Called up there tonight Feb 25th just wanted to know a price for a blinker bulb for my car. It was about 25 minutes to closing. A guy answered told me the price and I didn't quite hear him and ask him how much? And he hung up on me. Guess he was in a hurry to go home. I called him back and he answered and I asked did you just hang up on me? He said no I didn't I said yes you did. I asked how much was the blinker bulb and just told me the price again. So I knew it was him that had hung up! Total SA! You can keep your bulb and whatever else I may need I won't be going there!

This was a convenient stop for an oil filter for my little Subaru. The staff here were very helpful and fitting me with the right one. I would ve picked the wrong one had not been for these guys here, so thanks a lot.

My battery was low and of course i left my tools and jumper at home, after a jump from a friend and making it to the store I was able to get it checked for charge, Buy a New battery, and they were able to swap it on my car for me since i lacked the tools to do so. Amazing service! And very clean store!

Don't go to hardware stores for spark plugs.. for my zero turn. One of the big stores didn't have stock AND the spark plug was $2 at Autozone vs $6 and not in stock at the hardware store. Interesting however Autozone started keeping them in the "back" ...good for them stopping thieving idiots

These guys went way the hell out of their way help me and my wife. I actually work for a competitor in auto parts. And I do not like autozone. N7t these dudes did their best to help us in an emergency and I truly thank them. You guys are great and now I will be directing business to you. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Today I brought my car because it was slow to start, I gave them a brief description of the situation and they immediately knew what needed to be done.Hunter tested my battery and informed me that my battery was probably still within the warranty period. Fortunately it was and I was in an out within ten minutes with a new battery at no cost. I live across town, but this location will always be the one I go to. Thanks again Hunter, for your help!

Very friendly & helpful staff. They helped me replace a battery this morning. I was in and out within 15 minutes and it was about the most painless process I've ever had when it comes to changing out batteries. The gentleman helping me was very friendly and pointed out a few things in my engine bay that I should probably keep an eye on. I will definitely be back.

I went it for wiper blades and an air filter. Basic stuff. It s wasn t the stuff that impressed me. Kyle helped me out even though I told him no thanks. He got me in and out faster than I would have on my own. He didn t pressure me to buy extra items. He knew his products and gave me tips on how to make them work better and last longer. He is a great employee. I m also in the service industry. I recognize people who care and want to make the world a little better. Thanks Kyle and keep up the great work.

Your associate, Reginald, took extra pains to help me to find the right battery this evening. He also took his time to carefully take out the old battery, and put in the new battery. Then when I made a comment about my antifreeze he checked it and saw that it was dangerously low and have recommendation on the kind to get. He then put some in, told me to watch it for a few days and when it got low to add a little bit so it wouldn't overflow. I appreciate the great customer service of this young man!

The lady there at 905 William D Fitch and her staff, did a great job. I had incidentally called other stores about the product I needed, and the other stores seemed confused, and in the past, not been reliable to look up the correct part number; But this lady, was on the task.. she cross referenced part numbers and manufacturers ~~ and found exactly what I needed. Great Job!

Johnathan and Logan helped me find the right part for my power steering system and Jonathan even took (a lot) of his time to help me with the rental tool to remove the pulley. Excellent customer service! Service is all retail stores have nowadays with online shopping typically being lower cost, and autozone should be proud to have these guys representing their brand!

Was looking at a blinker issue I was having in front of the store and Autozone employee Lee walked out and helped me diagnose and fix my burnt out bulb. Not a big task but huge customer service. Temp was over 90 and he came out to help anyway. Awesome customer service Lee! Thank you

Came in to get some performance stickers for my 2002 Daewoo Lanos. The managers helped me find the right stickers to maximize horsepower. I'd trust this crew with my children's lives. They also recommended a wonderful stain remover that took out all the beer/wine stains on my car seats.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes out of their element. Spent several hundred dollars trying to figure out the problem on my vehicle which died as I pulled into a parking spot at AutoZone itself ironically... turns out the battery test that was normal... was "normal" after the device they used to check the battery... jump started the battery and that information was not conveyed to me. Hundreds of dollars later, the vehicle dying another week later. Turns out it was the alternator... which I would at least have been watching out for the battery vs alternator if I had know it was the electrical system. Otherwise, has what you're looking for, but beware that your staff members may be out of their element. Went there another time for a fan belt and guy couldn't figure out which set-up it was despite there was a picture of the set up on top of the fan housing I kept mentioning to him

Great staff members in there!Basically had everything I was needing up at the counter in a kit. 5 minutes and I was out of there which is phenomenal!Appreciate the hard work staff at AutoZone!

The guy behind the counter didn't know much about their inventory so I had to figure out if they had what i needed. I felt uncomfortable because he seemed annoyed by all my questions so I left with less than I probably would have had he been more knowledgeable.

I wanna thank autozone store #6718 for their amazing costumers .. I had a issue going on with my and their team (Lee aka the older gentleman with the left earring and Stephanie for all there help ... I wanna thank older gentleman again for coming outside to even give me a hand on multiple occasion I thought that was by far going the extra mile for the costumer!!

I have had excellent customer service every time I have gone in, especially from Tre. AutoZone management needs to keep him! Also, no long lines, since this is a newer store and people have not found it yet.
