Just writing this review after 1.5 years. The job that Sa�l did at BVCC was amazing! Fair price and excellent service! The roof has held up great. I don t have a current picture but the second picture was taken a few days after the job was done. (The white marks are from a quick wax job just to get it on the roof in case of bird droppings.) To this day, no peeling, bubbling, or orange peel. Roof still looks brand new! I would definitely recommend them for your painting and work!

My son got in accident on his way home for the Christmas break, and Brazos Valley Collision Center was recommended to us. We've never had to deal with this before, and they were amazing to work with and walked us through every step of the process. More importantly, we got his car back yesterday afternoon and it looks amazing! I'm praying we don't need them again, but if we do, we will definitely be going back to them. Thank you Gilbert and team!

Omg, my car came back to me absolutely beautiful. My car was soo beautiful and looked like it just came off the show room floor. Excellent job, I would recommend BV Collision before I would the maker. Customer service experience was even better.Go see the professional quality of BV Collision before even thinking of any other repair company.

I recently had a fantastic experience with this body shop while getting my son's 4runner fixed. I was incredibly impressed with their honesty and clear communication throughout the process. Mo and his team did some work on a dent in the back of my CRV. He charged a reasonable amount and, when I went to pick GT up my car, not only was it cleaned inside and out, but Mo also had his people fix a small dent on the other side! He said that, since they had it taken apart, he wanted them to take care of it. Also, all of the work done was top notch. This is the third time I have brought a car in to Mo. Thank you for your superior and ethical work!!!

They did an excellent job on replacing the bumper of my 20 year old Camry. Moe was fantastic and even gave a discount. Highly recommend them for speedy service. See the photos for before and after. 5 stars!

Mo and his team did an excellent job on repairs for my vehicle, returned it to me washed and with beautifully cleaned interior, and offered friendly assistance from day 1.Their pricing was clear and reasonable. Not the cheapest but the quality craftsmanship was well worth the extra $100 difference vs other quotes.

So helpful and kind! I genuinely am so thankful for Gilbert and Fred specifically because they fixed a leak in my trunk that I d had for months and had patched on my own but been unable to find anyone willing to look at it and resolve it. It was a pretty unique problem and they worked with me to find time to bring in my car, they were super transparent about exactly what they were doing and how they were fixing it, and the pricing was great! I will be recommending them to anyone I know with car troubles.

I don't know whether this is common but my bumper cover got damaged during a minor incident when I was a student of TAMU. And I brought my car here. At first glance, the repair was great. But after about a year, the paint start to come off. Even just washing my car, a large piece of the paint can come off. For the following years, I've been bothered by this. It doesn't worth replacing the bumper and it made me feeling not good.On the other hand, the frame repair was decent. This is still a little bit of difference between the left and right side of my car, but it's acceptable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We've used this company twice now but will not be using them again after the most recent experience. We had a simple repair, just replacing a side mirror and correcting minor damage around the mirror. We got a quote and an estimate of a day to day and a half to repair the vehicle. It ended up taking eight days. It was impossible to get information from them. Apparently only the rep handling the repair can provide an update, and this rep must have only worked a handful of hours a week. He was never there and calls were never returned.At one point, when we complained about how long it was taking, we were told they found additional damage. That's fine and would make sense, but we weren't notified. Certainly that would change the price.After calling day after day, and being promised that the vehicle would be ready the following day THREE different times, it was ready on day eight. Based on the fact that the price didn't change, it appears there was not additional damage. That seems to be another deceit.The work was done and appears to be done correctly. Yet, I would not recommend this business because of the lack of communication and the dishonesty about time-line. There are plenty of other options for body shops in this town.Service: Body & Trim

My husband read-ended a Ford F-150 in his 2016 Toyota Camry. The entire front end was destroyed. We had highly rated insurance (the kind Rob Gronkowski wants, but can't get), but based solely on pictures of the vehicle (virtual adjuster), they low-balled the cost of the repair. TC Traweek went to bat for us numerous times to force our insurance company to pay to properly fix the car. In the end, he had to request a third-party independent adjuster to view the car in-person and arbitrate the difference between BV Collision Center's estimate and our insurance company. In the end, the car is back to its pre-accident finest and we are eternally grateful to TC and his team. We have several Toyotas and have used BV Collision Center ever since they were recommended to us by Atkinson Toyota when we moved to College Station in 2016. They were great to work with and got my car done earlier than expected! Gilbert was super helpful in getting everything done I was concerned about and more. I can not say enough about how great my experience with Brazos Valley Collision was. Gilbert, the man assigned to my car, was the sweetest, most helpful guy. Being a young college girl I was not sure of everything I needed to do when I accident scrapped my car against a boulder. He walked me through everything. My car was there for about two weeks and he answered all the questions I had and kept me updated. There were a few problems with incorrect parts that came in, but they were sure to fix the problem promptly and still get everything done. I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket and when the repair got delayed they offered to let me drive a loaner they had. This was a God sent because it saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle. Then, two weeks later, I had a small child scratch my car with a piece of wood. Gilbert was able to take my car for only one day and had all the scratches polished out when another place said they could get only about 80% out for $200! They even washed and vacuumed my car when it was all done with. I would highly recommend anyone go here if they are in need of body work. All of the people I interacted with were amazing and although my situation was not the best, Gilbert and the staff made it better in the end.

Brazos Valley Collision Center knocked it out of the park! The work they did to repair my car was outstanding, and done in a very timely manner. The body work was great, and the paint blending is perfection. My car was super clean when I got it back. Even the inside was vacuumed, wow! The staff sent me regular text updates that kept me in the loop, as to the progress of my repair. Gilbert was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable in handling my insurance claim. They turned my painful situation of having a wrecked vehicle, into a very positive outcome. I highly recommend this center for any collision repairs you need, you won't regret it.

Great experience!Disclaimer: I did not get my car fully serviced here.I came in looking to get a quote on a repair on my car, for removal of a large dent on my right fender that wouldn't allow my right side passenger door to open, and replacement of the part. The staff member I met with was very friendly and not overly aggressive on trying to earn my business. He was courteous, and took care of me quickly. He gave me an honest assessment of my situation and gave me the best advice he could, considering if he were in my shoes, even if it involved me getting my vehicle serviced elsewhere. On top of it all, he was able to remove the dent and get my door working again as a courtesy to me at no cost!!So in my short experience, this gentleman treated me like family and wanted the best for me financially and for my car. In the future, I plan on returning to Brazos Valley Collision Center. Thanks!

I ended up not being able to get my car fixed here because of the insurance company of the at-fault driver (Bluefire is horrible), but they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole experience. I can't recommend this place enough. You'll see a lot of reviews on here mention TC, and there's a reason for that! I've never met someone so genuinely friendly in the auto repair industry. He's a great dude.

I had my vehicle repaired at the beginning of the year. The repairs took 58 days, almost 2 months to complete. The reason they said they took so long was because the transmission they had ordered had issues, and this was three different times. Which the insurance company only pays for 30 days. They had to order 3 different transmissions. When I finally received my vehicle(Friday afternoon), I went to visit my parents and my father noticed one of the fog lights was crooked. When I went to check on it I realized the front end was crooked or misaligned. My father also brought it to my attention that the front end completely looked different, and that is because the parts that were used were after market(a.k.a. CHEAP)I returned to the shop to show them the fog lights and that the fender was not aligned correctly. A gentleman working there stated that the damage was done recently, which highly upset me because I only had my vehicle one weekend and instead fixing the poor workmanship, they blamed me. After 2 months, the fender unattached, and when I returned to get the fender looked at, they basically just drilled a bolt to fix the problem. The job looked tacky. I took to another shop, and they basically re-did the job. which looked amazing and sturdy, not flimsy and cheap. I will never allow this shop to do any repairs for me. Very unsatisfied!

Amazing!! Took my car in For Hail Damage!! Was very unhappy with what the Hail Left. My vehicle looks brand new again. Great Work ,Very Professional and the Best Part of the service is you deal with the owner Mo! He is very kind and explain things as you go. My Vehicle Looks Fabulous!! Thank you Mo and Your Team! Great turn around time, I brought them my Honda Civic after my bumper was torn off while I wasn't in the car! Had it back out for me in about one week. When I came to pick it back up, the man who repaired my vehicle actually took the extra time to explain to me that my insurance filed my claim incorrectly, so they saved me around $250 off my insurance! Plus their own price was so great as well. All around amazing job. Thanks Brazos Valley Collision!

If you're looking for the best possible service along with the best possible fix. Brazos Valley Collision Center is it , and just talk to Mo. I don't normally write reviews but this place was incredible. We brought our Tacoma in for a rear bumper fix and the job was done absolutely perfect.They even washed our truck inside and out. And to top it off they were cheaper than most all the other places in town.Service was Excellent, Job Done was amazing and fast. Mo was very professional and courteous. We will do all our business here from now on. Thanks Mo!

I was referred to Brazos Valley Collision Center by my service administrator at Allen Honda, and I'm very glad that I got my car serviced here. When I went to get a repair quote, I spoke with Moe, and he was nice and very professional. He gave me a very detailed break down of the repairs, and the cost associated with each repair. I was able to have all my questions answered, and I felt assured that Moe would handle my repairs in a professional manner. After seeing the other reviews of Brazos Valley Collision Center, I'm surprised at the poor service other customers have experienced. Bravos Valley Collision Center did an amazing job at repairing my car, and I will definitely return if I ever need any more repairs.

From the owner (shout out Moe), collision expert (shout out TC) and every employee i encountered it was a wonderful experience. While the insurance made it difficult they continued to work hard at getting everything resolved. The car looks amazing and i would recommend this shop to anyone who wanted quality work from honest and hardworking people. They are truly a cut above the rest in all respects. Shout out BVCC!!!

This shop is the best in town. My car was totaled this summer. They took care of her and made her look and run good as new. Three to four months later, my brake light went out and I needed a pinstripe replaced (it had accidentally been overlooked in my previous visit, but they addressed it quickly and professionally as soon as it was brought to their attention). They fixed both for free in an extremely timely manner. I didn't even make an appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful, too! I won't take my car anywhere else.

This was a while ago, but I felt it needed to be shared. Terrible communication! They told us our car would be ready in 2 days (very minor bumper repair). After not hearing anything, on day three we called and were told that something came up and it would be ready in the next day or two. This went on for TWO WEEKS. They never contacted us, we always had to call them. When it was finally done the repair looked great and they cleaned and waxed the car which I loved. I just wish they had kept us updated on the repairs rather than promising our car would be ready the next day...for two weeks.

This is a top-notch body shop, first recommended to me by my insurance company. The owners, Moe & Gilbert, are honest, knowledgeable, responsible, & communicate with customers in a respectful, informative & kind way (the latter is very important in this business, since many clients are upset about the state of their cars). The work they put out is great--my car looks wonderful, & they advocate for the customer with the insurance company. Both the front office (with waiting room), & the service area are clean & pleasant. You should feel good & confident about taking your car here if you need body shop services.
