Incredible staff and service. My coolant pump went out completely in college Station (several hours away from home), and the CarDoc staff took care of me and worked with my car warranty company - even when the warranty company wanted to be difficult. The CarDoc front desk employees and technicians were wonderful communicators, pleasant to speak with each time I called them, and worked to get me back in my car and home as quickly as possible. I have had no issues since the part was replaced, and have recommended CarDoc to several friends and family members already.

I had a wonderful experience. I was looking at a huge bill especially for a college student when I took my car to the dealership. I was advised through a friend from Marshall Texas to check with this shop and as it turns out they were able to save me a very significant amount of money! They were courteous and very conscientious checking my car out thoroughly and advising me if I had any further issues like the one that started all of this to just drive it straight back to the shop so they could take care of it for me! I feel so much better knowing while I am here I have a place I can trust to take care of my car and keep me on the road! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I knew it was a risk buying a 43 year old car, but thank goodness I found CarDoc! Just talking to Aaron on the phone clinched my decision to bring my Triumph TR7 to them. Aaron was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Constant updates and going above and beyond by running down parts on the phone and arranging for delivery. He also recommended Precision Towing and they were awesome too. So grateful for their care and expertise. I definitely will go back as well as recommend. Thanks everyone at CarDoc!

Both of my vehicles have had work done on them by Car Doc. In both cases I was very pleased with the professional way in which the repairs were handled. Communication between the service writer and myself was excellent and there were no surprises..I highly recommend their services.

Wolf Creek Lube recommended that I get an oil leak checked out at CarDoc (which is right next door), and I'm glad I took their advice!They quickly diagnosed my car and found a more serious coolant leak, the repairs for which took just under a week, and that was only because the necessary part was difficult to source and slow to ship. If I drove an in-production domestic car, I'm sure it would've taken about a day.They were upfront about cost (you get your estimate via text and can view/approve/deny any work online anytime), kept me up to date on when to expect to be back on the road, and never tried to upsell me on extra services at any point.I will definitely be bringing my car back here, and special shoutout to Aaron and his awesome technicians!

I have been a long-time customer of CarDoc since my Lexus IS threw a timing belt in front of their store a decade ago. In that time I have recommended them to everyone that has asked about automotive repair (students, new BCS residents). And as someone who likes to sit and work in their waiting room, I have had the chance to observe the way they talk to customers of all kinds in person and one the phone, and have always been impressed with the kindness embedded in their professionalism (especially Aaron). I know cars, and I have never had or heard them recommend a repair or test that was unnecessary, which should be a common fear among potential customers. A family-owned business that is a true gem in this town.

My car had significant trouble with an issue that seemed to be related to the battery but was inconsistent. They helped me diagnose what it could possibly be, even when the car seemed to be without issue, and even helped me fix the possible issue free of charge. Staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing car trouble.

I was extremely frustrated when I found out my car was leaking coolant but when I got to the shop to have it checked out the employees made me feel SO much better. They took complete care of me and had so much communication, giving me piece of mind. The only con I can give was that I had to pay $1,200 for a coolant leak HOWEVER, they were able to get my prior cost down to this amount. Round of applause to Ren, Hailey, Aaron, and Jeremy for dealing with all of my emotions and staying patient with me!!

I've been with Cardoc going on 8+ years and Aaron, Hilaree and the rest of the gang have been absolutely amazing. I send all my friends to them and the tell me they love the customer service and the fact that the service people actually know what they are talking about and are completely honest. Cardoc gets a 5/5 but they definitely deserve more.

Always an amazing experience! The atmosphere is friendly and they always put your best interest first. Aaron has worked there for many years and has always had the best customer service. He doesn't give e me the run around like other places will. You won't be seeing me or my family go anywhere else.

Honest shop that truly cares about their customer especially Aaron. My car was making sounds really bad. Aaron asked me if I had done anything to the car recently. I informed him that I had new tires put on by a national known tire company. He immediately told me not to drive the car as it could be very dangerous and what to do. I followed his instruction and he was correct. The tire company was at fault and they corrected the problem. I really appreciate them.Also, CarDoc has worked on my car previously and I have no complaints on the work they do.

My favorite place to go too for anything car related. They are very quick. I ve had my radiator replaced, power steering pump, and other work done on my vehicle and the price was really good here. Arron is very attentive and very honest but wants to find the best solution for you and your vehicle.

Aaron and his coworkers are absolutely professional and outgoing. I ve had my truck serviced here several times and Aaron has been very helpful at exposing everything and communicating through the whole process. I do not go anywhere else in BCS area except for cardoc when it comes to my truck.

Aaron and the gang are amazing. I drive older vehicles and these guys are lifesavers. I won t let anybody else touch my 97 powerstroke. They do a great job, keep the price reasonable and communicate every step of the way. My son turned me on to CarDoc's the company he works for uses them for around 50 work trucks. They replaced my starter for a reasonable rate. They charge for diagnostics but they are honest and always have a smile on their faces.p.s. my truck is 22years old and has 340,000 miles

Great garage. Highly recommended. They have been able to pinpoint and solve a wiring problem on a Merc, which's a feat in itself. The pricing is quite reasonable. If one's not in a hurry and is looking for a solution rather than a quick fix, this is definitely a place to go to.

Would absolutely recommend this place. Hands-down was the best experience I ve ever had with an auto repair place I called them with an issue guy said come in I ll get you taken care of. I had some major issues after hitting something within two hours They had the part off back on and me down the road and I couldn t ask for a better auto repair place.

Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics in the back were open, honest and professional. Tyler (certified ASE Master Mechanic) did an 8 point safety inspection as required under the Assembled Vehicle regulations and walked me through his findings and offered some great advice on how to tighten up a few things to avoid future problems. I will definitely be using them again.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

CarDoc is outstanding! They provide honest, competent, and friendly service. They fix your car right using quality (NAPA) products, warranty their repairs, and tell you when to expect future maintenance rather than try to upsell you with unnecessary repairs. The family owners of CarDoc have been providing auto service for 3 generations. The staff is certified knowledgeable, competent, and hometown friendly. I ve been a CarDoc customer since 1995 when a student worker who was into cars recommended them. I recommend them to friends and relatives, and all were happy with the great service. I rest confident with CarDoc to provide best value service and I value that peace of mind more than a perhaps cheaper competitor. Believe me, that s important when you drive a 96 Dodge pickup with 200K+ miles. When you take your car to CarDoc, you can exhale now.

CarDocs is my go to for car repairs and maintenance. Be it my Mercedes or my Infiniti QX60. Aaron, Tyler and the Front desk always provide the best service, transparent assessments of my vehicle needs and fair prices. I travel to College Station to have my cars repaired and would not be going anywhere else.

For the past 16 years I have been taking my family s cars to CarDoc. Everyone of one of my experiences have been exceptional. From Aaron or Hilaree who work at the front desk to mechanics Jeremy, Tyler and the rest of the crew. Everyone is knowledgeable and explain each step of your car s repair. They go above and beyond to ensure your car is repair correctly and they stand behind their work.I recommend them and appreciate the work they do. I can't say enough about them, the Dodge dealership told my wife she had to get a lot of things done for $6300. Car doc did and inspection, fixed what needed to be done, all for less than $800. They are HONEST, good at what they do, and VERY reasonably priced.
