I recommend Pro Tech for their service. They are definitely professional friendly and went beyond my expectations. The mechanic Ray was very impressive covering all my cars needs with explanation and pictures of details.

I ve been going to the shop for a few years now and they ve always been helpful reliable and direct to the point so can t ask for anything more with something so expensive as automotive repair. Thanks for your service guys. also, it looks like my Subaru is gonna need a replacement strut given the road damage that apparently fell into. I had the battery replaced and routine maintenance work. The work was done efficiently and the car was ready as promised. I especially like the inspection system used which includes photos showing any areas of concern. The business has a friendly atmosphere and I rely on their honesty and expertise.

Friendly knowledgeable people. DJ did my alinement and then found and repaired the coolant leak. Helen kept everything running smoothly and still was able to see that I had anything I needed while waiting. Oh, the chairs in the waiting room are too comfortable, I dozed off a couple of times. There's a TV and a mini fridge with bottled water.Did I mention, they do a really good and have a bid military discount.

Great customer service as I arrived about 10 minutes before they officially opened. So nice and they followed up with detail list of concerns and photos. Authorized work at noon car done by 4:30 same day. Super place to get work done.

This was my first time at this auto repair shop and let me tell you that this place is the best!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They gave me repair estimate when I dropped car off and provided me with a ride home and a ride back when repair was completed. I have been using Pro-Tec for years and now family and friends are using them too. They are the opposite of every clich� you have ever heard about auto repair. They are honest, friendly and do not surprise you with additional repairs or additional fees. This place is the best. I was told by the auto parts store , that my problem may be the starter. I took the truck to Pro-Tec and upon their diagnosis. It turns out to be just the battery. Oh I was happy about that. They were awesome here, most friendly make ya feel welcome and go out their way to make sure everything is done right on your car. Best of all they don t charge an arm and a leg for the services. Lenko always tells it like it is and we know we can trust him. They stand by their work. If a similar problem comes us shortly after, they will make it right. Helen takes care of us at the front and gives us clear expectations for what work will cost and how long it will take. I do miss them being open on Saturdays. They mail you a 10% off service card after each visit. You must have it on you to use it, so store it in your glove box! Make sure you have cash in a debit account to pay or you will pay a percentage increase to use a credit card.

We ve used protec for years now, everything from oil changes to full ac kit replacements to alternator repairs. They re always quick, straightforward, helpful. I don t know anything about cars so I ve just trusted them because they ve always done excellent work.Recently I needed a repair and someone told me I should take it to Sevciks since they re family owned they may negotiate.Long story short, I regret that. I wish I would ve gone to protec like I knew I should have.

**Original Review:I ve been using Pro-Tec for 8+ years. Every repair has been quality and lasting. The service and interactions are always professional and personal - never rude or irritable. From my perspective, their service charges always feel appropriate. The price for parts are probably double what you d find on Amazon or the like, but that is somewhat expected in this business. I m very satisfied with Pro-Tec as my local auto repair and feel glad to have a safe place in town I can trust to do the job right without trying to up-sale me for their bottom line. Thanks PT!**Update 6/20Many years great experience, but my last visit, after spending $3k in work, I was then told that my entire radiator needed to be replaced for $1k because a plastic tube at the top broke off. I was told it was all one piece and couldn t be repaired. One google search later I ordered a replacement part for $30 and repaired it myself. Very disappointed to lose my trusted repair shop. I won t be returning.@Pro-tec integrity matters the most.

I have been to several automotive shops. In the Brazos valley And I was Absolutely amazed at the service. I received at PRO TECH Very prompt and professional. They set up my appointment and repaired my vehicle. On time as was promised. It s a great feeling to have a automotive shop that I can trust and feel good about the job that was done.
