We were rear ended and insurance recommended them. Excellent team. They kept me informed during the entire process, answered my questions and made sure the repairs were properly done, vehicle was clean and returned to us as quickly as possible. Would definitely use them again.

Overall body looks good, and put together nicely. I picked up my truck on a Friday. I noticed some parts on the front bumper missing, and a tire wasn't changed. They said I would get a call on Monday to have those done. It's Saturday. No call. This is July 4 week, so...

My vehicle was totalled this week and the other drivers responsible. I called repairs on a tow in and got laughed at. I think getting laughed at is worse than losing my car because repairs are Coming. Nothing is stopping this laughing at people in bad circumstances in the future.

I m not too sure who did the repairs on my car, but they were utterly lazy and an imbecile. I left with no gas in my tank (left my car there with AT LEAST 200 miles left in the tank), then left with no door handle. Lovely right? I have to climb around the passenger side to get in my car because someone was either lazy or inexperienced to not put the bolts back into the door. The bolts are no where to be found for this to be personally fixed. I am very disappointed, upset, and honestly embarrassed I can t even open my drivers side door. This is ghetto.Service: Body & Trim

When did paying cash for something become a problem? The only repairs this business is currently doing have to be done through an insurance claim? Unbelievable Response provided to email link provided: This is by request from my Google review:I contacted your company today and requested service for paint scratch repair due to deep paint scratches around my rear glass after a bad glass removal. I was told quote, We are only accepting repairs through insurance claims and asked again to clarify. I was again informed that I could not bring in my repair and pay cash, that this company was currently ONLY accepting repairs for insurance claims.

The insurance company of the other driver recommended JHCC and I am so glad they did. Sabrina welcomed us as soon as we stepped in the door and then the excellent service started, we filled out the paperwork and she called the rental car agency(Enterprise, was great also) Marcus and Sabrina walked around the car and marked what was accident damage and what was not and explained everything they did. The time frame given was 2 weeks, we got the cat back in 1 week. Repairs were perfect. The Paint match was excellent and this was a 2007 car. Marcus went beyond our expectations on keeping us informed and going over and above the repairs needed.Thank you for an excellent experience and we will recommend you to all our friends.

Work was done appropriately, however, car was delivered way too dirty, even inside, I get car was not gonna be detailed, but was extremely dusty inside and out, also a reflector was pending to be installed, took them four months and many (MANY) calls following up to finally get it resolved.Quality work nonetheless.

Some hoodlums decided they had nothing better to do than go around and scratch peoples cars with rocks. My truck was scratched by them pretty bad all along side the driver side panel. It was so bad the entire panel needed to be removed and painted for sure. I almost took it to the dealership but after reading the reviews for lone star collision I decided to give them a shot since they are local. I took it up there and was greeted by the lady I spoke on the phone with. Within five minutes they had given me a fair quote on the work and a timeframe of when they would get it done. They said it would be done in three days and it ended up being done in two. It's great knowing that there are small local businesses that do great work and don't give you the runaround. I was very happy that the price never change from start to finish. I was also extremely delighted to see that my car had been washed and detailed on the inside and outside. I would highly recommend anyone that needs any sort of bodywork on their car to go to lone star collision. Thanks y'all!

They did an awesome job on my SUV. They gave me a great price and stuck to it. They kept me updated throughout the process and had it ready exactly when they said they would. It was super clean inside and out when I picked it up. I could not be happier! Thank you Lone Star!

Excellent service for my vehicle and my wife over the past few years. I would strongly recommend Lone Star Collision for any type of body work. My paint required (3) layers to match the original and I am very pleased with the result.

The Team at Joe Hudson's in Colleyville were a pleasure to work with. I took my car in after an accident and the car looks like new! Had my 2013 VW CC worked on by this place and wholeheartedly can recommend this place to anyone that wants to get their car done and done right. Taylor was awesome to work with and dealt with the insurance companies flawlessly. Have had nothing but terrible experiences with body shops and insurance companies, like Service King who is trash. This place said what they were gonna do, they got it done, and got it done right. Period. Don't take you car anywhere else

Great service. Had my bumper and taillight replaced after it was hit in a hotel parking garage. There was also damage under bumper. Lone Star Collision called with updates throughout the process. SUV looked great when I picked it up and I was beyond excited to see that it was detailed. Super clean inside and out! I hope I never have to use a body shop again but if I do they ll be my first call.

I believe in supporting local business owners when I can. I needed some repair work done on my RDX and a friend recommended Lone Star. I was no disappointed, they were courteous, timely with updates and the vehicle looks great. I will definitely recommend to others.

They did a wonderful job on my daughters car. The job was completed quickly and it was a smooth process. They updated me through the entire time it was in the shop which made it easy. The work done on the car is perfect.

My beloved Infiniti G37 Convertible was hit by a company truck back on my birthday, of all days! I was originally going to take it to the local Infiniti dealer but they outsource their body work. After searching online and reading reviews, I found Lone Star and decided to trust it with them.I could not have had a better experience! When I got my car back it was pristine and spotless, both inside and out. They exceeded my expectations in every way! I've been to many collision repair centers over the years and have never come close to finding such great customer service and fantastic work. I like supporting local family-owned businesses and Lone Star fits the bill. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Thank you Lone Star!

My 19 year old son received a quote on some repairs to his vehicle on the front and back bumpers. We dropped off before our vacation and left he vehicle for almost two weeks. There was a miscommunication between my son and the shop in the repairs that we wanted completed, but in the end, the shop went out of their way to make it right and I'm fully satisfied. Honest and ethical.

They do great work and are very friendly. They arranged to have a rental car company to pick me up and kept me informed of any changes when they discovered more damage to my car when some driver who had no business driving hit me. They coordinated with the other guy's insurance company about the extra work.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from a collision repair center. Super professional, answered all questions I had, and it looked as if my vehicle had never been damaged. Will definitely be going back if I ever need future service.

Lonestar Collision is gone?? They worked on many of our cars and were hands down the best! I definitely will not make the drive to Colleyville for whoever took it over. Once you have had the best the rest just do not make the cut.
