College Station Nissan was immaculate inside and out. A well run business. I was pleasantly greeted by my Sales Representative, Mikaela King, who is very knowledgeable about vehicles and made the process enjoyable. I was also impressed with Chris Tinsley in Finance. Both took the time to ensure I had all my questions answered. A happy owner of a new Nissan Kicks.

2021 Toyota Supra GR. 4800miles in warranty. The transaction went smooth enough mainly because I paid with a check at the asking price. I am in Houston and totally forgot to get the manuals. After contacting the dealership I was told the original owner did not have them when they took the car in on trade. Every car I have traded I was asked for books and keys. End of story. No effort was made. I found a set of books online but really think College Station Nissan should have taken this step

college station NissanHave to be very careful with this place. You go in for a vehicle that you see online and they tell you it sold. my cousin told me that was a trick that they do. So I gave them the information and he called and look. It s still for sale. so I called and it is still for sale according (Todd, the partner )so much for ethics. The manager (The partner of Nissan Tod)said one person don t make everybody not have epics.I think about it that this is his sells person they representing the company. What do you think? It says one price on the Internet and all of a sudden they said they had to run through the line and jumps up an extra 2500 or so. So much for the price online.It d be nice if we could find a dealership that can be trusted. It s not here.

The dealership is clean, has a laid back air about it, which makes the car buying experience very nice. I didn t feel pressured at all. That is also due to Mario. I know I was his first sale, but he was amazing. I never felt pressured by him. He was there the whole way, he will make a great salesman for y all

I can t express how much I appreciate this Nissan team for their hospitality and allowing me to film my first impressions on the 2024 Frontier Pro 4X, but also gave me the opportunity to check out the 2024 Nissan Z Nismo which I was also sold on! I would highly encourage students and everyone in the surrounding area to visit and ask for Eduardo Saldana who was kind enough to take time out of his day to show me around! Great car buying experience. John was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and helped us find the vehicle that would work best for us and our family. Negotiations were pretty typical with what you see when looking for a new car. The incentives were good but turned out not exactly as advertised, so there was some extra back and forth with that at the beginning. It s up to the buyer to realize they will just try to move numbers around to make you think they re giving you a deal. One of the managers did try to tell us that they were losing money on the car which is when you know they re full of it but it s all part of the game.Not sure if they offer outside financing since that has become a massive problem at dealerships.Once we got through the bulk of negotiations and got to the dealership, I met with Karlie who was kind, personable, organized, and knowledgeable. She answered my remaining questions and closed the deal to have me out of there in under 2 hours.The dealership is worth looking at if you re in the market.3 stars because it was an overall positive experience and outcome. For me, 5 stars could only happen if I had deep enough pockets to walk in and get whatever I wanted. Different tax bracket though.

Justin was amazing!! I like that he wasn t like your typical car salesman who pressures you and try s to make you feel like you have to buy something. Honda across the street tried to do that and it s the reason they didn t get my business.

Our experience was easy and Carley was very straight forward and informative. We worked out the details remotely and there were no surprises at the dealer. They do have add ons so be aware of that when looking at online prices but otherwise a good experience.

Dominic and his manager is sooooo kind to help me a lot when I bought a new one. I really appreciate it. Before my decision, Dominic always helps me a lot even though i took almost for 2-3weeks. Finally, we went ahead to finalize my new car issue. I am very satisfied with my new one. Without his help, i cannot meet this new car. Thank you so much!

Took my Maxima in for service (a little early) and a warranty repair on the moon roof shade. They had to order a part for the warranty work and Holden made sure to let me know what was going on. They got the part in quickly and Holden called to let me know and to set up an appointment. He stayed in contact with me and kept on top of everything.The Technician Ozzy did a great job and went over what he did with me and we checked it together.Holden also helped me buy some all weather floor mats before I left.Also, I am from Brenham and wanted to wait on the repair, the shuttle driver dropped me off at a restaurant where I had lunch and he picked me up when I was ready to return. He was super nice and very friendly.Great job by all.

This is the first dealership that has ever earned my repeat business! From sales to service, every employee we have encountered has done their best to make our experience as seamless and easy as possible and we are NEVER pressured to purchase anything. Any problems encountered have been met with a willingness to correct them quickly, or a solution has been found without hesitation. We are already planning to return for our next vehicle purchase.

Holden is a great customer service representative. He kept me informed and went over the work with me. He even saved me a few dollars as I was thinking about having the services done at another mechanic. The only reason I did not give a 10 was just the pricing of the repairs. I do understand that costs are high, but I wish it was a bit lower. That being said, I have always been satisfied with the work completed at Nissan.

The staff is very friendly and the process was very smooth. And then the cars parts fell off. I lost 1 rear sensor in less then a week. I did not hit anything just fell off. When I called to ask if they could fix it it was not their problem anymore. I guess reliability of this dealerships cars are not a big deal. I would recommend going somewhere else where they take pride and in their vehicles and take responsibility when something falls off in less then a week of owning the car.

All people I met were nice. The only thing which was not good for me was, I didn"t get any document about the price of my car. We just talked about it, monthly payment, we signed it but I didn't get any copies of those documents.

I had an issue with my car starting on Friday afternoon. Cody helped get someone out to look at it and take it in to the dealership for me while I was picking up my grandson. They quickly found the problem, repaired it, checked the other systems and got it back to me that evening. I am very impressed with their service and attention to detail as well as how accommodating and kind they were. The young man who came to get my car was so courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience buying a used SUV here. Travis Burkhalter was very helpful and made the whole process less stressful than I was expecting. They were fair and Travis got me in and out in a shorter time frame than I expected. Love my new (to me) car!

I want to make this very clear that I am only putting 5 stars for the Service team. I got completely screwed by a car salesman named Josh Singleton and possibly the whole sales team trust me lesson learned. Long story short I got sold a lemon off the dealership. But when I came back to get my car serviced Mr Cody Fields had my back. I would like to thank Cody Fields for being a solid service advisor to me these past couple of months while my car was being serviced. Cody Fields has showed me that I made the right decision with Nissan. I also want to thank the entire service team for doing a great job on my car. 5 stars for the service team. Zero Stars for the sales team.

Holden Gillispie in service is rude, argumentative and disrespectful. If I could give him a zero I would. He is the reason I won't go back to college station nissan. When nissan starts losing customers, it'll be because of this guy. The way he spoke to my wife infuriates me. Everyone else at that dealership has been great but I will NOT spend my money to a place that employs a person like that

I've been a regular Nissan customer, since late 2006, early 2007. I continue to remain with Nissan and have no reason to switch to anyone else, at this time. So, my experience with the customer service continues to be very good and would recommend to others as well.
