Caliber Collision did a beautiful job of repairing my King Ranch truck. The quality was impeccable as was their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is picky about repair quality and workmanship. The experience is the best I have ever had with auto repairs.

Caliber collisions is the best auto repair in dfw area! They are kind, respectful, and have excellent quality in their repairs. The manager Kyle listens and was able to help me figure out different options for my car repair. Brianna at the front desk is warm and friendly, and makes sure you re happy with your appointment. Overall a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend caliber collisions to anyone needing their car to be fixed!

Caliber Collision provides excellent service in all areas. First, we were warmly and professionally received by the young lady who works at the front desk which set up positive tone for our experience. Next, Keller assessed the damage to our car as a result of an accident and also provided recommendations needed for repairing other damage. We received weekly rogress reports via texts. We were happy to receive information. That completion would be four days ahead of the originally scheduled date. When we picked up the car, Keller join us in reviewing the work completed. We were totally satisfied with the excellent work of the technicians. Our car looked beautiful. We highly recommend Caliber Collision in Grapevine, Texas.

My husband and I were extremely happy with the service provided. Not only was the team fast to get the job done, but they went over and above with adding an additional surprise to our Jeep. I believe your team even washed the Jeep, which we didn t expect. But it definitely made us feel like we practically had a new car. Thank you for your service. We will definitely be recommending your shop to any of our friends who might need your services.

Easy process... drop off the car and pick it up when it's ready. Caliber did all the insurance paperwork and I just had to pay the deductible. Lots of text updates. Repair on the car looks great!

Caliber Collision is the best. Alex is a friendly receptionist and Chris Sotzen is the go to man!My car was a wreck, and other shops treated me like walking dollar signs. Then came Caliber Collision. Mr. Sotzen's genuine care and honest assessment (no sugarcoating!) gave me hope. Their meticulous repair and stunning detail work transformed my car. It wasn't just fixed, it was reborn. And the lifetime warranty? Unbelievable! and car detailing is an added bonus. Now, seeing my friend's car back in another shop after another "repair," I truly understand Caliber's promise of being there for you. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the service agent who handled my vehicle. They work closely with the enterprise car rental, which made it so easy to get in a rental. They finished the work ahead of time and truck looks brand new.

Great work on restoring my front bumper. It looks like it s right out of the factory. Customer service was great as well. Kendra worked with me and was very professional, kind, and communicative. I m pretty sure they even shined my tires as well!

I'm stuck without a vehicle, I call yall for repair questions and you put me on hold for 10 minutes Just to hang up on me. What kills me is some brainless millionair is sitting around somewhere whilst his business hurts people in Poor conditions, but keeps making money and allowing his employees to treat people in Need like GARBAGE. I wouldn't call this location ever again, and I wouldn't recommend service here period.

Greg is the best. I brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for front bumper repair after it was almost pulled off by a curb. They gave me the option of a new bumper for about $2000 or a quick repair job for about $200. With over 235,000 miles on the car I chose the cheap repair which they told me could not be guaranteed due to how much damage there was to the parts that hold the bumper on. When I picked it up they charged me nothing for the work because they couldn't guarantee it but the bumper is staying on. Great people. Honest. I will certainly bring my car back for any future repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I was somewhat nervous to have my vehicle repaired here, based on the reviews. Wow, am I so glad something in my gut told me to go with them. I received customer service that actually blew my mind and a vehicle that looks and drives better than before the TBone hit! Thank you guys so much for the amazing experience through a bad situation. David Smith is a General Manager who actually cares about people. So rare these days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The team at Caliber Collison was amazing, I had substantial damage to my rear bumper and other centers quoted me around two months for repairs. Kendra and the team had the work done in just over two weeks. I also asked about my wife's suv and Kendra had that repaired for me same day. Amazing service and superior customer service, thank you Kendra and team.

My car needed repairs after a minor parking lot fender bender.The folks at this location did a) what they said they were going to do and b) they did it in less time than they forecasted. They kept me in the loop with good communication. My tailgate was broken so I took it into caliber collision. They were able to get it fixed within 30 minutes and charge a really reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.
