My experience was all good from the moment I entered the building. She was friendly explained everything during tour of the units. I was notified in advance of any changes that affected me such as price changes. I have no complaints about my experience or customer service.

It was good other than the last 2 months. Apparently there were website issues which I was unaware of which caused a missed payment so I was 2 months behind on payments, even tho I was on autopay. Then, it was argued that I was never on autopay when I clearly was, and when it was figured out, management back tracked what they had initially said.

Not to bad of a wait when it came to getting the unit definitely very professional, but my only concern so far was rats that were spotted near the gate close to the office that I spoke with the front desk agent about so as of now my only worry with this storage facility would be the infestation of rats that I was told about once I questioned them about them . Just would advise in the future to be honest about everything up front instead of a customer having to come ask.other than that this is a great facility in a perfect location!

Answer the phone. Been calling for 2 weeks now and still nothing. The number ending in 5531 is either incorrect or they simply decide not to answer.

Love this place! It has a wide selection of storage units, its gated, has security cameras to keep your stuff safe, and has an awesome manager! Candace is extremely helpful and friendly. She always greets you with a smile and will go out of her way to help you if you have an issue. I've had a unit here for a few years and it's been great!

I was super worried about the process of securing a storage unit, but Candace made the process easily and stress free! The process was fairly simple and Candace took the time to show me the size difference in unit to best fit my needs! I m very thankful for her help!!

Manager Candace called me back, even tho it was her day off, to be sure everything was going good with my move! Easy to rent online and fantastic customer service! Would definitely recommend!

From a customer service standpoint the manager at storage cents is a wonderful young lady who is very helpful and very personable. The facilities are generally good although a little crowded at times and about the only complaint that I have is that the gate is often broken or wide open for people and therefore reduces the security. But I have never had any issues with people attempting to break into my unit

Once Storage Sense took over, they really started caring about the property and it s appearance. We enjoyed the consistency and availability of office staff, and communication was always great. The ability to park multiple items in one parking space was convenient for us. I only give 4 stars because the bamboo behind some of the parking needs to come down as it harbors frogs and critters (as bamboo normally does) and that was an issue for us. However, office staff did reassure us that it is on their list of things they are working towards. Otherwise, 5 stars and would 10/10 recommend.

Aniya Elmore is so friendly, nice, and helpful. I love her a lot. This is the first time I ve met such a nice customer service agent. And I accidentally knew that she is the property manager! Can not imagine how friendly and nice she is when she is a manager! Love her! And live the service here!!! If she gets promoted soon, I am not surprised!!!

What a turn around! I am so happy to see the renovations here at College Station! The managers are so friendly and very knowledgeable. For first time renters, I recommend stopping by and seeing Tessa and Victoria. They make the process very smooth and painless.

Great service and quality units for the price. Facility is well taken care of and has good security for peace of mind. Will definitely be using them for a while and recommend for summer storage or if moving. They also offered U-Haul so that was nice as well.

Your office manager was great even though she was dealing with several walk-in traffic. She handled efficiently and with Patience and even though one customer was rather rude.

Great changes have been made, and the staff are welcoming and helpful when it comes to moving, they know storage and how to help u decide on the right space for you and your needs and budget. Not to mention they have packaging supplies for sale so I didn't have to make an extra trip to find that on top of packing to move. Very friendly and always welcomed with a smile and a hot or cold beverage.

Do NOT use this place for storage. I made a reservation for a unit weeks in advance (had email confirmation and called to make sure it was reserved). When I went in to check in, they could not find my name in the system for my reservation, but found the email they had sent me confirming the unit. I asked if I could just reserve a unit right there since their website said they had available units still, but I was then told that they were at capacity and couldn't help me even though they had the proof I had made the reservation. Now I am without a storage unit and have to move out of my current house in less than a week. When looking for a storage unit go somewhere else.

Got first rate customer service from Candace at College Station location. Would for sure recommend Storage Sense!
