This O Reilly store is conveniently located near my home. I shop here for my DIY auto repair when possible. I visited this week because I needed a new battery in my GMC Savana. The battery I replaced I purchased at the same store in August 2017. Thank you O Reilly for a battery that lasted 6+ years!

Had to return some wipers that just would not fit into my VW (typical). The man who helped me processed my return and suggested a different set of wipers. He then assisted installation to make sure they went on correctly. Those VW are sticklers for being difficult when it's not needed Thanks for the assist!!

I went in to get a couple of air filters for my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about some parts for my daughter's car. They looked up the parts and cost and even discussed options for the repair. I would highly recommend them for parts and advice on parts and repairs.

Been calling,visiting, and using this location for past 7 years and couldn't be any happier with their service. I spend a lot of my day on phone ordering parts getting estimates and it's always a pleasure to talking to Jason he's so helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Jason for Always going above and beyond!!!

Went over to oreillys to get a coil ignition for my truck, Elijah I believe his name was? Super helpful! Very stout and good looking as well, not to mention the hair on that man is insane!!! He did have trouble helping me out but luckily his little brother Derrick (the assistant manager) thought him how the system worked, great place, will definitely come back for Elijah

Elijah Flores was so helpful to me when my battery died. He stayed with me after closing and helped me figure out what was going on, got me a new battery, and made sure I had a safe ride home. Trust this man w yo life xoxo

I came in to grab a back windshield wiper arm and Elijah went above and beyond by taking off the old arm and replacing it with the new one. He provided quality customer service and answered all my questions even though this process took longer than expected.

Worse experience ever. I wasn t even in the store 2 minutes. I asked could someone put my car on the machine. The guy working was trying to explain the reason why he couldn t do it. He did state that I could take the machine outside myself. He said I had to leave my id. I stated I didn t have it but he could hold my 1100$ phone. an he would tell me how to work it. HERE COMES (KAREN) another worker. She states basically the same thing I ve already been told an go on an on about it s a 400$ machine an just very rude. I will be contacting corporate. That was very rude an unprofessional. Then told me get out her store. Like it s not another auto store available. Ughhhh sometimes it s best to shut your mouth pregnant or not she needs to be handled.

Needed a battery, and my terminals were so incredibly corroded I could not get them off. Taylor did a spectacular job helping me replace the battery and terminals far more than was necessary and far more than I would have expected. Really appreciated all the help!

The young lady behind the counter was very helpful! I think her name was Heidi(?) Not sure! She went as far as climbing through my backseat to open my trunk! I am very grateful for her assistance!

BLUF: Quick service, ok staff.I am giving them the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars. When I visited, the staff there didn't seem to care whether I purchased a new battery or not. I mentioned that I was on a referral from a friend and then they started listening, as if they needed validation to even notice I was a customer. Once I purchased the battery, they started acting helpful and I was able to get my battery replaced without any further issue.

This has to be one of the worst auto parts chains I have ever had the displeasure of entering. Bought a stater a few years ago with a "life time warranty" and was not able to since I did not have the paper receipt. I work at a shop at the time, so of course I got the starter through them like everyone does that works in the mechanic shop, that way it was cheaper. They acted like they could not even find the shop in their system and then when I told them which one of their stores we got it from to get the account info they just would not call. They had no intention of even trying to find the info. They just kept telling me they were no going warranty it since I did not work there any more. I offered to call the shop so they could verify that I had indeed worked there and bought the starter though them. Nope would not have it. If I had bought the starter through Napa they would have warranty if no matter what if it was their starter, which is where I bought one right after I left this god awful place. I have never had a problem warranting anything through any of the other auto parts stores, but this one I have and issue with anything I have ever tried to do with this. It is always the wrong part or I am having to look the part up myself. I will never go to this store again. This ended very badly as I left and I was shaking and yelling at the manager who did not care what I said. I work in the same town as this store. I am still a mechanic and I know a lot of other mechanics in this area. I will be sure to tell everyone I know and see to stay away from these crooks.

I have been to this location a few times in the last couple weeks to get replacement parts for my truck. The staff has been very helpful! Sam has helped me a couple times and given great advice on how to go about fixing my truck s issues.

Don't try to get your rotors turned down here! They completely ruined one of them after they tried 4 times and found their equipment was broken (they should have stopped at attempt 2!). Wound up having to buy new rotors and wasted 6hrs waiting on them. $135 for something that should have been $30. They took $35 off one new rotor but I had to pay full price for the other one. Got home and realized they never refunded my money for the rotor service so I got a whole $5 for their mess up. Staff was nice but this was a bad screw up

Bought some windshield wipers today and really got terrific service. Thanks to Hellen for helping me make sure I got the right ones, and she even put them on for me! Highly recommended!

Went in for a cv axle& it was in stock got the loaner 36mm for the axle nut I was cheaper to got the loaner socket and keep it than buy one off the shelve same socket. Only thing I forgot was a muffler bearing I hope they keep them in stock

Good help to get everything needed. Covid distancing. Every other register open. Boxes with ropes keep customers 6 foot back from counter. Everyone masked except clerk's noses. Lots of laughs among my friends over that.

Oil changes or minor repairs, headlights to tailgate parts, I've always been able to get any part I've needed here and usually for less than I expected. I've also appreciated that as a customer I've been able to recycle my old oil & filters here.

I was rudely accused of trying to return a "used" item that I purchased the day before and did not use. And also they refused to refund me for the item.When buying some items the day before I asked the cashier about a long flat head screwdriver, he grabbed one they had in stock and I told him I would take it home and see, but that it probably wouldn't be long enough for what I needed. Well, when I brought it back to return today (after we specifically asked about the return policy) he said it looked used and wouldn't return it, although he did accept other items that were also unused. Since he selected the item for me the day before I didn't inspect the item before taking it home, but should I really have to? I brought back the item in it's original packaging and it's original condition and he even went so far as to suggest that I probably maneuvered the packaging and used it. He sold us a used or scuffed up item and accused me of lying about it. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Be careful of the condition of the items they are selling.

Worst customer service policy EVER. I purchased Bosch Wind Shied Wipers, March 17, 2019. During heavy rain, Apr. 7, the wiper popped off, I collected the parts from the highway and went in the next day to get a replacement. Without a receipt, I had to purchase a second wiper. I went back today with my Master Card statement in hand. The clerk said without a receipt with my phone number, a refund was not possible. Needless to say, I lost my cool. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. I will forevermore avoid O'Riley's. Who saves receipts after paying their card's balance?

So if customer satisfaction faction is number 1 how is it I can stand in front of a empty cash register while 4 employees are socializing and totally ignoring me standing, waiting. When they did break through their social issue they didn't know enough to find my part. Disappointing.

Went to warranty a battery that was about 1 year old, but they wouldn't warranty it as it was a warranty from a previous battery. Apparently the warranty only applies to the first one sold, so if the replacement battery dies as well, after the initial warranty period, you're screwed and have to buy a new one. Ended up taking the dead battery to Autozone for a core on a new one. Autozone's battery warranty resets to the new batteries (replacement), way better deal!

Rip-off O Riley s will not refund money for items they sell (and break) without you having an invoice, not even accepting a credit card bank statement documenting your purchase. Bad customer service to the max!
