If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would. Long story short, I ran over an 18 wheeler tire on 35 and I had a bunch of lights come on. Ethridge got me in and out quickly, not only did they repair the shredded wires under my fender, they were also able to accommodate my last minute oil change request. When I received my vehicle back, I saw they topped off my fluids and aired up my tires (something the Jeep dealership has never done). Ethridge s great pricing, alongside their customer service is something that truly can t be beat.

I want to Start by saying, if you have a car problem, you need to bring it here. Long story short, I ve been in and out of auto care shops, and having a hard time with my car and Etheridge s Helped me out tremendously. I brought my car in and they made My car feel brand new. Kathy is so helpful and the whole shop in general is awesome. I will 100% forever recommend this shop.

I recently reached out to Ethridge Auto regarding a pre-purchase inspection for a used car I was hoping to purchase. I called them because 1) how many car repair places have a 4.8 star rating (!!!) and 2) because of the content of the reviews. Understandably, they were sorry to inform me that they were booked solid but the gentleman on the phone, Kim, took the initiative to ask me if he could call me back after looking to see if they could work me in. Long story short, he asked me to drop it off the next morning ("the earlier the better").They were able to inspect it the next day. I was impressed by the format and thoroughness of the inspection report, realizing it contained valuable data points for future reference (scheduled services related to manufacturer recommendations, etc). Thankfully they gave it two thumbs up and we are now the new owners.Would you believe they did not charge me a dime for the service? Obviously, it's part of their marketing strategy, but based on reviews and their customer load, I was still floored. The icing on the cake was how gracious both Kim and Cathy were on the phone with me.I replied to Cathy in an email report, "You guys are a shining light in the darkness of car repair shops!"Thx again, Ethridge Auto Center! :-)

On my road trip to DFW, I encountered some car issues. Ethridge Auto Center got me in first thing Friday so I could have my car fixed before heading back out of town.They showed care and concern for me, and I felt I was in good, honest hands. They have a great reputation! I would recommend taking your car to this mechanic for any needs you have.

I give this rating 5 stars due to a good friend of mine that uses them and knows several others that do in our church. She said they are Christians. Very honest and thorough . I needed an estimate for small body work. They do not do body work . Ha. Mechanical only. Busy place.

This place is genuinely fantastic. I waited a few months to post my review to make sure everything they fixed stayed fixed, but I've had no problems at all on my car since letting them take a look. Prices are fair, the service was fast, option for vehicle dropoff, and my car runs better than ever and has working A/C. 10/10 would recommend.

A well-deserved review of Ethridge Auto Center. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, poor communication, broken items and ridiculous repair times on items they broke.This place effectively ruined my sons first car experience. I picked up a functioning mustang for my son for his 16th birthday and brought it to Ethridge for a major tune up. After Ethridge was done with the car, it was broken in multiple areas. To add injury to insult the car sat for 2.5 months. From a timing standpoint things got so bad I ended up having to go in person weekly to find out the status on the car because they were not returning my calls. The following items were damaged: One of the shifter bolts was sheared off which then fell into the shifter linkage and stopped the car from shifting into 4th gear. The grounding cable at the rear of the motor was not reconnected which caused a short in the fuel pump relay. The clutch fork was not adjusted properly which would have caused premature disc wear. The clutch cable was completely frayed and literally hanging on by a string this should have been brought to my attention.Service: General repairs & maintenance

THANK YOU to Craig and the team at Ethridge! Got our car in QUICK (less than 24hr turnaround) because they knew of a wedding we needed to get to. Honest prices and great customer service. If our car ever breaks down in the area again we ll be back!

I get so much anxiety when I have to have a repair done to my car. If you are that way, too.. please call this auto repair center and let them help you. They are SO nice! Always busy but their work, professionalism and work cannot be overstated. I will not have anyone work on my truck or auto because their work cannot match Ethridge. I have been using them for over 10 years and they have never let me down. I recommend them 100 percent without any reservations. Their charges are very reasonable.

What an AMAZING place!!! I was quoted 195 from one shop, then I called Ethridge, got a quote for 130 which was perfectly doable for me. I brought my car in, got AC fixed and then only paid $65. Everyone was so friendly and professional. If you're looking for a place that does good honest work without overcharging for simple repairs, you don't need to look any further, Ethridge will take care of you!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

WOW! Just WOW! I found my new mechanic! The dealership wanted $800 for a new oil pressure sensor. Craig and team did it for $300, and that included an oil change that normally costs me $100!. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am and it was ready in 3 hours. These guys are the real deal. I will use them every chance I get. The most honest and reliable auto shop I ve ever been to. The staff here have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to fit the needs of each time I brought my car in. I ve taken our cars here several times over the years for various problems and have never had a bad experience. Each experience I ve had with the employees of Ethridge has always been respectful, personable, and left me feeling like my car and money were in honest hands and that guarantees my return for any future work I need done on my cars.The latest work I had done this summer was replacing a radiator fan, a part which was on a nationwide back order and was going to take over a month to get in no matter where I went. Ethridge came through with the part less than a week after I initially called them and my car was fixed and back to me in one day. Also, as it was our only car to get around I didn t have a way to drop it off and get back home- an employee at Ethridge was more than willing to drop me off at home while the car was at the shop (and took the time to do so during their lunch break).I definitely recommend Ethridge for reasonably priced, trustworthy, good quality service. That can be really hard to find in an auto shop these days, which is why I appreciate this business so much.

I recently dropped off my V for brake service. I was happy to find somewhere that would let me bring in my own parts instead of having to just choose from whatever they have in stock. Craig was great to work with, he runs a good team of mechanics. The job is flawless, the brakes bite just as hard as they used to, no squeak, no vibrations. Good dudes, good prices.

I called and asked about a potentially expensive repair on my wife's SUV, then decided to drop it off with Ethridge. Butch called me every step of the way once I dropped off the car and made it clear that my repair wasn't serious, fixed it the same day, and got it back to me in much better shape. Great work, quick turnaround; friendly, honest service. I would certainly recommend this shop if you need some auto work done.

My suburban broke down on a Wednesday night heading home from work. Had the tow driver take it to Ethridge because we have worked with them before. I called the next morning just to confirm they received it and they already had my vehicle in the shop. Within an hour of that call they already had the problem pin pointed. They were super honest about what I needed to keep it running versus every minor thing wrong because it is a 2004. By Friday my car was already done and ready for pickup and it cost way less then I had planned for. Amazing customer service and superb repair job. Im so glad to have ole Bessy back. Took my truck in for an oil leak and brakes. I've heard nothing but great things about this place so I figured I'd give it a shot and I couldn't have been more impressed. To their response time, honesty and quick communication it was all first class. They took time to explain to me what the problem was, what needed to be fixed, what it was going to cost me and then asked if I had any further questions. They've earned a customer for life.

I had my oil changed and my window shield wipers fixed (they wouldn't shut off). I have no problems with the vehicle now! They even suggested things they saw while they were under the hood that need to be done in the future. I'm so glad to know and budget for these expenses instead of being blind sighted on the way to work like I was with the wipers! The technicians are knowledgeable and the office staff is friendly. I will definetly be going back!

The repairs on my truck were going to be too expensive for me and Craig had my truck towed back to my apartment at no expense to me. Thank you so much Craig, that helped me out so much and I appreciate your help more than you know. That was very kind of you and very rare to get that kind of treatment these days. I recommend Ethridge Auto to everyone especially beacuse they are good people.

What a great and honest group. They are very kind and knowledgeable with you and your vehicle for prices you can t beat. I ve dealt with gas, diesel, and aquatic mechanics and ethridge off 26 is the most honest with labor hours I ve experienced in sometime. It was quite refreshing to know they weren t trying to make a quick buck off me. Thank you Todd and ethridge for your help/ service!
