just leave it outside for her to pick up. Daniel said no. I understand that it is closing time on a Monday night and they may be tired and ready to go home. What I don t understand is the lack of sympathy Daniel had. I am on the side of the highway and everyone is closed at this point. I had to send my wife 30 minutes away to a 24 hour parts store because Daniel could not spare 2 minutes of his time.

Friendly, helpful customer service! Usually have what we need: can order if they don t have it. I see the staff stepping outside to assist customers frequently at their vehicles: how nice!!Glad to have this store close to home.

Was swinging by to run in and grab 1 can of freon on my way home from work. Was quickly chased out of the store as it was 5 minutes until closing. Wow. Couldn't ring up one item? I was off work an 30 minutes late serving the customers who patronize the business I work for. Sorry I imposed.

The employees here are very helpful and go the extra mile! My front license plate holder had gotten replaced after a car accident and I was having trouble installing it. An employee named Joshua not only helped me find the correct hardware, but he got his toolbox out of his car to help put holes in the holder for me. I was purchasing a $5 hardware set, but the service he provided was outstanding, regardless of the amount of money I spent in the store. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone and I will be back!

Time for a new battery, so this O'Reilly was convenient today. They swapped the batteries out for me...done in 15 minutes. Courteous service! Wow, battery prices have been going up. This 3 year battery was 30% higher than the last one for comparable cold crank.

Worked for oriellys for a period of time before coming to this location in January of 2020. Spent over 2k dollars alone at just this location on restoring my old car. Called to see if they had a part in stock and the lady on the phone referred me to shop at amazon even though I went in later in the day and they had the part in stock. Seemed the lady was more interested in turning away customers then trying to do her job.

No problems getting my parts but they were under warranty. I paid with my card and they immediately took the funds out. Returned the old part within two hours and I have yet to receive my money back afyer two days. Unacceptable.

Getting worse, quality of managers are lacking. Each one they get starts with a poor customer service attitude. Then that bleeds down on the rest of the staff. Sad.

Richard Collins was so extremely helpful and efficient!! He was very knowledgeable and skilled at changing out my hard to reach battery that was corroded. It was terribly cold and wet outside, just plain misery and he was so kind to change my battery out despite the horrible weather!!

You just can't go wrong stopping in at O'Reilly Auto Parts. It's like a guy's shoe or purse store, I could wander the aisles for hours looking at all the performance parts, paints, and accessories. Always experienced staff here to answer your questions and help make sure you leave with the proper part to get the job done right.

Went in to get a couple pairs of wiper blades with someone and my dog waiting for me outside in the car. The computer that helps you pick the blades no longer goes with a straight inch measurement, instead gives you proprietary codes for each individual wiper from each manufacturer, making them that much harder to find. A middle aged couple (I'm 27) was waiting for about 5 seconds to use the computer, that was too long for them so they went to the register to get help right as I walked up to it behind them. Not only did they take away my register guy, but after he helped them he brought them to the front of the line and checked them out when I was clearly standing there with my stuff and was clearly there before them. I might have gone to the second register but he decided to help someone who was also there after me instead of calling me down. When I was finally checked out the clerk was decent to me, but was noticeably more talkative and smiled more helping the middle aged couple. I don't if you guys just hate you males or what, I was buying wiper blades (high end ones at that) not neon lights to put under my crummy del sol, but you've lost a long time customer to probably internet shopping. No lines, easier to find parts, and no meat head clerks. Oh yeah... I won't be using your website either, looks like it was designed in 1995.

Worthless. Told them I didn't like the way a code reader worked and it was needing to be wiggled to hook up, told me he wouldn't return it.

Great place, great guys. The euless location wouldn't machine my perfectly fine rotors and made that call without even measuring. Drove 12 mins over here, let them look at them and told them about my experience with euless and the all looked baffled. William (assistant manager) turned them in very well in about 45 minutes. Picture is posted as well.Props to William and these guys for rocking.

Been a customer for years. I have the points membership, used for many years. Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars with y'all. I bought a Reese tow ball mount and fitted into my hitch. Realized it wasn't going to work because it didn't have enough drop for the trailer. The guy Wouldn't accept the return because he said I scratched it, it was scratched up and scuffed up when I bought it. Didn't think anything about it because it's a trailer hitch. Anyways, you guys lost a customer over a stupid $50 hitch.

I needed to replace a brake light for a jeep with a GPD wsrning ticket on it. I could have paid tens to over a hundred at a quick shop but Will the Asst Mgr got me set up with advice and a pair of new bulbs for under 10 bucks. O'Reilly in Colleyville is my go-to auto store. Will also check my engine light for FREE compared to a little quick shop's $100 charge. I only needed a $5 fuel additive.

Good company. I much prefer them for auto parts. They are friendly and helpful. Returns are easy. Their prices are always competetive. They have a lot of locations so its always easy to find one.

I love this little store. My son just got a new car and wanted a few things to personalize it. The employee walked out to his car to make sure that the new stick shift ball would be a good fit.

What a joke of a place! CRAPPY customer service! Stopped because my check engine light came on. I was told "It's a $500 machine. We cant take it out in the rain." (It was BARELY sprinkling) went over to Autozone and got taken care of immediately. Autozone on Harwood, in Hurst - great staff!
