I was extremely impressed with their service. We had a huge storm last night, power outage, hail, and small limbs down. I am sure the company is busy but they found time to get out here and replace a broken window for me. I contacted them at about 8:12 AM and they were out here and done by about 10:30 AM. How good is that! Thanks Glass Doctor, you are now forever in my contacts list for glass repair.

Alexis Diaz took the time to explain how he was going to repair a gap in the door of our office building. He was professional and completed the job quickly. He followed up after the repair to ensure I approved of the work and to allow me to ask questions. I appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail.

Had two glass rock chips on my windshield. Cost $175 to fix at Glass doctor and they did a good job. The repair is guaranteed in that if that chip develops a crack in the windshield the repair price will go towards a new windshield with Glass Doctor. It took a little over an hour to fix both chips. I waiting in theirs office waiting room while they did it. Recommended.

Edward EJ was on time to the appointment. He had to return to the warehouse for forgotten products. He was very apologetic. He returned quickly. He replaced both windows easily. He was very polite and respectful.

This company s local office quoted and replaced 2 windows for me in my breakfast area in Keller TX .. great company, I was impressed. Ask for Eric J. - he installed.. very pleasant, very customer service oriented, timely, quality workmanship, what more could you ask for. Whatever Eric J. Is being paid, he deserves a raise! Edward Story was the young man who came out to replace our window. He worked very diligently in the rain, putting the window in. He had a very good sense of humor about him. It was late at night and I know he was tired, but he did not give up. Thank you, Edward for such a great job!

Incompetent, careless and unprofessional, those are the 3 words that come to mind when I recall my experience over the last month with Glass Doctor.3 trips, 2 new windshields and a poor attempt at repair (cover-up) and my windshield still leaks. Manager will not answer calls, return calls or engage at all.Finally gave up and took my car to another shop, you can see where the adhesive was placed, there was a 3 area where it was not contacting the windshield, at all.Stay away, far away!

Very responsive. Installer very conscientious. Took about 2 hours from arrival to completion. I stood by with him for almost the whole time to observe the process. Interesting process and tooling to permit one person to make the repairs.

I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor of Fort Worth. The office was friendly, it was easy to communicate (phone, text, or email!), and our Installer was extraordinary! He was courteous, pleasant, and went above & beyond to help me fix a screen even though he only there to replace the glass on my back door. Thank you so much, Glass Doctor of Fort Worth!!

Chris and Felipe were exactly on-time and finished within the time they quoted. They worked very quickly yet were super careful around the house. They were very friendly guys and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend Glass Doctor for foggy glass replacement.

Kudos to our installer Chris Reyes. He showed up well within the allotted time frame, was very professional, and worked efficiently to get our window replaced. Glass Doctor as a whole did an excellent job from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Avoid. Very bad experience with a simple windshield chip repair.Had a simple "batwing" chip (small impact point with 2 small radiating cracks). Came by once during business hours, was turned away by a young lady because they were "in the middle of a meeting." Came by a second time, and this time they could take us (too bad for us). The same gal from before ended up doing the repair herself. It took nearly an hour and we watched her from the lobby struggling and getting frustrated for most of it.I've had several windshield chips repaired before so I know the basic process. It looked to me like she skipped steps (skipped: dremel drilling the chip to clear a path for the resin; 3 cycles x warming, chemical, suction; and finishing with pit filler to cover the impact point).Sure enough, when we got the car back the cracks were still clearly visible and the impact point was still rough, could feel it with my fingernail. We were late for work by this point, but called 3 times subsequently, left voicemail messages that never got returned.Today, we drove down there out of desperation just to get someone's attention in person. The same gal was there. She supposedly called the (absent) manager to discuss our concerns, only to declare (without looking at it himself) the repair was fine and there was nothing more they could do.Maybe these guys are good at other things related to glass and windows, but they are seriously lacking on current windshield chip repair techniques.EDIT: Their reply leaves me even more unsatisfied. It ignores the main points about unsatisfactory customer responsiveness, evasiveness, and lack of interest in even examining the chip afterwards. Very telling...

Recently had work performed by Glass doctor replacing glass in a number of windows that seals had broken. The company was very professional and all work was performed to our satisfaction. Excellent work by installers, Eric Joiner and Bobby G, who were very polite and left everything in "neat" condition. Thanks for all your help in getting this project completed. Would highly recommend this company

I have used Glass Doctor multiple times to replace glass with broken seals. Reggie Herron, the installer, is extremely professional and does a great job. On site, the service is awesome. Reggie is also very good with communication. My only complaint is with the company (not installer) that the last couple times the responsiveness to a request for service, a subsequent question or date of install has been lacking. This is no way reflects on Reggie or the work product. I will continue to use them due to the wonderful service provided by Reggie. However, the company needs to work on their communication system prior to the appointments. Thank you.Service: Glass installation

They quickly assessed what was needed to replace the glass in our door with blinds in the middle, ordered the glass cut to size and kept us informed on appointment time and arrived when promised, quickly installed the glass and carried off the debris. Very professional and fast service.

I ve never replaced a window, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. It just took longer than I expected. Two weeks for the glass on one two-pane sash. I do understand there are apparently difficulties getting glass from manufacturers lately which is wild. The first tech (Mr. Henderson) was super friendly and suggested a week at the most but thought he could get it expedited. A week was already a long time to be letting the heat of the summer and whatever else in through that window, but he came out and was a nice guy so I went ahead and paid the deposit. The week passed and I d heard nothing so I call and they say I m scheduled for like 9 days in addition to the week I ve already waited. Ok. Again, deposit is paid and how long might it take to restart the process with another company? I get a message that they ll be out the other day, but I work in the front room and saw no hint of a Glass Doctor van. I send an email at 20 til the end of the arrival window. They did reach out and apologize. Jobs run long and I get that. So, we decided the next day. The tech (Mr. Ramirez) did make it that day. He was friendly, funny and helpful. Got the window fixed and replaced in maybe 10 mins. If it weren t for the delay and the price (over $500), it d of been the best, but it was still pretty dang good. Thanks, guys.

worst customer service, they have no training at all in how to deal with people, they cannot even answer simple questions, plain stupid way of handling calls....not recommended at all...UPDATE: I can assure you that I dialed your number and you guys got angry because I asked several time for a very wide ballpark figure of the cost for securing some windows

Stopped in a few weeks ago for a warranty windshield repair on my F150. One of the hottest days of the year, but the young lady that assisted me got right on the repair and did an excellent job. Went above and beyond and repaired it as close to original as possible. Great service and honored the 1 yr. warranty I had purhcased with replacement.

Reggie H. is the technician who came out for the quote and did the work. Every single time he arrives on time, is friendly, professional and personable. He takes pride in his work and respects your home. Life is busy and no one wants to have to schedule one more thing but with Glass Doctor it is so easy and when Reggie shows up with a smile and a friendly hello it is like you are dealing with a friend not a stranger. Excellent product. This is the second job Glass Doctor has done for us for a total of seven window replacements. They use high quaility glass and Eric Joiner, the installer was super professional. Very economical price overall.
