We were very well pleased with all aspects of our repair at Caliber Collision.Workmanship on the repairs was excellent.We were especially pleased the continuous communications and updates we received throughout the process.All interactions with the staff were courteous and professional.Joaquin was our primary point of contact, and he did a very fine job.

Caliber collision was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had when dealing with a body shop. Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You don t find that much nowadays. Thank you so much for everyone who helped in getting my hubby s truck whole and back on the road as quickly as possible. We appreciate you and will forever come back for any needs we may have in the future!

Happy to give five star while also good scope to improve in two areas - for some customers like me, my car is everything and having it outside in a repair shop is always stressful and providing us with updates including photos of the car at each stage of repair will be an added scope. Timely call back / responsiveness to calls can improve to hit 5 star. Recommend this shop to friends and family.

I scraped the right front side of my vehicle on white stone at the entrance of my garage door. I received a fair estimate for a paint job and made an appointment. Upon arrival, James said that he can probably buff out all of the white in under an hour, and wouldn t charge me for it. My car looks amazing, he did such a good job and was so friendly. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Robby was pure professional start to finish. I had a relatively easy fix but they treated it like a major job. Installed in 2 hours. Friendly staff everywhere.

Tried to return my car with debris in the paint, buffed it out and still had spots where the debris was. They redid the paint but it took over an extra week. I do appreciate them vacuuming it out and conditioning the leather. The final job was done properly.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Amazing! Good! I especially appreciated the assistance I received from Joaquin S, as service advisor. When I describe a problem with my car, he knows what is wrong with it and knows what needs to be done. Therefore, that shows he knows how to handle car issues. 5 out of5. It was a pleasure to receive quick service from this location! I had to have the my rear bumper, rear lamps, and lift gate repaired after I was hit from behind earlier this year. Once I was able to schedule the repair and took my car in, it took about 7 days to complete and paint.I am very satisfied with the work and customer service of Caliber Collision. Good fast service. They have their process well structured. The repair looks good. The back of the seat was stepped on and not cleaned. BEST body shop I've dealt with! Wakeen was amazing and deserves a raise He was very communicative with updates (via text and over the phone) and was very honest about when to expect the work to be done. Wakeen even stayed after normal hours on a Friday night to ensure I could pick my car up today (and I was the one at fault for being late!)I would use their service every time!10/10. 5 stars. My daughter is college student and was in a collision in College Station. We live 3 hours away so we could not be there the whole time to help her navigate through the process of getting her car fixed. Staff extremely helpful. My daughters car was towed overnight and the key dropped in their key box. The following morning they call me to fill the online authorization which was very painless. My insurance company took care of everything and I only had to pay the deductible to get a new bumper in a couple of days.Their office has free candy and a popcorn machine. Bathrooms were cleaned and personal (capacity of one person at a time)

I have driven cars for nearly 60 years. Caliber Collision is the best body shop I have ever dealt with. The epitome of professionalism, they provided an estimate of time, labor and materials for the work and that s exactly what I got. Work at the estimated price actually finished three workdays ahead of schedule and there were no surprises. They are also a partner for Enterprise Rentals and will assist in pickup and turn in at their place of business. However, two areas require special mention: The quality of their work is second to none and because of their Quality Control they provide a Warranty for their work. Second only to the quality of work is their customer service and communication throughout the process from turn in to job completion they updated every phase with a personal text. Situations such as auto repair are, admittedly, unfamiliar to most of us. Recognizing this fact, Tiffany and her associates did everything possible to make the experience as painless as possible. Again, there were no surprises. They did what they said, for the estimated price and on time. I turned in my rental car keys to them, got in my like new van and drove away a happy man. 5 Stars Plus.Service: Body & Trim

Josh over at Caliber was by far the best service I ve ever had ever received! Although the outcome of my repair was less than desirable, Josh was consistent with all details, communication, and offered excellent Customer Service! I d take my next vehicle to Caliber for any repairs in a flash! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Not least. Nobody EVER smoked in my BMW M6. See pics of after it went to CC.Then there is the mystery of the stolen radar detector.... $1200 installed not the cheap window mounted. I asked where it was and they were very rude and refused to return it.The seat was torn by their carelessly stuffing parts they had removed inside the vehicle. The ash tray overflowing with cigarette butts.

My son was backing my car out of the garage and turned to quickly which resulted in the front cover/bumper being damaged. Multiple places I called had an over the top estimate before they even saw it. Took it to Caliber Collision and Kale took care of me. Excellent, timely service and friendly. He my son in college Station bring his car in for repairs from fender bender and Cale did a great job explaining to me (over phone) and him later the process and then work was done fast and he was so understanding of his situation of not having a car. Definitely impressed with the establishment and professionalism. No upsales or run around as I was used to from other places! Thank you!

I have used Caliber Collision three times now, and there is a reason I am a returning customer. It is because their service is beyond impressive. They take a situation that is already so difficult and stressful, and do everything in their power to put your mind at ease. They do this by looking you in the eye and explaining each step of the process, all while being so personable and sympathetic during an otherwise strenuous circumstance. They truly make you feel like they share the burden if you have the misfortune of experiencing damage to your vehicle, and that is something special knowing you can rest easy and that things will be taken care of because you are in good hands, versus being just another dollar sign in their book. They went out of their way to let me know the status of my vehicle EACH and EVERY week! If anything changed, Tiffany reached out to inform me of any new developments, and she was so sweet with her cheerful messages, always including a good morning or hope you are having a great day . And Cale, well, I don t even know where to start because I can t say enough good things about him! When I ran into a daunting situation with my insurance, Cale went out of his way to assist me in getting the problem remedied. This was not something that was his responsibility and he could have easily washed his hands of the messy ordeal, but instead he advocated on my behalf and made sure that i didn t drown in unexpected costs and turmoil that would have been detrimental for my family and I. I don t leave reviews often (especially such lengthy, detailed ones) but I wanted to let it be known that this shop does more than just quality vehicle repairs (which have always been excellent). They truly have a genuine way of radiating kindness and compassion. Our vehicles are no small investment and if you find yourself in a situation where you have to entrust someone with such a revered asset, Caliber Collision will not disappoint. 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee side swiped a deer, front bumper, quarter panel, driver, and passenger door all damaged. Communicated and updated the entire process without me wondering where they were at. Done faster than expected, no issues with insurance, looked perfect when picked up!
