Got an oil change from here that ended up leaking resulting in having to do to my dealership and pay double to get it fixed.

I scheduled a service at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, it took longer than expected, then I got a call asking to return urgently because the technician forgot to tight the nuts after tire rotation they acted promptly to avoid a potential accident (which was the right thing to do), but unfortunately this type of errors is far below the expectations when you go to such premier location. I would think twice before to go back to this place.Service: Tires

Why do you go to a quick lane? It certainly isn t cost, because it probably is going to run you a good 30% more than other shops; it may not be speed of service, since I waited 2.5 hours for a routine replacement of rotors (an hour of that was me waiting after my appointment time). Maybe it is because you think they ll stand behind the service if that s the case, guess again. I had rotors turned less than 3,000 miles ago that needed a full replacement. Here s to my $1,400 brake job and never using quick lane again.

Jerry and Tim are great. My daughter had an issue at previous appt and at this appointment Jerry was great at resolving the issue. We have used College Station Ford for "The Works" on our vehicles since 2007. Now with the Quick Lane service it is easier than going through the service department. Great Job guys and we appreciate you.Service: Oil change

Made an appointment for the works and was out in about 45 mins. Team is friendly. Had to dock a star bc when I drove off I could hear my wheels shaking, they weren t tightened correctly. Went back and problem was fixed in about 5 mins. Will go back again.

Every time I come down here Carolyn and the boys will get it done. They are quick and convenient. Always a fair price and with a smile. Definitely the best quick lane I ve been to.

Friendly staff squeezed my vehicle in with out an appointment to preform service. Also notified me of a recall that needed to be done as well. They had the car finished the same day and even offered a shuttle.

The guys and gals at Ford Quick Lane in College Station are the very best. They are friendly, professional and courteous. Tim and Carolyn are always smiling. They work hard, all while making you feel like family. For quick, dependable auto service, I highly recommend Ford Quick Lane.

I gave a rating but forgot to explain it... It was a company fleet car I took in for service. Every single car that came through while I was there was a Ford, but I got the feeling from Tim that no matter what you brought, he'd tell you honestly if it could be worked on or not. I also overheard several apparent long-time customers come in, get treated like old friends, and helped. That says more than I can in a review.

Today is the second time I tried to have an oil change at College Station Ford Quick Lane. The first time they left oil marks on my steering wheel and shifting lever after the oil change.Today I brought in another car. This car has an oil change coverage (bought by the original owner) from MPP (a third party warranty). When I brought in the car for an oil change today, the service advisor first told me he doesn t think the coverage is transferable from the original owner to me (which it is and I did transfer it). Then MPP policy asked Quick Lane for a quick phone call to verify the oil change. Quick Lane refused to call them and kept repeating to me that it is not their job. They refused to make a phone call not because it is a policy, but because they think it doesn t make sense to call when they provide receipts. After I called MPP myself and had them talk to the service advisor from Quick Lane, one of them agreed to do the oil change and the other one didn t.I understand it is more work for them to take the warranty for an oil change. They tried to tell me that the warranty was not transferable when it was. They refused to even make a simple phone call to at least figure out the situation even if it only takes 2 minute. The bad review is for the impatience and attitude from the service advisor. I ve been to a few ford dealerships at Austin, Houston and other car service shops like jiffy lube even Walmart. College Station Ford Quick Lane is the only place I have bad experiences.

My college student was stranded with a flat tire just before headed home for the holiday weekend. Although, Quick Lane didn't have his tire in stock, Tim was so kind and professional in providing advice to make sure my student could get home safely. Thank you! You earned my business for the future.

I went to have nitrogen put in our tires. Customer service is excellent and I didn't have to wait very long. Found out interesting facts about doing this. Now if we need nitrogen added its no cost to.

I have two Fords, 2013 Boss 302 and 2018 F150 FX4. My first experience was getting my oil changed on my Boss 302. It takes a special 5w50 oil 8.5 quarts. I relayed this information at the counter and it even says 5w50 on the oil cap itself. Yet they still managed to put the wrong oil in. Always read your receipts, they put 5w30 oil in and didn t say anything until I called them out on it. Still had to pay the difference in cost after a 3 hour wait time. I purchased my 2018 F150 from College Station Ford and it came with the VIP package through quick lane and my oil changes are free. From the Ford factory the 2018 F150 FX4 s do not come with a skid plate to protect the Transmission Cooler. I installed one myself and it has always given the tech s issues because it covers the oil drain plug. They opt to remove the skid plate in order to change the oil which is fine as long as you bolt it back up likes it s supposed to be. Well, I was informed I m missing 3/5 screws that secure the skid plate to the frame and that they didn t have any screws for it. They re the only ones taking it on and off and broke two brackets doing so. To top it off, they told me I needed a new cabin air filter after I installed one myself one month prior to going. This is my 3rd and last time bringing my vehicles here. I d rather pay someone to do their job right than get free VIP poor service.

I have come here a couple of times for inspection and maintenance and it is a great place. Staff is nice and they explain you everything you want to know. It is definitely not the fastest service in town but the quality of their work is great.

College Station Ford goes above and beyond in their Quick Lane service center. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection sticker, and many other maintenance items tended to with great service and good competitive pricing. Ask for Tim, Carolyn or Larry

Once had the people behind the counter show me a dirty rectangular white engine air filter, and said it was my engine air filter and they wanted to change it.... The air filter in my car is red, cone shaped and reusable. Also watched them sell some poor old man an engine air filter and a turbo charger air filter once... A turbo charger air filter isn't a thing. They often sell you items that you don't need or flat out don't even exist.

I dropped my car off at 1215 for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Almost 6 hours later and it's still not ready. The weather is the explanation obviously as they can't change the oil in the rain. (Seriously?) I've been here several times and I won't be back.

Oil changes might be great but don't go for other services. They prioritize oil change customers (from an employee, not opinion) and changing brake pads on a good day will take longer than necessary.

Always a 2+ hour wait and they don t take appointments. It s hard to pay, then have to wait, when other local place tend to be under 1 hour. Appointments would make a world of difference.
