Highly recommend!!! I called and had a very small window to be able to get new brakes. They were very accommodating and got it done the same day. And at a great price! I never leave reviews, this is how business should be done.

I paid for the inspection of your car, but they just looked at it and read the code, and then they told me that your engine needs repair at a car price of 8,900 dollars, and of course I will not choose to repair it at this price. Their offer was only for the purpose of making me drive my car away. I spent 136 dollars on nothing and no proper service, and then you discover that it cannot be repaired. It only requires a sensitive change for less than $50

I had a dying battery in my car and called Meineke to see if they could replace it. They said sure, bring it over. I took it over and it was replaced in about 20 minutes. The staff is professional, efficient and helpful. I also learned about the car battery charger where you don't need another car to charge. Thank you, Lance and your crew!

I had a great experience both times I ve visited Meineke! I came in around 2pm needing the breaks on my car to be checked out and they were able to get my car taken care of by 5pm. I would highly recommend!

Will definitely be coming back here for any car trouble. Lance was super helpful and friendly, and he explained everything they were doing. Most of the car shops I ve been to don t really listen to you, but the people at Meineke were amazing! My car was making a weird noise, and they were so careful in identifying what it was (even though it was really faint). Their prices were reasonable, and they remembered everything I said about the car (never had to repeat myself!) I came on a Monday morning right when they opened. They had diagnosed the problem, ordered and replaced a part, done an oil change, and filled my tires by 10am. Would absolutely recommend.

I highly recommend Meineke! They were recommended by my son, so I trust them. I was able to make an appointment online at their website for the next day, which was convenient. The employee who dealt with me was efficient and able to answer my questions & explain the process of checking my anti-freeze level. I had an oil change, anti-freeze, & battery check - all done in about 35-40 mins.

It was recommended by my family i needed brake pads replaced with more work on top of that.Meineke worked up an estimate for work needed which they uncovered in their inspection.They were professional and very kind throughout the visit.

I ve been taking my car here for several years and have always had a good experience. They're friendly and will always give you an estimate before proceeding. I will continue to have my car serviced at Meineke and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Honest about what needs to be repaired. Had to go back to get rotors replaced after initial replacement. Not Meineke's fault. Warranty on parts was honored and replacement of rotors was done in less than 24 hours. Honest people.

Couldnt ask for a better experience. Had a check engine light, and had to drop it off. Then picked it up the next day. Good folks, will continue to bring my truck to them.

I needed some things done to my truck because I had neglected it. Lance looked at my truck and gave me an estimate to fix everything. I told him fix it and he did. Everything now works .especially the A/C!!! If you want an honest estimate and a perfect repair, come see Lance at Meineke. I appreciate the help.

Seriously one of the best car service experiences I have ever had! Came in after getting a hefty quote from another place to replace my break pads and rotors. Lance was super helpful from the beginning and his team started looking at my car immediately! Within 15 minutes they were able to tell me what needed to be done and replaced all of my break pads and rotors about an hour and a half later. Super impressed by their kindness and work ethic! Went in for a cat-back exhaust system installation as well as an oil change. Went very smoothly all the guys at the shop were very cool and helpful. Fair pricing and everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I ve been going here for years! Lance and his staff are friendly and they always take care of me here, quickly and seamlessly! I never feel like I m being scammed and they always go above and beyond to help me out! They send you diagnostic info with pictures to make sure that you know what they re doing is legit. Also they offer great coupons for services online that help a lot. My friend first recommended that I take my car here and I m glad that she did! I had a great experience. Brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to check my battery because my car struggled to start. I was able to get my oil change and battery replaced within an hour and the customer service was great

I come here anytime I have a car issue. As a girl in college I m always skeptical if I m being ripped off or if they are talking down to me but everyone here is always so friendly and prices are very fair. I called them when they opened and gave them the info on my car and the part I needed. 2009 car I figured they wouldn't have the part in house. The man was super helpful and I told him when I could have the car there. We pulled up within 2 hours and my part was already there!!! They were all very courteous and helpful. Fast service!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I stand by it thick and through. I came in because of a strange noise when I pressed the brakes and got the pads and rotors replaced. It was 100 dollars more than I usually pay but still very much within my budget! They even gave me a complimentary wheel alignment and showed me a few things to check out on my car before it caused more damage! Got me in and out within 2 hours and they were incredibly friendly and understanding! I think I just found my go to shop in CstatServices: Wheel alignment, Brakes

These fellas are honest and will tell you what to try first even if it s somewhere else.I had a vibration in my Right front tire that I could feel on my steering wheel. I went to the place I bought them from, on the manager s advice and had them rebalanced. I went back to Meineke to get my car inspected and he took it for a drive to see if the vibration was still there and it was. He put it up in the lift and looked at my struts and other things, came back and researched if other people had the same problem and told me to take it to the dealer because he couldn t see the problem. I ve been going to this Meineke for 6 years for everything from oil changes and state inspections to AC troubleshooting and have always had a great experience! The pricing is very fair and the staff takes time to explain the problems and options. The best experience! I called yesterday frantic as I had my car in a different shop but needed a second opinion on some work being done. I told them I needed to be in Dallas by this afternoon so didn t have much wiggle room as my car had been in the other shop for 6 days. I was just expecting a quick fix enough to get me to where I need to go to then get it repaired back in Dallas. They went above and beyond and ended up fixing the whole issue.They got me in at 7:30am and by 9:19am I received a message it was complete. A stark comparison to the other shop who told me a few more days. They were very kind and knowledgeable , I will continue coming here from now on when any issues arise. Very highly recommend! Thank you guys so much!
