If you live in College Station and you own a Ford, I'm really sorry for you. I have 2021 f150 powerboost with several issues. 2 trips to the dealership and 2 weeks of no car. Still the same. They couldn't find nothing wrong with it. Apparently oil on MAP sensor is something normal in their vision. Plus I have additional warranty. I will never go back. They just lazy. Be aware.

MR NICO HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!! Hes the most patient person and makes it very comfortable just to have conversations. Was looking at a truck and he didn t push he gave out the options and made it very easy to decide and i m glad i got to work with him!

This is another place that don t work with you with price even if you have cash on hand. Doesn t matter you see the vehicle that you want. They would not work with you. They take very little off to vehicle. as for the insurance is the same thing as well. I had a paper saying 1.700 went to the bank got that amount all sudden it was Paying $1.718 for the insurance. They wouldn t even work out the $18. I paid it for some kind of coverage. Before I walk out of that room he didn t he shake my hand. Keep in mind we re still still looking for a new truck, but this place will not negotiate They re almost like Carmax they don t negotiate for nothing. Also thinking about it you buy something with decent miles on it that they try to capitalize and you get the insurance also sudden you re over and consider to be a lot of miles as for the . Go figure.

Amazing service!! I cannot recommend them enough. I have been buying from them for years and it s like a little reunion every time I show up! Received an email announcing College Station Ford's Mobile Service.It stated that recall completions are covered by Ford and are completed at no cost to the customer.I own a Ford vehicle with an active windshield wiper arm recall. On 02/15/2024, I called their phone number and a very polite lady named Emily answered. I explained the issue and she said the Mobile Service could take care of it. She scheduled my home visit for 9:00 AM on 02/16/2024. At around 8:45 AM on the 16th, I received a call from Andrew confirming the visit. Andrew then promptly arrived and installed the replacements. He was super polite and seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles. After this experience, I highly recommend College Station Ford's Mobile Service for handling minor recalls.

Our experience with College Station forward was amazing. Not only was the price lower than other dealerships, the customer service was exceptional. From the beginning in sales they helped us with the details of the car and the Ford pass app , which is very helpful The financing was a dream they had everything ready and we were out quickly. Our daughter loves her new car! It was a pleasure doing business with College Station Ford.

I made an appointment to come in and get an alignment done on my pickup. The lady told me a time and I was there 5 mins early. Once I got there the guy in service immediately started trying to upsell parts to the other service guy. Not aware that I used to work in the industry. Once they realized I knew what I was talking about they told me they couldn t get my truck in till the next week. I took off work early to be here, and they absolutely dropped the ball. It was a terrible experience and I genuinely feel sorry for anyone with no choice but to go there. I will go out of my way to make sure not to send any work their way much less the purchase of a vehicle. Terrible experience, and I won t be back nor will anyone in my circle.

After many years I finally bought a new truck from Ford. My first truck in 1990 was a 1973 Ford F150 Custom (green with white top).I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F150 Lightning-Lariat!!! I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for many months. Most vehicles today are simply uncomfortable and ride stiff, not this Lightning. This vehicle rides like the old school vehicles but controlled. The seats are plush and me having a neck and back injury from the military comfort is my first priority.My salesman Gene W. is a good friend of mine that I purchased vehicles from over 15 years ago. Gene is a great man with good values.I had issues in the past trying to make a purchase at CSF but this deal went fairly smooth. I verified the information given to me through another dealership and decided to buy local anyways.The truck is great! This is the coolest time in history to be alive!! Running water, AC, food everywhere, and now electric trucks!!!I don t tow much, but I do haul stuff frequently. The range on this truck is doable for my lifestyle and my insurance went DOWN by $337 for 6 month term!!!I encourage everyone to at least take a FREE test drive in one of these trucks and like me you might be surprised.

Ordered and received a 2023 Ford Bronco. Our salesman was Tyde Taylor and he was amazing. He walked us through all of the options and trim levels and gave us a couple of days to decide exactly what we wanted. When we got ready to finalize the order everything was very efficient.

Car broke down on the way from Houston to College Station early on a Saturday. Within 30 min of my call to College Station Ford they had my car towed and my family into a rental. Needless to say this personal service led me to replace the car with a brand new one available on the lot. All my business to get in the new car was conducted over the phone and the new car was driven to Houston for me the SAME DAY! Will be a customer for life.!

The service department are a bunch of idiots. Came in for a recall, all they did was "reprogram" a computer. Come to find out, they didn't even do that, and other components that SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED, were not, and they didn't bother to listen to me. Dealership near me had zero issues replacing the components free and also fixed another recall I knew nothing about. What garbage.Don't reply with some stupid answer, you cucks. The date on the program was the original from the factory and not a reflash or modification. All issues I complained about and had issues with until last week were due to the components you people should have replaced. Car sat in my garage for several years because of your ineptitude.

Do yourself a favor never bring a vehicle to The Body Shop here. They have had my car for almost two months and not sure when or if I will ever get it back Extremely frustrated I have made two payments on this car since it has been here and can't even use it No one will call you to update you And when you call its Is one excuse after another The only bright spot is the lady that works on the body shop, she is fantastic however that does nor make up for it

My truck requires forced exhaust regenerations every so often because of Ford s poor design. The regen process consists of plugging in to the computer with Ford software and telling the truck to regen. It does everything else itself. Most places I ve been charge $20-$40 per regen. This stealership wanted $500! With no explanation of what the difference was. Seems like they are just out to scam and upsell.

We went in March to purchase a two door jeep Wrangler with our daughter. We told the salesman specifically that we didn't want any add ONS. He wrote on a piece of paper the purchase price plus tax title and license. Then a word, Apex. When we get to finance, we were offered gap, and other insurances to we said no to. We could already tell that the finance guy was getting frustrated. As the finance guy prints out the sales sheet it has apex and another fee for the windshield. Apex is a sort of gps system that they sell you and claim they can't remove it. The windshield was explained that it was a special coating they put on the windshield to make it harder to crack. Both had a fee of about $800 each. We said no we didn't want any of that. We said the salesman didn't explain those add ONS to us. To which the finance guy said well he should of explained it and now we are here. I have a friend that does windshields and he said he can get a new windshield for $80. The finance guy said he couldn't remove those add ons and that's when we said then we don't want the vehicle.As we are leaving, he is already on the phone with someone. Me and my daughter had our hats on and as we are leaving, someone from the back desk, instead of trying to make a deal or assist, tells us to return the hats that were given to us. We could of changed our minds and come back later or someone higher could of reached out and tried to make the sale. Instead they were more concerned about two hats.We went to another dealership that same day and purchased a two door jeep Wrangler for our daughter. My wife is also looking to purchase one but a four door in three months. I was looking to trade in my truck as well. So you could of had three sales. Plus when I get great customer service from anyone, I recommend them to friends and family.Those hats are not going to pay for all that remodeling y'all are doing to the dealership. Bought three vehicles from other dealers so you the owner on your response saying there were other reasons I didn't get the jeep that day, is a mute point.
