Had been side swiped while leaving Midnight Yell. Joe Hudson's C.C. is an approved Farmers Insurance business. I delivered my car to them after having a hard time contacting the Farmers Agent I thought this process was gonna turn into a fiasco, but Joe Judson's made this event a pleasant one. After dropping off the car, I was texted every step of the way, with the option to "Stop" if I didn't want to be bothered. I was estimated a time of completion from the beginning. They nailed it! They kept me informed the whole way with every step of getting ahead and awaiting parts and there were no surprises. This was about as clean of a process as it could possibly get. Good customer service, good updates and clean work!Bravo Joe Hudson's C.C. Thank You!

My car was hit while parked with some minor scartches along the bumper and body, and this shop did a great job buffing them out and repainting the area. They keep you updated on the status of your repair and when your vehicle is ready through text. The staff was amicable and welcoming as well, which was nice.

Thoroughly impressed with everyone! Great communication from start to finish, responsive and genuinely dedicated to quality and customer service. While needing to use a collision shop is not typically a result of happy circumstances, the fine folks at Joe Hudson were supportive and truly cared. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for straight answers, honest pricing and professionalism! Thank you!

My car looks amazing! They constantly kept me updated on the status of my car. My car was fixed and back to me very quickly. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Completely satisfied, from making the appointment to the status during the repairs and the pickup of the vehicle.I called to verify before the promised date to just plan the pick up and was informed the extension of the completion date. I explained to Joe why I couldn t pick up the vehicle the day it was done and he allowed me to pick it up when I came back from out of town.I was happy that a picked this shop and after reading the reviews I knew I was going to be in good hands. Thank you for all the communication and hard work in getting my vehicle repaired and the peace of mind given in the process.

The team over at Joe Hudson s Collision Center are amazing. The car looked like it had never been damaged and they cleaned the inside as well. Teresa at the front desk was incredibly dedicated and helped me get a rental when the insurance company was not playing ball. Thank you so much to everyone!

Fixed our Rav after an accident. They were prompt, professional, and let us see pictures of the repair. The text message updates were a very nice touch and our Rav was done earlier than anticipated!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Joe Hudson's. They went above and beyond and communicated with me regularly about the status of my repairs. I could tell I was in great hands. They did all the communicating with my insurance company and made things as simple as possible for me. I nearly cried when I saw how amazing my vehicle looked again. Thank you for treating me like family!

This place overdelivered. Gary knew exactly what he was talking about and made me feel like I was in good hands. They continuously updated me throughout the repair process. They also dealt with the insurance company to make sure that I was able to get the necessary/best parts. Not only this, they finished repairing my vehicle 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The results were very satisfying and I can tell they have a skilled body-repairman. I would highly recommend this brand-new establishment for your car needs.
