Was out on deliveries when my thermostat blew through its housing. Was happy that Napa is so close to the highway cause I wasn't able to drive it far due to the temp raising. Samuel, was very helpful. The best part is they had the thermostat in stock and even loaned me the tools to replace it in their parking lot. Thanks to Samuel I was able to get our delivery van back on the road in no time.

This store provides great customer service. Sam, in particular, is awesome. I've been in the store twice in 2 weeks. He's greeted with a smile, help me find what I needed, and installed it! I appreciate his helpfulness.Nice, clean store and reasonable prices. Thanks NAPA!

Arron was extremely helpful with finding the correct bulbs within my price range. Did a thorough install despite difficult process. I will be coming here again and recommending to friends. 10/10

Went into Napa to purchasing lawn mower battery, luck was not on my side that day went out to my truck and it failed to start. One of the representatives named Aaron was there to help out. He was very knowledgeable about batteries , he showed me a few choices and even offered to install them. Overall had a great experience and would recommend highly recommend Napa for your next battery purchase.

I went with a friend to get one of her relays tested and Arron was incredibly helpful! That was the most positive experience in any auto parts store ever. Definitely converted to a Napa fan now Arron gave 3/3 service

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate their customer service. I had an issue with a purchase and the store manager Nathan was great. I can't say enough about the personal attention he gave me and his time. In this fast paced world we live in it means a lot to be treated so well. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Battery was within warranty when it failed. They gave me a new one for a steep discount, and the customer service and professionalism that Zane showed was top notch. All the staffs were very accommodating with my 3 year old as well. Great place!

Napa is always an efficient & knowledgeable place to get what I need. Today I stopped to get windshield wipers and appreciated Samuel s help. He not only informed me of the best wiper for my vehicle & covered the different levels of quality, but offered to install them before I left. Thanks, Samuel!

This one star review is not for Napa. It s for the key holder name Mike that works there! Would definitely not recommend going to him for any questions. This guy is completely rude and doesn t know what he s talking about. I ve been turning my rotors at this Napa since they ve been open and all of a sudden they ve never done at this store because they don t have the right fitting for them lol. I believe he s just lazy and didn t want to do it. I called the Bryan Napa and spoke with the manager and they apologized for the situation that I went through and told me they definitely do it and have the right fitting in college station store.

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. Michael (Mike) was not only helpful over the phone when I called to check stock on a bulb, but he even took the time and went the extra mile to replace the bulb for me. He was helpful AND courteous. Keep up the awesome work Mike!

Called for some 3/8 hose, push lock, need 138 psi pressure rating. Rep on the phone said that Napa would loose money if they ordered a roll and only sold me 10ft because they do not stock the hose. I have ordered hose before and been sold by the foot. Also the rep helping was getting annoyed because I was asking to many questions. Well... Napa is going to loose more money because I wont be buying anything from them. Ill just order from one of their competitors.

Great customer service! I have bought both my trucks battery and my wife's vehicles battery here. They tested the old batteries first on both with no hassle and the employees seem to have a great attitude. Affordable price on the batteries also. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to get to location. Very helpful staff. Eli went above and beyond when installing my battery by cleaning and sealing the terminal connections. He also gave me several extra tips for maintaining my truck. Plus they have a 10% military discount.

TERRIBLE SERVICE THERE IS A WOMAN THERE IS ABOUT 35 YEARS OLD AND SERVES YOU IN THE WORST WAY IF YOU ASK SOMETHING SHE DOES NOT ANSWER YOU ASK HER SOMETHING YOU NEED AND IS NOT IN THE CORRIDORS SHE DOESN'T ANSWER YOU UNTIL SHE PLEASES, GOES FOR WHAT YOU ASK FOR COLLECT WITHOUT TELLING YOU OR TURN AROUND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Had to repair an alternator on my Ford truck while out of town. They had what I needed & charged my discharged battery to get me going again after I made the installation. They were very helpful & pleasant to work with. Great guys.
