I quickly came here between 5:40pm-6:00pm and the gentleman that helped us was extremely helpful and had a positive attitude towards simply airing up our tires before we have a 10 hour road trip this coming weekend. I m happy to say he cares about the people who come even for the most simplest thing to help keep ourselves and the community safe from a tire blowout. Than You Discount Tire!

I went into this Discount Tyre in College Station to have my tyres rotated. I was in College Station for a week long training conference, and experienced SUPERB customer service at this location. I was assisted by Ms. Jessica, whom was not only very professional, but polite and super helpful. I was in and out of the shop in a reasonable time, and I have to comment that Ms. Jessica really set a high standard for customer service! I am really happy with Discount Tyre, and this location really knocks it out of the park with customer service. Thank you, Ms. Jessica and team!

Fantastic customer service, especially due to "Vince" who helped me out. I damaged a rim on my truck and needed Discount Tire to swap out the old rim and pressure sensor. I spoke to Vince on the phone and he said it would be about 1.5 hour wait due to busy schedule. I asked if it would be faster if I brought in the rims myself to avoid hoisting vehicle as I was in a hurry. Vince offered to do the tire swap himself if I bring it in. When I came in he got to it quickly and had it done in no time. Thank you very much Vince!

Great experience. Cut a tire about 30 miles from College Station. Call Discount Tires. They had my tires for a very good price. I was greeted by Jessica. She was very helpful. Replaced 2 tires and back on road in about 1 hour. Had a good experience with Discount Tires in San Antonio also. Next time I need tires, I'll probably go back to Discount Tires.

came in for 2 tires left with 2 tires, 2 wipers,3 TPMS sensors..lol. Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful however some guy took over called the wrong number, insisted that 2 more sensors were "going out" which is ludicrous, you cannot determine if an electronic component is "going out" asked for me to return to "swipe card" again only to recieve a text at same time letting me know my car was finished.Curiously I came back inside to find out what was going on..seems they intended to charge me w/o replacing..so I waited outside of bay and watched two kids replace. Overall I belive the cost a little high ( NOT "DISCOUNT") as the name suggests,and the service shady. That being said let's see how they honor the road hazard that was paid for

Worst experience ever. I will not ever go back to another Discount Tire store. I went for two new back tires and they scratched up both of my rims. When I went back and spoke with the manager he said I scratched up the tires and he laughed at me. I ve been in customer service for years and that is not acceptable behavior. He should be fired.

Discount will forever end my go-to for tire related issues. They re typically the cheapest, and most efficient. They also take old tires to recycle for $3 versus all the places around this one charge $5 or won t accept them at all.

Today was by far the worst experience I've had at any discount tire. I went up to get my tires rotated and balanced and, as they are paid to do, tried to sell me new ones. The way Zach went about it though was very unprofessional and disrespectful.The tires aren't even close to the warranty milage and he went on to tell me how I had half life left so that's how much they would give me back. Then turns around and raises his voice to embarrass me about how they are extremely low and aren't safe and to keep my family safe I need new tires. I don't advise going to this discount tire and/ or working with Zach.

Been using discount for 20 years recently came in for a leaky tire gas a screw that'll be 140 bucks, I had a warranty yes we didn't have your tire in stock so we put a more expensive tire in your car without telling you, will be using Costco from now on.

3 stars but not completely their fault. Do not buy a Falken tire. Discount won't stand behind them because Falken won't stand behind their product. Jeremy and Colter were informative and ultimately helped by giving a large discount on another set, different brand.

Very disappointed!! Made an appointment .meant nothing. Was told 30 minutes later that it would take 25 minutes to rotate my tires. Hour later it came out had to send it back in cuz tires weren t mounted correctly. Techs stole my aluminum valve caps. Tech s did NOT put correct psi in each tire Super lame. Extreme waste of time!

Great service! Made an appointment online for the purchase and installation of two tires. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of the appointment time, checked in, informed my estimated completion time was 27 minutes from "now." It was actually less time than that! I was amazed it was done so quickly! Now I can hardly wait to buy two more

Couldn t have had a better tire service experience!Lane went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of, not to mention he had it done in under a half hour! I purchased 4 new tires and was impressed by his knowledge and expertise when it came to finding the right tire for my car. The store looked very well managed and run. It was very clean in the interior and all of the workers were very polite and busy! I would highly recommend Lane and this location when looking for anything tire related!

Loved the experience! Came in for a nail in my tire it, they told me it would be fixed at 9:30 and it was done just after 9. Zach was very kind and had great customer service, would go here again!

Absolutely amazing place. I came in needing to get 3 tires replaced because of dry rot & extremely low tread. Got there around 3:00 pm, they said that it would be done by 4:05pm, but they were finished by 3:48pm (there were 5 cars in front of mine). All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. They made me feel perfectly comfortable & did a wonderful job replacing the tires as well as offering to replace my windshield wipers. They were also very transparent with the prices & didn t try to overprice anything (like some places do with younger people or females in general).

Was in town for a graduation ceremony and had to drive back to Dallas that evening. Made an appt and was in and out within 20 minutes and the tire was properly repaired and balanced. Great group of people working there and they did great work.

I just went there, for a tire balance and rotation. When I got my truck back, there was some kind of grease ball in the driver's seat, the inside of my truck smells like a wet dog now, and they lost one of the steel valve stem caps I had bought, and replaced it with a plastic one. So... Not a good visit, kinda upset right now.

Great service and was only there for no more than 30 min. Complete tire replacement! Shout out to Kyle for the awesome service!I have always used Discount Tire and will probably always do so! Highly recommended!

Visiting CS over holiday weekend and ended up with a screw in my tire, we buy all our tires from Discount Tire but they were closed for the Holiday so I went to a tire store near by (starts with a F S) they knew I was from out of town and said they would look at the tire 6 hrs later they call to tell me it needs to be replaced.....I said I will take to Discount Tire on Tuesday (really was trying to get home on Monday) did not believe it needed to replaced sure enough the honest guys at discount tire got it patched and sent me on my way!

drove in 10 minutes after closing with a nearly flat tire and they speedily and happily did the repair. Thank you so much, I thought I would have to wait until the next day. Great customer service, always.
