Hands down the best buying experience I've ever had! My sales rep, Jaiden, was amazing. Patient, answered all of my questions, showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, and even showed one to me 3 times before I finally made my decision. She was extremely easy to work with and not an ounce of pressure to buy! BMW of College Station and Jaiden made my buying experience extraordinary. I was driving off in my new car in just over an hour. At 57 years of age, I was as giddy as a young boy with a new toy, when I was presented the keys to my new car with a big red bow on the hood!!! That was the icing on the cake for me! Thank you, Jaiden for everything! I LOVE my BMer!!! Even though it's white. (inside joke).

I only take my car here for services. The service advisors know their jobs. This facility is always super clean. My car is always clean every time I get it back after services. BMW has great team members working on this location.

Jeff sold me a car and was my finance guy. I cannot say anything negative about these folks from the price we negotiated to the financing and getting me out the door while not wasting my time. I would no doubt use them again.

I had a great experience with both Mike and Jason in the service department. Communication was excellent thru the process of getting new brakes and some warranty related items fixed. Video review was thorough and having a loner vehicle during the period allowed me to continue about my daily duties. Great job.

Update: Blake and the staff at BMW of College Station delivered my M3 per our agreement - no changes or last minute additions, etc. Jaiden, my BMW genius, spent a great deal of time with me explaining every option and feature. She and Blake both provided a great buying experience from start to finish.If you are looking for an honest, fair and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend going to BMW of College Station. Ask for Blake!After visiting multiple dealerships in two states, Blake Pool responded to my online request for an M3. He was able to change the one available allotment from a automatic to a manual transmission. Also, he was able to correct my mistake on brake calipers before the car went into production.Within one day after agreeing to terms, Blake ordered my car, including all my options, and followed up with a production number and VIN.Blake and the team at BMW of College Station have been very professional and easy to work with. This was the worst dealership I have ever been too. I contacted this dealership ahead of time. I told them specifically and precisely what I want. I told them I was not interested in wasting their time or my time and to let me know if they can make something happen. I was told yes by Blake. I was told they could also work with me on dealer markups. I specifically said I was coming from out of town. He assured me everything would be okay. I get there and find the opposite. Blake was not even there even though my appointment was with him and I was communicating with him the whole time. They are firm on dealer markups. They offered me less on my trade-in that what their website instant offer was (despite it being in the same condition listed) and the total out the door price was more than the check I had in hand (which I told Blake the exact amount before I drove there). The sales person I ended up with did not even apologize when it turned out not to be true. Manager would not come speak with us. I walked out. I texted Blake to see what happened. Never got a response. No one from the dealership even followed up with me at all. Thanks for having me put those miles on my trade in for nothing! Oh and the sales person was too concerned with an out of state sale for a competition model worth over $100k. For some strange reason, she kept bring this car up with us and how she was working on arranging shipping for this out of state buyer. I guess they only care if you are buying a $100k car.UPDATE BASED ON BUSINESS RESPONSE: I was not looking for a deal. I was paying full MSRP and never questioned that. Negotiating the vehicle price never came out of my mouth. What did was the dealer markups and trade-in value. I questioned the following items:1. Tint (apart of mandatory protection package aka dealer markup) - I was told I am unable to pick the shade and I get what it comes with. Why am I paying for tint when I don't get to pick the %? I was fully prepared to accept tint and pay for it at full cost but not when I don't get to pick. I asked to pick the % and was told no. Firmly.2. "Sealant applied to windshield to harden it" - This was apart of the couple thousand dollar mandatory protection package. What even is this? I don't want it. I did try to negotiate and get that taken off. However, I was fine with the key replacement, paintless dent, paint protection film, etc everything else they were throwing in as required.3. My trade-in was offered a couple thousand less than the MINIMUM range on your online website instant offer tool. I was given no explanation why. I tried to negotiate to at least the minimum "guaranteed" offer tool. I was told no.I don't find my requests to be unreasonable. What is even more odd is that I was told via text you could work with me on the protection package items before I made the drive. That was a complete lie since you weren't even willing to do anything at all.Hopefully this review helps others before they decide to come here. I hardly find my request to at least pick the tint level I am paying for as unreasonable.

We had the best car buying experience ever working with Valerie and Mark at BMW College Station. Anyone in the market for a new car right now knows how difficult it is to find what you want without having to order it. We contacted every BMW dealer in TX and BMW of College Station had 2 cars coming in that were not already spoken for that fit our criteria. We live three hours away so we were really nervous about buying a car from a dealer so far away. Valerie and Mark were fantastic. They were very responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to buy from them. When the car came in we made the 3 hour drive to pick it up and it was ready and waiting on the showroom floor when we arrived. We paid, got the keys, and headed home. Quickest and easiest purchase ever. Thank you BMW College Station!!!

BMW of College Station is a honest dealership. As I didn't have allocation in Austin, I booked a 21' M2 Comp with them. Jeff, my SA, was very professional and super responsive. He worked to make sure that all the BMW finance incentives were passed on directly to me without doing any padding - to me this is a very important aspect I look for with dealership. Jeff had all paperwork ready and I spend hardly 15mins there and was out with my new car. His after sales service was also top notch. Very happy to have done business with Jeff and BMW of College Station.

We purchased a car from Blake at the bmw college station dealership. We were torn between to brands and he explained both models to us for their plus and minus . He ultimately helped us determine the car we needed and represented it exactly as it was. We drove 500 miles round trip passing up numerous dealerships to get there. He and his salesman took hours with us showing us the features. We will be contacting him first for our next purchase. Thank you

We purchased a car at BMW of CS last Saturday and couldn t be happier with our experience. Jesse Singh was our salesman and he was great. Very patient, not pushy at all, just overall an incredibly professional experience. The dealership is modern, has a nice lobby and lounge, and a great playroom for our little one. I'll go to them first when we get ready to replace our car.

Wow. Such an amazing experience! We appreciate Jeff's service. He was a very nice, professional & helpful person. Jeff also made the process very simple & easy for my family & I to understand. I knew what I wanted before we walked into the dealership & I got it! My family & I appreciate Jeff & everyone working at the BMW dealership. Also, Dylan was such a friendly and kind person! Went into BMW having a pretty good idea of what i wanted. Jorge had the car I wanted ready and made the whole process very simple. He was very caring and even told me of some good products to use on my car to help keep it looking new. Overall the experience was really good! You can tell they aren't trying to make a quick buck, but genuinely care about you satisfaction and getting you the car you want! Super excited about my new car and can only hope the service team is as good to me as the sales team!

I walked in to BMW of College Station looking for my dream car. They had the exact model and color I wanted. Jorge led me through the details of that specific BMW, how safe and well-made each vehicle is, and after driving the car I was looking at and answering my questions, he walked me through the buying process. He was extremely patient and helpful along the way. As well as the most personable and kind. Every employee was very kind and extremely helpful - including Dylan and Jaiden!

While we couldn t make a deal, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I had worked with Juan, who was very straightforward, friendly, and not pushy in the least. They had a 2019 Honda Pilot that was really nice, but I could get a new 2020 for just $3K more, so we plan test driving them this weekend. Again, definitely recommend for customer service, wish we could have made a deal!

I ve never felt more like Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman in my life, ha!! I came in to look and test drive a used vehicle for my wife and I got rushed out of there so quick after that test drive. I m guessing I didn t look the part or Valerie just didn t have time or feel like I could afford any car on their lot. Really a bizarre encounter. Loved the vehicle but will buy it elsewhere. If it s the wife, the husband, or the kids that show up to look at that vehicle then you re selling to each one of them. But, especially the guy writing the check!

Very disappointing experience with the sales staff. They utilized high pressure tactics, receiving tens of txt messages and calls daily asking if I was ready to purchase, when are you planning on coming in to sign, etc. After we agreed in principle to the numbers, I go in ready to purchase only to have a bait-and-switch pulled. It felt very fraudulent, trying to force me to buy a ton of F&I items in order to make the sale. Something that was never discussed until I showed up to sign. I'll make sure to let my circle of contacts know not to step foot in BMW of CS.

Yesterday at 430, I had an emergency ! My car started smoking and had a horrible smell! The service team got me in right away for a check-up and found the problem quickly and had me back in the road! Jason and the service manager were very kind and helpful while I tried joy to panic! I appreciate this team!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jorge Lujuan, Gods gift to a car shopper. Mr. Lujuan was the most helpful, professional and transparent car salesman I've ever encountered. I honestly feel that its not about just selling cars to Jorge, he is more so focused on the customers experience and the best way to assist the customer physically and financially. He never made me feel as if he was annoyed or rushing me. He was very honest and direct with me which was a huge plus. He is definitely a very important piece of this company, because his takes his job seriously yet still makes ever customer feel appreciated whether they purchase a car or not. BMW is extremely blessed to have such an individual of integrity and stature such as Jorge. I am still looking for the perfect car there at BMW and with his help and honesty, I know I'll make the perfect choice very soon. Jorge deserve more than this 5 star rating, but that's all it allowed me to choose from. I'll definitely send customers to work with Jorge.

Great people, great place!! Yaku (I sincerely hope that is correct) went out of his way to meet us and talk with us 1 on 1. He gave us a loaner car, and helped on issue with a used car, when he didn't have to. Micah is a great saleswoman. She is upbeat and positive!! Great experience! Would recommend!

Jorge Lujan in the Sales Department has provided with outstanding service.He was very helpful, honest which is greatly appreciated, very polite an attentive to details, not pushy at all.
