Extremely expensive and quoted for items that were not necessary. Quoted $500 to install battery, including battery re-coding charges that my model and car year doesn t require. Maybe they could do the research before quoting a $50 fee for that. Ended up buying a battery for $150 and installed it myself in their parking lot. On top of that, quoted $90 more for an oil change than a shop I took it to down the road. Overall very pricey, good thorough work, but how good is it if your car model doesn t even need it.

Rude technicians! And poor time management. Made a 9am appointment to bring my Nissan Armada in for an oil change and a check on a starting issue. Dropped off my vehicle early, around 8:30am. Let their staff know that I didn t need my car until 3pm.Came back at 3pm, and the oil change wasn t done, my vehicle was still sitting in the work bay, AND the technician was very rude to me. They brought my car out of the bay and parked it without having the oil change done. Then told me it would take more time to do the oil change. Then the rude technician made a snide comment about it not making any difference to him if the work was done or not not.I don t think I will ever use this shop again. I definitely don t recommend it to my friends.

Excellent experience. Melinda was in close communication with me throughout the whole diagnostic and repair process. They did a courtesy inspection free of charge. Courtesy transportation to work upon dropping my car off (before they even started the service because there was a miscommunication). The manager was great, too. I will be going to them for my oil changes from now on and recommend them for any vehicle repairs. Not only do they do quality work for a reasonable price, they do the little things to elevate the customer's experience. I also got a flower for Valentine's Day. Thank you for everything.

Transmission on my wife s truck was going bad quickly. Called several shops in the area, Christian Brothers was one of them. They were able to confirm the issue, order a transmission and install in 1/2 the time (2-1/2 days) the others shops were willing to commit to. Actually Christian Brothers completed the job a day earlier then they said which was 3-1/2 days due to the weekend and parts delivery I assume. It was much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto repair. Thanks guys and girls.

My experience with Christian Brother s in College Station was flawless. I was treated with respect and friendliness from the very beginning. The communication was amazing, not just the promptness but the way they talked with me, explaining what they found wrong with my vehicle and what options I had.The repair was timely and my vehicle is running great.

Got towed here by recommendation from BDS towing. Very expensive. Needed a new battery. Dead per BDS. Christian Brothers charged my son - a student - $80 for a "diagnostic" to tell us our brake pads were good among other things (helpful but not what we went there for) and then tried to waay overcharge us for the cost of the battery (+$100 higher) install $80 and "pairing" the battery with the car +$60. My son ended up installing it in 5 minutes in front of the store. Pairing he saw on youtube was a matter of holding 3 buttons down for 30 seconds to reset the check engine light. Total quote for oil change and battery and All the extras almost $900. We ended up spending total under $300 with cost of the battery. CB does solid repairs for a very steep price and overcharges.

The lobby and bathroom is very clean! The people behind the counter are friendly, respectful and made me feel welcomed. I was offered refreshments while I waited. Afterwards I even received a follow-up courtesy call asking me if I had any questions and that they appreciate my business. They also did a great job on my vehicle!Highly recommend!

Really great people here! Had wiring on my vehicle that got chewed up by a rat or squirrel. They were able to get it repaired and get me back on the road quickly. I like that they did a full inspection because my battery was on the outs so got that replaced. Love also how they take pictures of everything and send that to you in a report. I could clearly see the evidence left behind of the varmint responsible for this mess! Melinda the service writer was so nice and went over everything with me. Melinda the driver who picked me up is super sweet. And Darrel the owner, super nice guy. They made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks y'all!!

I drive for ride share apps and need to save every penny I can on car maintenance. I tried Christian Brothers for their discount offer on FB. I ll go back for the relaxed atmosphere of their office, the speed of their work and attention to customer service.

Such a lovely experience!! They finished my oil change less than an hour & also checked all of the bells & whistles!! Then at checkout they gave me a flower!! 11/10 recommend!!!

I was working out of town and my underpinning came loose on the way to the hotel last night. It was dragging and barely hanging on. I stopped into the automotive shop to have it fixed this morning before work and they worked me right in. They were done within 15 minutes and did not charge me at all. I got to work on time and with my car intact. I'm so appreciative of their help. Thank you so much Christian Brothers Automotive!

My family has been using Christian Brothers in CS for a few years now, and they ve always provided excellent service. They ve been able to get my mom and dad s cars in same day, and repaired within a reasonable amount of time.

I love that they will provided images of what the problem is ro support the planned work. I love that they honor their warranties with no issue, and in particular, I have yet needed to bring it up because they did. I love the the staff are friendly.

We began using Christian Brothers a few years ago when the opened their location in College Station on the Highway 6 frontage road. I love their efficient service. We can easily schedule appointments. The front office is always clean and inviting. Their approach to service is friendly and professional. I repaired my water pump on my 2014 GMC Acadia and broke the lower bolt off. They took a look at it and sent me pictures of their inspection along with an itemized list of repairs that the vehicle needed. Although the cost for them to remove the broken bolt was more than the value of the vehicle, and I decided not to proceed, they treated me professionally and handled everything fantastic.

Excellent service, customer care and pricing at Christian Brothers Automotive in College Station for alignment. Unexpected complimentary inspection revealed need to replace battery. Followed up with Nissan for warranty replacement and grateful to CBA for the heads up and not pressuring to have them do the work while car was there (as so many shops will do). I appreciate their integrity and thoroughness, as well as their clean and welcoming waiting area. Will return for other services when needed.Service: Wheel alignment

I bring my car to this Brother Christian Automotive, check engine light on I tell them the light on for 3 days & 4 days off, so they say engine light is it leak so i say ok they keep my car for 3 days , and they call me it done and I come pay for it then drive for 4 days the back on again I bring the car back then they keep my car for 4 more days then car me it done, this time still same thing engine light still on this time I don t trust them no more, I bring to the dealership to fix it , I ask them give me money back I bring the receipt from dealer to them and the guy copy it and he say my manager call me but never call me, then I call the manager say if I come to place he will call the police on me , I don t think good people to steal money that I working for it

Exceptional customer service at this location, I was given a link to all the checks done on my car including pictures, they took the time to indicate what needs immediate attention and any other items I need to take care of. This is my second time at this location and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service.

Excellent automotive and customer service. There was a potential problem encountered which they informed me of immediately. It was resolved without the need for more extensive and expensive repairs. First class organization.
