Top tier service from start to finish I was very impressed. The very moment I entered the dealership, Ainslee was there to greet me with a cheerful smile and a bottle of water. Ainslee made sure to address all of my concerns while we were going over my options for my trade it and she helped me get a pretty good deal on my new car.They were also super helpful the following day when I had to come in a little early to grab my speakers out of the car. They checked up on me (with another water of course) and went above and beyond to make sure I m in good hands.

I've bought a few vehicles since my husband died and I always felt "not heard" as a single woman. Even worse, taken advance of.My Hyundai experience was just the opposite!Ainsley was super! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Fe's gadgets and safety features. She gave me plenty of time and space, and information, to make a decision.I felt like I got a fair deal.Jeremy was great as well. I felt no pressure and he took his time to make sure I understood the details of the warranty and financing.Thanks!

I've purchased a handful of vehicles throughout my life, and each time I have felt stressed and felt like I got taken advantage of after leaving the dealership. College Station Hyundai was different. From the moment I stepped on their lot, to the moment I left with a brand-new car, I have to say was the best experience. John Gaston was our sales guy and he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind person. He was warm and welcoming and tried his very best to get us a great deal and he did just that. We had great conversations and laughed a lot. I learned that Hyundai's are great vehicles and because of my experience at College Station Hyundai, I will most definitely purchase my next vehicle from here. On a personal note...the car I purchased was for my daughter. We traded my late son's car in for it. Mr. Gaston asked if I would like to keep the plates to his car. That was so nice of him and I am forever grateful! Thank you John and thank you College Station Hyundai for giving me the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle.

I appreciate that the guys/gals at College Station Hyundai. They are always interested in doing good business with me and making sure that I'm a happy customer. I commend Jacob Alvarez for being so personable. You can tell he really wants to keep his clients happy throughout the entire experience of a new vehicle purchase. This is the 3rd new Hyundai I've bought and the 2nd from this particular dealership, I'll be back.

I was just going to look and maybe test drive the car when I went into the dealership. I knew what I wanted, but was waiting for some things to fall into place. Jacob A was amazing, and never pressured me into buying, but gave me the information I needed, and I was able to make an informed decision about going ahead and signing on the dotted line that day for the vehicle I really wanted. They got me the color I wanted and all the specs that I decided I needed. Then Jeremy was able to help me get it financed for what was in my range of ability. Overall the entire experience was amazing and I am thankful to own the brand new car that I have been wanting for a while.

From the moment we reached out online to the moment we took delivery of our new Palisade, we were treated as VIP's by the entire staff. We worked specifically with Justin Poirier and he was fantastic; he was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and walked us though the entire process with nothing short of excellent customer service. We would, without a doubt, work with him and College Station Hyundai again! Merry Christmas to me!!

As a first time buyer, Jared Sauls was everything I'd want in a sales person. He was super helpful, personable and trustworthy. I really felt he had my best interests in mind, and he made the entire experience comfortable and painless. I'd recommend him to any potential buyer! Tyler was also very friendly and helpful in explaining all the financial and warranty details. Very impressed by the Hyundai team and their facilities!

I highly recommend this dealership. It s pretty new about three years old. The showroom is really nice ,clean and modern. When you go check it out, Make sure you ask for Jonathan Cho. He helped us find the Santa Fe that we were looking for. Communicated with us on a timely manner about the vehicle and helped us get a very reasonable price for it. Also, the manager in the finance department is really good; he will clearly layout and explain all the options for the extended warranty and other care packages for your Hyundai vehicle. We Will definitely buy again from this dealership

This is our second time buying from Hyundai College Station. Both Logan, sales representative and the financing officer was very nice. Logan was very helpful in helping us narrow down what type of vehicle would best meet our needs. We are happy with our new Santa Fe and the payments.

Very helpful with all questions as well as needs. Service dept. ALWAYS called back when they said they would. Never gave me any run around, straight up honest people working there. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. One again EVERYONE Who answered my calls from first person to last, was always courteous & respectful. Trevor was always very informative. He never left me out of the conversation. His communication was top tier and I would highly recommend College Station Hyundai to anyone. He was able to answer all of my questions about my current vehicle and newer model vehicles; he gave me a few recommendations if I were to make a purchase from Hyundai in the future. Beautiful dealership with a great staff! Our salesman Jacob was fantastic! They didn t have exactly what I was looking for, but Jacob made sure I test drove the same vehicle with a different package to be sure I liked the vehicle! He went above and beyond to make sure I found something I liked! He even text me when the model I wanted came in! Everyone made the whole process smooth and easy; I highly recommend buying from them!
