I recently purchased a single post 6600 pound lift from these guys and it s been a great product. It s allowed me to do more things at my shop and its unique mobile characteristics is perfect for a smaller shop like mine. The customer service has also been top-notch. I ve called a couple different times regarding parts and they ve always been great to deal with. I will continue to use this company for further lifts once I grow into a bigger shop. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I bought the Stratus SAE-MS9000XT mobile mid rise scissor lift for my garage. Staff went out of their way to answer all my technical questions, shipping was swift, prices were great for the high quality products, and Nick was extremely patient and helpful keeping me updated!Definitely recommend this company! You won t regret!

These guys have been great. I purchased a couple of lifts second hand and something must have happened in the move and the pistons started leaking when reassembled. I contacted Stratus and they were very good about sending the correct replacement parts to get the lifts back up and running to 100%. Thanks guys I really appreciate it and will make you my first stop when purchasing new lift equipment.

Bought the 10k lift from these guys. Packaging was not sufficient and it showed up beat to hell. FedEx forced our warehouse lady to accept the package so returning it wasn't an option . Took probably 20 phone calls to keep them on track on the damage claim and to get me paid. The money paid out would not bring the lift back to new quality. The lift is of super low quality outta the gate. Needed a 10k so I could lift diesel pickups and it's sketchy to put my wife's suburban on. The 3 stage arms bend like they're frowning. Each stage has a ton of room to move side to side and up and down. Terrible engineering. Instructions are vague and poorly translated. They know it's a problem. They know their packaging is a problem. They choose to fight the fires rather than fix the issues. Save yourself the head ache and spend the money to get an atlas. I wish I would have.

I purchased a Stratus UT-8000 lift. Everyone was very helpful with the purchase, pick up, and getting the lift installed and sorted. I did have a problem after the install that ended up being a simple fix. Not sure the origin of the issue, could have caused during shipping or could have happened during my install, as I did that by myself. Stratus worked hard to help me troubleshoot and work through the issue. Everything is now working as it should and the lift is a fantastic choice for my situation. Excellent lift, fantastic customer service.

I am impressed with the quality of the product and even more so with the level of customer support. I had trouble raising and lowering the lift when I first installed it last weekend. I called Stratus up 1st thing on Mon morning @6am CA time and got help within the hour via Google Meet. We met again the next morning on Tues and resolved my issue 100% plus had a short Q&A. Being a support engineer myself professionally, I appreciate the work the support team has done for me in order to get the lift operational. Oil change anyone? :-)

My search for a hydraulic lift began in 2020 when, after 28 years of working on cars on my back using floor jacks, jack stands and ramps, I became completely sick of it. And I'm not talking oil changes here; I'm talking clutch jobs, transmission changes, suspension modifications and tire/wheel rotations. Just setting up jack stands safely under my vehicles took me about an hour. No more! After researching lift possibilities online extensively, STRATUS rose to the top because of its offerings, especially in the scissor lift arena. I arrived at the scissor lift option because a two-post lift would not fit in my garage properly (I park two vehicles in an average-sized garage (although my ceiling is 10ft, which is great). Anyway, I wanted a lift that remained in place that I could part on top of. Enter my first lift from STRATUS, the MSOC80E. In the interest of full disclosure, I ended up having some issues with this (now discontinued) lift. One of the safety latches did not release on one side and the weight of the vehicle ended up bending the replaceable tooth bar. So why 5 stars? Well how STRATUS handled the situation was amazing. I spoke to the owner a few times and we reached a satisfactory replacement plan for a newer design, the MS9000E. Now THIS lift has been amazing, and what I'm basing my review on is the excellent customer service I received and the performance of the MS9000E. I use the 9000 a lot. I work on my own vehicles and this lift has taken me through probably a hundred different jobs so far, including a suspension change, big brake upgrade, a manual transmission conversion, sway bar swaps, and supercharging my LEXUS GS400. It has also lifted heavier vehicles, such as our HONDA Pilot and a friend's 4Runner with ease. Tire rotations went from 1-2hrs on the ground to 15 minutes! I can honestly tell you that owning this scissor lift has changed my (automotive) life. I am a YouTuber and vehicle enthusiast, and I just love owning this lift. Good lift and great service. Bought a SAE P48 lift a year ago. Assembled easily and worked flawlessly.I needed a new part for it (backed a truck into it...not the lift's fault). Stratus was great and got me my part. They even offered to take a replacement part from a complete lift rather than waiting on their supplier for my part.

I live in Norway and was looking for 50mm pin Cradle Pad adapters for my two-post lift. I could not find any in Europe, but several vendors had them in the US. I contacted many but none was interested in shipping to Norway. But thankfully I contacted Stratus, and they had no problem with shipping them to me!The box was beat up when it arrived, but the pads were all there unharmed, and to my delight they fit perfect on my lift! Looks to be of very good quality.Service: Vehicle maintenance

I had the worst experience with this company. They sold me an expensive lift. It was delivered seriously damaged. They mailed a couple parts from China and I had to fix it. The rest of the damaged parts were never taken care of. They said they would file an insurance claim and she Suzy has been giving me the run around ever since. It s been almost 2 years and I have to look at that hunk of metal every day with a big sticker that says Stratus Auto Lift. I was disregarded as a customer and have never been compensated for the damaged lift. Buy at your own risk. They don t care about the consumer. I figured that a business being in Texas would have some customer concern but this company doesn t. I hold this company responsible for any damage to life or property.

Have had my stratus lift and tire machine and balance for over 3 years with zero issues. I am about an hour from stratus so I just picked it all up at their warehouse. I use them all several times a day for my business.

I purchased the MS 9000XT PLC and am extremely happy with it. Very well constructed, easy to set up, and use for all of my Ranch needs. I use it for Diesel Ranch ATVs to heavy pickups. Easy to move around my shop and doubles as a very large work bench. Best of all, I feel much safer under a vehicle now than a fixed two post. Had a question and customer service was excellent!

I bought the 6600lbs single post lift from Stratus back in early 2020. The lift has been awesome and is my favorite piece of equipment. It's portability makes this lift so versatile. The customer service at the time of purchase was very good. But I now need a new indicator light and some different truck adapters and the customer service was stellar in helping to facilitate that! Fast communication and very helpful with very fair prices. I also got some touch up paint while I was at it as well. Good product so far and great customer service!

This lift has more than exceeded my high expectations. Worked on multiple cars just put a transmission in a 07 expediton el and after running my 04 deisel across a certified scale to check weight the lift had no issues. And the best part is the staff that back it had a small issue when it arrived they set up a video chat with a tech and had it going in no time.

Amazing lift ! I couldn t imagine getting anything else super wide makes it easy to back up these wide vehicles, and the arm length is longer then any other lift I ve used

I called in for help with a Stratus SAE - MS 8000 X and unfortunately the package is income with any instructions but getting this set up was a breeze with the help of Ms.Suzie walked me through it via Facetime and what experience it was to get such results great results Done so quickly I thank her tremendously and I do recommend anybody who needs any help to contact stratus and speak to miss Susan she would definitely help you in more ways than you can imagine

I, Phil Puckett, purchased a scissor lift and would like to say good job to the tech support staff. I recently purchased a MS9000xt. After I received the lift I had a small problem which the tech support took care of in an expedient manner. I was grateful and impressed with their service. I love this lift and it has sure made my life easier in changing oil, and other vehicle services. Will highly recommend this product.

I work for ABF. I make pick ups and deliveries to Stratus never have a problem picking and delivering freight.The people are so helpful here. They will try to do anything to help you. I deliver equipment and pick their equipment up going to other places You ll have a good experience here!!!

Suzy and team are very helpful. Purchased 12k lift, tire changer, and wheel balance. After slight issues with lift everything was resolved and taken care of. Extremely well built equipment. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality affordable equipment.

Bought lift less than a year ago had issues getting the lift, shipping issue. Lift came in, it was the wrong lift. Lost a couple of days of work because of issues. Past is the pastPresent time my lift had a malfunction last weekend. Hydraulics held thank goodness and my truck wasn't off the ground very high. I called stratus on the following monday about the issue. I was optimistic from my past experience I had trying to fix the issues with shipping/ getting the right lift. They were very informative and willing to help. We had many emails back and forth with great communication and in a expedient time frame. The issue was for the most part resolved, just haven't got the parts yet. My experience this time was 180 degrees different. They handled the situation in a TOP NOTCH way. Great communication, very informative, speedy responses, very helpful. The lift is very useful, manuvalable and easy to use. Hopefully the parts will ship with no problems and have a happy ending, I think it will.Thanks again to Stratus and thier rep. who I worked with to solve the issue.Four star because I don't give 5 stars to anything, nothing is perfect. This experience was close.Thanks again.

Bought an older mid level scissor lift used. The lift part works great, and the engineering is solid, but the locking mechanism needed new solenoids. Suzie from engineering worked with me diligently, even though she was very busy, to find and ship me the parts I needed at a very reasonable cost. Looking forward to completing the project and using this lift for many years to come.

Purchased a 4 post lift and it arrived on time with minimal issues. The issues were addressed in a quick and timely manner. Customer service was fantastic and called to make sure everything went well with assembly. Will do business again

Ok, on edit, I had missing parts and contacted Stratus a second time because I had to. This experience was absolutely stellar and I learned a few things about the lift I bought..First, they know the instructions are in need of revision and they are working on that. Second, they had a few lifts that were shipped with minor issues, they are actively working that as well. They know of the issues and are working to correct those but they are not in direct control of the QC at their manufacturing facilities so they get to deal with that on their end and they are doing great at it.I adjusted my rating to 4 stars because of this contact with Sarah and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would still be frustrated by the instructions but feel confident they would be there to help with any issues you might have.

Awesome company. We purchased a c10 lift last year and love it. Suzy helped throughout the entire build(even late at night) . We just purchased a pad lift from them Suzy was extremely helpful again.

Take it from a former employee. If you're looking to buy a lift or shop equipment in general, save the headache and your hard earned money, and go with other brands. Most of the 5 star reviews were from former employees. I am so glad none of my automotive aficionado friends and or family ever bought any of Stratus' products. The instructions is as good as chucking it in the trash and figuring it out yourself. There are other brands that are equivalent and or better such as AMGO, Tuxedo, Triumph, BendPak, and Challenger. The owner of this business couldn't care less about you or products sold to you. Claiming any kind of warranties, and or damaged items is like pulling teeth. You will be given the run arounds on why it was your fault to begin with; you'll end up paying for a warranty item, not get anything at all, or ignored for months on end.Business is pretty shoddy, while I was there, terms of employment changes on the fly and pay agreements made between employees and the owner were not honored. In the beginning there were no official paperwork of any employment. Even when I left, the only paperwork is direct deposit from ADP. To this day the owner still have not paid me some of my wages that I earned while I was there, she claimed that I did not earn them to which I have every proof that I did. Owner often drove off distributors carrying Stratus' products, along with previous and current customers.Many employees quit because of the way the owner runs her business. All the previous complaints are real complaints that happened on a daily basis. Work environment is pretty toxic and I'm not sure if she's even following Labor Code. Again, save your money and go with a different brand.
