After them already ruining the interior of my vehicle and giving me two free oil changes that I've never used -- I decided against my better judgment to give this place another chance. I explained to the person over the phone that my father had passed, and I needed a tune up with all of the traveling I would be doing. He explained the price, I agreed, and told him what time I would drop off the vehicle.After nearly 15 minutes waiting in the waiting room with not a single person assisting me, I was told that they "forgot" I was coming by, and then gave the most insecure "I'll try to get this done for you" that I've ever heard. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable that they are allowing people who don't feel comfortable working on the engine of a car. In addition to this, despite it saying no where on the coupon I had, I was told that I couldn't use it, due to supplying my own OEM BMW licensed parts.Apparently you are only allowed to use a coupon if you allow them to install more expensive and inferior parts in your vehicle so that they can continue to milk you for more money down the road.So in conclusion, I never got my two free oil changes, and they're letting people work on engines who are telling customers that they don't feel comfortable. Overall it's a bad situation, and I couldn't recommend this place at all. A franchise like Jiffy Lube should feel friendly, not predatory.

Walk in?Three hour wait for a Jiffy oil change. Figured I would try the web site to book ahead this time. Compulsory process that requires your VIN?! Outrageous. Stick to Wolf Creek Care Center on Rock Prairie. Drive right in and get your oil change.

Popped into this Jiffy Lube on impulse for oil change. I love Pennzoil products and they use Pennzoil lubes exclusively. After I arrived I realized they also do tires, alignments and inspections. Neat!They lubed me quick, topped off my coolant and changed my nasty cabin filter and air filter too. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they are thorough and very fast.

Horrible experience... Lauren Henderson was very disrespectful to me and my kids. She dont even know what customer service IS..i went their to get my coolant flush out and get the new one but they just added my new coolant to the old coolant. They did not even flush out my old one completely from the engine. When I ask them questions about it they did not even explain to me nothing about it.

My first visit to Jiffy Lube and won t be my last. As I told the attendant who checked me out, it was the best 20 minutes I ve spent in a very long time. Thank you Jiffy Lube! I visited the William D Fitch location and observed what I thought was an incredible team of individuals, three in the bay and two on the floor, just incredible.

They left the lid off my air filter as well as a double gasket on the plug. Overall bad workmanship, most certainly not worth the price. I highly recommend you do not visit this establishment.

Very helpful in servicing our Ford F350 diesel on its 150,000 mile maintenance requirements. They are very knowledgeable, and i was impressed with their clean and safe working environment. They're was thorough discussion before any decision was made on a maintenance item. Better prices than the dealership. The entire staff was so incredibly helpful & thorough with explaining each issue that I needed addressed. I felt confident that they could get me back rolling great for my highway trip. I appreciate the store manger Jose also being attentive and checking that my service was to my standards. Needed to get my vehicle inspected. Pulled up, gave them the keys, and 10 minutes later it s done and I m out the door! Great service delivered quickly. Will use again for any other needs I may have.

They were kind, professional, and very helpful. They do brakes as well. Great place and I'll be going back.UPDATE..the last 4 times I have gone there they don't have enough employees or they are late and can't do the work on my vehicles. They turned away a $700 job on my truck because the manager didn't know when his employee was going to show up. He also refused to give me a discount for this reoccurring issue they have and I'm a regular customer. I took my truck to another location without any issue. Clearly the owner of this location needs to be involved!!! Horrible experience!!!!

I stopped for state inspection. I was in out within minutes but yet very thorough. They have a team of young and professional people. The place is nice and clean with good visiability windows, you can watch them work on your car while waiting. Definitely, will come back for car cares.

J S Baileya day agoWe recently purchased an RV and it had to be inspected in order to register it in Texas. We contacted several Texas State Inspection Service businesses. None of them wanted to deal with it (because of it's size / 40 feet). When we called this business, the inspector (herself) spoke to me and worked out the best way to get it in and out of their property. We arrived when she told us to. She immediately got right on the inspection. Good thing, about 2 minutes after she had finished it started raining. After she was back inside doing her computer part of the inspection, we waited in the customer seating area (5 -6 minutes). She came in and handed us our completed paperwork. We went to the counter to pay, and she said no charge. We said, "Oh no, she was the only one that would take the job on. She said this is why she did the job at no cost. She said that as a licensed inspection station, they are not supposed to deny any inspection. We are telling anyone that will listen to us, have their vehicles inspected here. This employee was very dedicated and willing to give the extra effort. Jiffy Lube, you need to find a management position for this lady and hang on to her. She is amazing.

Great service. Had popping going on when doing sharp turns at low speeds, additionally it led to torn treads on a single wheel. The wonderful mechanic was able to identify what the issue was, get the parts ordered and put on. Ok I understand lines, as there were two other cars in the bays, I was next batter up. They said it may be 25-30 min but I needed oil changed the oil light was on. My truck was pulled in <5 min. It does not take 25 min to change the oil. They are sloooooow! I check out for $130.00 for a F150 Ecoboost. For a oil change!!!So I get in to drive off and the warning comes in "Change oil" They didn't even reset the Oil light for the $130.00 charge.They will NEVER see my truck again!!!Service: Oil change

Horrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change. They tried to up sell me by telling me my tires and windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. Little did they know I had just bought a new set of tires and wiper blades within the past 60 days. Incredibly disappointed. Will never come back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overall positive experience. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. The people who work here are very nice. The only thing I took off a star for was when I got into my car there were little black pieces/things from my glove compartment that were not there previously in the passengers seat. I had just washed and vacuumed my car right before going so this was a slight disappointment. Other than that, I would recommend going here.Services: Tires, Oil change

Well every time I looked outside they were on there cell phone .. jiffy lube is not jiffy.. then they said my car was ready but when I got in had to tell them that my tires were not checked . Had to get them to put air in my tires .. over all I won't be back .. Lisa cash

The crew working this morning was the best! The lady that helped me at the counter was the best I've ever delt with there at that location. I've been there several times and depending on who's working depends on how quickly you are in and out and how your treated with respect.
