Always a good price and quality service. Service manager Tim does a good job with honest upfront communication. They have worked on several of our vehicles and much more than just a transmission shop.

These guys were recommended to me by a mechanic at Jiffy Lube in Euless, and boy am I glad I brought it here. Tim is great, his guys are thorough and their attention to detail saved me a lot of time, money and worry. Will definitely come here from now on when/if I have car issues.A+++

Took my daughter s car here to take care of a slipping transmission. They were able to replace the transmission quickly and for a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the service we received. They also alerted us to another issue that would be easier to fix while they already had things taken apart. They sent pictures of the area and everything. Very glad we were able to take care of both issues at the same time instead of having to spend more at a later date. I definitely recommend these guys.

Twice I have went here and both times the manager Tim has jacked up the price on me from his original quote I mean like 1k more but the second time I called him out went from 1200 to 2700 back down to 1900. On top of that we got a transmission from them that went out at 16k miles. They did replace the transmission on warranty but wouldn t say what happened to the transmission just said the inside fried no details. This guy is not an honest person. I read a lot of these reviews and none of them seem right to me cause both times I ve been to the Colleyville store were like none of these reviews. I mean the second time I went there they said my truck was ready and I get there and my truck is completely dead. My experience here has not been to great.

Would never recommend! I chose them to install a new transmission because they were a little cheaper and it was a horrible mistake. I believe I have brought my truck back 4 times now and the brand new transmission still doesn t function properly. The guy at the desk is rude and has acted annoyed about me bringing my truck back to hopefully get fixed. Highly recommend using another place.

Their rebuilt transmission failed after 33,000 miles leaving me stranded 500 miles from home. This is very unacceptable and has just caused so much grief and frustration. This is my long term experience with this shop. Initial repair was in 2017. The initial customer service was pretty typical, nice folks and they were timely with the repair, but just wanted to share that it's still really disappointing when you spend $2,700 dollars and after only 33k miles your back in the same hole again. At the time I was furious, in the end I'm just really disappointed. I did reach out to the shop fully expecting the reaction I got. I was clearly outside the warranty and was basically told I could bring it in and have it diagnosed, but I no longer lived anywhere near the shop. I was basically told "Oh well" in nicer words. I wouldn't say I don't recommend this shop but I personally wouldn't use their services again.

Tim is the best, most transparent guy in any auto shops around here. I felt very welcomed and included on the whole process, which is not something the other auto shops in the neighborhood ever do for me. They gave me a free diagnosis, and a price breakdown before starting any work on my car so I could call and ask questions if needed. Got my car done really quickly. It s a hole in the wall kinda shop from the outside, but I promise it s worth your time to go to Tim and his team. Can t recommend it more!Service: Engine repair

Tim is the GM and he has a heart of gold. My friend was in town from Mississippi and her AC was not working in her car. Every quote she got at home was way too expensive. Took it in to Tim, and he suggested a used control panel that is in great condition. Her car is a 2014, so that made perfect since. She was only in town for a few days. Tim put a rush on it to get it done. He went above and beyond to help my friend that is going through a rough time. She got in her car and her AC was so cold. She drove home with a fixed AC because Tim made sure of it. I cannot say enough good things about Eagle Transmission. We found our place in Colleyville to get cars fixed,Tim took care of my daughters car next. We had another great experience. I strongly recommend Eagle Transmission! Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Was here to get a diagnosis on my car, and they were thorough and professional. While couple other shops couldn't figure it out (including dealer), I researched bit more and found this business on ATRA website. They were just fantastic, totally nailed the root cause within an hour and also DID NOT CHARGE ANY FEE . Pure gold. I will be sure to bring all my cars here, anytime, and everytime....5

10 stars!!! Out of all the issues/Repairs I ve had with my 2014 Dodge Avenger; this BEST repair experience! Tim was great! Quickly assessed the issue and figured out why my car was leaking transmission fluid. He ordered the parts, my car was fixed less than 24hrs! GREAT experience!!! Niel and the crew did a fantastic job on my vehicle! They rebuilt my transmission and transfer case for a very reasonable price. A few weeks after the rebuild I had a check engine light. Turned out a part used in the rebuild failed (not Eagles fault). They didn't hesitate to order a new part, drop the transmission and make the replacement letting me know the repair was covered by the warranty.Tony (the owner) and Niel kept me informed throughout. I highly recommend Eagle Transmission in Colleyville. They are professional, thorough and reasonably priced.Service: Transmission

Done right! Brought my 98 Jeep Wrangler in to fix a leak from another transmission shop. Tim ensured all necessary steps were taken to completely remove the support plate, pan and properly repair stripped bolts resulting in no leaks! Also got 4 new shock absorbers and the Jeep runs great.

Great customer service! Tim is very honest and trustworthy and quick. I walked in, no appointment and I needed a part that had to be ordered. Love the service I received from Eagle Transmission! I was in an accident that was deemed a total loss in early April. Instead of accepting the insurance total payout, I chose to retain the vehicle (and resulting supplemental payment) based on a lower repair estimate that I received from Eagle Transmission. For me, this was a big gamble. First, I had never worked with ET before and second, I was taking a chance that their services would be good enough to repair my car for the long haul. It should be said that I use my car a lot for work and these repairs had to be done right the first time - no more new cars for me for A WHILE! Needless to say, my car was in great hands. Tony kept me abreast of the repair progress daily and my car now drives like it's brand new. To be clear, I've waited a month to give this review because, honestly, I wanted to make sure my review was based on a more lived-in experience. I actually just returned from a vacation during which I drove 800 miles across TX and I experienced NO problems. In fact, I initially reserved a car rental for the trip but canceled last minute. I have no regrets. In fact, canceling the rental left me with more money for travel souvenirs! LOL! I hope I don't need repair services again any time soon but, if I do, I know exactly where I'm headed - to the reliable folks at Eagle Transmission! Thank you so much Tony & the entire ET team! Todd was an absolute sweetheart! I dropped my car off at the shop when they were closed one night based on a phone conversation, and had my car back the following evening, running perfectly and well cared for. I highly recommend Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair. They've done some fairly major repairs on our cars over the past year and a half, and they've always completed the work quickly, and at a fair price. I recently took my 2003 Escape in for brake work, and was expecting to be out a few hundred dollars and to be without my car for a day or two. Instead, Todd told me my brakes are fine - just needed a cleaning to stop them from squeaking. That kind of honesty is rare, and I wouldn't take our cars anyplace else.

What a great place. It started with a call. Dave the manager was honest, straightforward, and most of all personable. When I stepped into the shop. Dave told me exactly what to expect with the transmission inspection, and when to expect it. All promises were kept (How many mechanic shops do that?). Prices were reasonable and fair and what I was told. I think what impressed me the most was being told to come back in 15 days for a "check up". Basically, the work was done timely and correctly,The customer service was excellent and Dave showed that he really cares for his customers. As far as I'm concerned, not only will I go back for any transmission issues I have on my vehicles, I will bring them to Eagle Colleyville for all of my vehicle repair needs.

Have been using Eagle Transmission for many years and have always been pleased with the service. (It's also nice being recognized when I stop in or call for a repair.) Over the years with a combination of 8 vehicles, they have not only changed transmission fluid, but changed an axle, repaired brakes, and performed engine tune ups. Today, I brought them my F150 which had the #7 cylinder misfiring. Todd and his crew found that it was a stuck fuel injector and since they had changed they plugs about 10,000 miles before, didn't charge me anything for this additional work. I will continue to be a long-time and loyal customer here! Great work and customer service.

This place has been around since Grapevine Highway was a two lane road. Tim is a fair guy and so helpful and knowledgeable.Fixed my A/C, converter, and battery. These guys were able to diagnose the issue with my car quickly and perform the work within the time discussed. Really good feeling of no bait and switch like many times in car repairs. I will definitely bring my cars to this shop going forward and will recommend to all!!

Todd at this location has impressed me to no end. I am a Master ASE technician with an L1 certification in Houston Texas and had a friend of mine break down at a school function at the Fort Worth convention Center. I contacted David, which used to run this shop, and he assured me that Todd would take care of the problem promptly and fairly. Boy am I impressed!!! Not only did they have his truck towed in a timely fashion, but they understood that he was in a bind and repaired the truck in a very reasonable time frame and the cost was EXTREMELY fair!!! Kudos to Todd and David from another Eagle shop!!! GREAT people!!! This isn't the first time that David has helped me get my out of town friends and clients out of a bind!!!

I took my son's car in after another shop warned me of a torn axle boot when we started hearing noise in the front end. I left it and basically said fixit, they did, turned out there was no torn boot and all that was wrong was the plastic inner fender had come loose. They charged me nothing for diagnosing or for fastening the fender well back in place. First rate, honest is the best description I can give. I had used Eagle before for a transmission repair and the thing that was most important to me with that kind of repair was getting it done and understanding the cost. At that time I had little faith in repair centers. Eagle surprised me be explaining the cost of everything from parts to labor and my options. Really laid it out. It was one of my better experiences. When my car stopped working recently I had not considered Eagle as I had no idea they did regular car service. While pulling up Angie's list there was Eagle. I read the reviews and called. From the moment I called to when they delivered my car is was great. They went the extra mile to call the dealership about the service light that was showing a bad sensor. It was 700 bucks but it was erroneous, turned out it was a side effect related to something else. Instead of just going for what would have been a logical assumption and replacing that, they figured something didn't smell right. They found the issue was a fuel filter. The cost was so much less than expected. For me, I found a place where I trust the guys.
