We were 100% happy with our service at Autowerks! Andrew patiently explained the battery situation for our 2018 new-to-us Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van, ran an Autologic Quick Test Report for us at no charge, and provided excellent advice for avoiding future problems. We will definitely return when we need service!

I took my 2008 BMW 650i to Autowerks because it was running rough. I first met with Bill who listened carefully to my concerns, he processed the car in for service. Andrew, the service manager quickly started proper diagnosis of the issue. He kept me informed throughout the process and reported the findings and discussed them with me in detail. The parts required were order right away and with in 24 hours I had my car back and delivered running smoothly again. I am very appreciative of the service I received at Autowerks. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who drives European vehicles, Bill and Andrew have a wealth of knowledge about these cars and the prices are very reasonable compared to other shops.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I had a good experience with Autowerks. I worked with Andrew on the repair of my BMW and he gave great open communication. The price was exactly what the quote was, and the car was ready in a timely manner. Will definitely go back.

Nice shop. Good to very good repair work. Stellar diagnostic services. Minus 1 star for very poor communication skills. Generally no one at the front desk to help. A 10 minute wait for a quite turned into 20 minutes and I left. They had the car, so I figured he would call.

Autowerks has been taking care of my Matthew's family's cars about year since our move. It is hard to find a mechanic you can fully trust however Bill and Andrew and his team has earned that trust! On numerous occasions, he has founds errors that other mechanics might have overlooked. These guys are like family that you can trust!

l have a 1993 BMW Z3 and wanted to get the transmission and rear differential oil changed. No one in BCS was interested in helping me! On a recommendation, I took my car to Autowerks and met Andrew. Let me tell you, he impressed the heck out of me with his knowledge of Z3's. After a courtesy, thorough inspection (that BMW charge me $200 for and did not find any of the problems Autowerks did. There inspection report was awesome, pictures, cost breakdown by part number and labor costs. NO HIDDEN CHARGES...and no sales pressure! After the work was done, the bill was the same as the quotation. The car ran beautifully. I am so happy and will never take my car to another shop in BCS. I also have a Mercedes GLC 300 and that too will be serviced by Andrew and Autowerks. Please don't waste your time trying to find an honest, reliable and professional auto repair shop who knows their profession. You owe it to yourself and car to use Autowerks!

Our daughter attends Texas A&M University. She drives a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. When the car wouldn't start I had AAA tow it to Autowerks after reading the reviews. I will add another 5 star review. Andrew was very helpful and this car had many issues to say the least. They sent detailed pictures and explanations and didn't start any work without my approval to proceed. When I called to get further information they were always very friendly and informative. Autowerks will be our go-to for us as long as she/and the mini are in College Station.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make sure we were updated throughout the process. When I showed up to pickup the vehicle they took the time to go through the repairs and explain what was done as well as answer all my questions. This is hands down the best place to take your vehicle

These guys were very up front and transparent with their bid. I have nothing bad to say about Autowerks. They seemed very honest and truthful, just the bid to replace the starter motor seemed a bit high.I am used to the exorbitant cost to service my Porsche, but it's getting to the point, after replacing starters, fuel pumps etc. With original OEM parts that don't seem to hold up well at all, it's time to replace parts with aftermarket parts made with aluminum instead of plastics, and stay away from Bosche starters.It is solely my fault, for buying a Porsche instead of a Lexus, because if I wanted Longevity instead of prestige, in hindsight I should have checked my vanity at purchase time.

When I first got my BMW, one of the employees at Autowerkz answered all of my questions, and showed me features I wasn t even aware of. Everything is going well so far, but when something inevitably goes wrong, I feel confident that they ll treat me right.

Lied to us about the milage of one of their used cars. Drove for 3 hours to find a rusted dilapidated car with a literal hole worn through the floor board from the driver and doors that wont open or close properly. Sells manager tried to convince us it only had 23,000 miles on it. You gotta be kidding me

I was in town visiting my daughter at A&M. Her air went out in her car but my car needed service before I left it with her. They were swamped but squeezed me in! Currently, Autowerks is restoring an old BMW for my husband and me. Things are going great. We went to them for this project because I have used them many times in the past for Mercedes work and they went above and beyond on service and value. They will always be my first choice. If you're in the market for a reliable and knowledgeable independent Mercedes Benz mechanic, I highly recommend Autowerks TX. I have been taking my S500 to this shop for several years now and have been consistently impressed with their exceptional customer service, expertise, and attention to detail.No matter the size of the job, the team at Autowerks TX consistently exceed my expectations. Their ability to diagnose problems accurately and maintain my vehicle has been nothing short of exceptional. What sets them apart from other repair shops is their commitment to standing behind their work. A little over a year ago, I had a transmission rebuild and unfortunately, there was a defective part in the clutch assembly. Despite it being outside of their control, Autowerks TX made things right and ensured my satisfaction.Their honesty, integrity, knowledge, and customer service are truly remarkable and are a rare find in the automotive industry. In addition to Mercedes Benz vehicles, I'm sure that they do an exceptional job with other imports. Autowerks came to my rescue when the oil separators failed on my 2018 Macan while I was traveling through College Station. Thankfully a local Porsche owner suggested Autowerks to my husband. The service manager,Andrew, confirmed the suspected problem and worked my car into their busy schedule. They kept us informed throughout the repair process and quickly got me back on the road in a couple of days. We were impressed with Andrew s knowledge of Porsches and his considerate attitude for my situation. The car has performed great since the repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I had to pick only one word to describe my experiences doing business with Autowerks, that word would have to be Superlative!Bill, the owner is cool, this guy knows foreign and exotic cars inside and out. Together with Andrew, the manager, they consider every little detail, hunt down and order OEM parts, then they perform the highest standards of technical car repair on the planet. I've watched them work. The crews work well together, quietly converging on a given car as if they were surgeons. Mechanics like Fernando, Ricky, John and a couple of gals, names unknown, who smartly go about repairing and caring for your automotive-baby. When they replaced my brakes on my Porsche Cayenne they upgrade my rotors on the front to OEM racing type and completely scrubbed the assemblies for no extra charge. Overall, the good work they do is very affordable. Lastly, they're careful, conscientious and the price is very fair. I found I can drop my car off and not worry because it will be repaired and returned without a scratch. Andrew is the best! I own a Range Rover Evoque and he has helped me out with all my vehicle mechanical issues for the past 3 years. His prices are fair and he provides honest feedback. This shop is amazing. Recently I had my car checked in this store. Their staff are nice. The manager Andrew is a really decent, professional, knowledgeable person. Had my vehicle towed to their shop due to a dead battery.Vehicle was returned with new battery however the hood latch had been removed? When I asked where the latch was I was informed that it broke while an Autowerks Employee tried to gain access. I also saw the light related to an inflation of an Airbag was on? Both items were simply ignored and no offer to repair the latch they broke!??Do not get how businesses are able to remain considering...
