I LOVE MY NEW SUV!!!Absolutely fantastic sales and service! Jon you were awesome! This was my very first new car purchase and it was the best experience. If he can handle me, who was overwhelmed with trying to find a trustworthy vehicle amid taking care of my husband with cancer, worried about getting a good deal, and second guessing any and everything... Juan and Rusty took great care of me on Wednesday. They were attentive, not pushy, very professional, and I felt they were honest. They listened to my needs and did not try to push anything on me that I was not interested in. Juan also showed me around the dealership and told me what all will be offered and the amenities that I will benefit from. I will definitely be using them from here on out. I am enjoying my new Accord.

I totaled my first car (which was my baby!) at the end of January and went on the hunt for a new vehicle, on a grad student budget, two months before graduation. I walked into Allen Honda, and from the moment I stepped in Jonah made us feel so welcome. He was happy to answer any question we had about multiple models, brought everything out to test drive, and led me through every part of the car-buying process. From the beginning he was honest and you could tell he truly cared about getting me the best deal I could have. I m moving soon post-graduation, but I would fly across the country to get service from Allen Honda and Jonah again!!

We love Allen Honda! We have always come to service our vehicles and have always had top notch customer service. We got to purchase our first vehicle from them today and they made the process so easy and made us feel so special by putting the bow on our car when it was ready to go! Honda Bob was the best to work with and we really appreciate all of his help! Allen Honda is the Chikfila of car dealerships with customer service!

We are very happy with our new Honda Pilot. Jake our salesman gets five stars for his wonderful help. We had a CRV in for repair. The vehicle was on its last leg with 239.000 miles.Jake took the time to see what we needed and he helped us get the perfect used vehicle. My wife and I are retired Texas Teachers and are on very limited pensions. Jake helped us get the exact payment we needed. He went out if his way to get to know us and we really appreciate that. I never felt pushed or strongarmed. You will be very happy that you got Jake to help you.

Absolutely fantastic service at Allen Honda! Our sales person, James, was very nice, very friendly, very personable and all around 5 stars for his service. Brandy, the financial manager was also great and very helpful.Allen Honda went out of their way to make us feel at home.

My experience at Allen Honda is getting a car with sales person Sheena she was awesome. She took her time to help me find something that I was comfortable with. I ve never had a woman sales person and she was absolutely awesome. She took her time made sure I understood everything and then give up until I got a vehicle. I loved her smile. The way she handled me. I would recommend her to anyone going to Allen Honda to purchase a vehicle. she even went the extra mile to get me a big bow on the car.

Sheena was amazing!! Came in with my little sister to get a used car for us to share. My credit isn t great and she virtually had none. We d been researching and shopping around for a week (since our other car dropped dead) at various other dealerships with little to no success or even professionalism The minute we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind and courteous. But Sheena and Brandy stole the show. Although we couldn t get the exact car we wanted, because we didn t have a co-signer, Sheena still helped us find a pre-owned car that suited our needs and our budget, and Brandy walked us through the whole financing process. I highly recommend them here. They know their stuff and will be willing to help you, no matter your situation.

Our experience at Allen Honda was very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we entered the building. We were assisted by Sheena Smith, and she was amazing. She made us feel right at home. The service at Allen Honda is phenomenal. It s a family owned business, and I was well taken care of treated like family from the moment I connected with Jon Hines, an experienced sales rep who was recommended to me by a mutual friend.Jon made the experience as painless as possible, guiding me through the sales process, making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and encouraging me to reach out to him in the future, if I had any questions at all or needed any assistance going forward.I ve got free oil changes and car washes for seven years, and I genuinely feel at home at this dealership. I worked with Juan on the purchase of my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport L. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Juan was so nice and helpful, but most of all he was patient with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend going to Allen Honda and requesting Juan for sales. The overall vibe at Allen Honda is that the customer experience should be nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is superior to any other dealership I went to while looking for my car. They have a beautiful dealership and fantastic customer service from sales to finance to vehicle service. I would highly recommend Allen Honda!

Had the pleasure of being serviced by Jake. Great guy, very friendly and walks with you every step of the way. He was capable of answering all my questions, and allowed me to feel more assured of my decisions, without any of the haggling. I came in to purchase a car, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with, throughout the entire process. I can count on him, whenever I have any issues or questions arise. Jake is my go-to guy. Great staff, great atmosphere. It was definitely 5 stars, for me.

I recently purchased a Honda Passport from Allen Honda this past December. I could not be happier with my purchase, it is such a comfortable vehicle. The service center for maintenance has been easy to get into and, when I had a concern, it was quickly addressed! I had some surging in the engine and it couldn't be accurately diagnosed. My service rep Adrian kept me well informed and most importantly, remained honest throughout the whole process. I will have to drive my car for a while to see if the problem persists. I came to them in a very vulnerable state and in no way did anybody try to take advantage of that. I find this to be very commendable! Thank you Allen Honda service department, especially you Adrian!

Hello first time buyer of a new vehicle they deserve 6 starsJuan was very helpful : the process was smooth not so drawn out: he showed us where service is etc took us on a tour . We saw the bays which are clean very organized; no tools laying all around . They have a lot of perks other dealerships do not offer anymore 5 plus years car washes oil changes : they are a very transparent honest dealership. They gave us a gift bag . They treated us like we were family. I can go on and on about this dealership. Absolutely nothing bad about this place . I am so very happy with their hospitality their absolutely amazing customer service. I ve been to a lot of dealerships and this is by far the best place in Bryan snd College StationThank you Juan you were completely the most honest salesperson I ever have had . Made this journey smooth

Allen Honda's Service Department is their best asset. Pierce, Taran and their teammates offer the most consistent level of professionalism while making sure their customer's needs are met. Kudos to the Service Manager, Vince Angele for supporting them in their efforts to deliver excellent service.

$6,000 in fees on an okay priced used car. Turning it into an over priced used car. $500 for nitrogen filled tires? Let me tell you a free way to get 78% nitrogen.Also double charging $700 for an AVAS tracking system. So $1,400. $500 windshield package? Plus many other things.

Great company to do business with. These great people sent someone to change my tire so I could get to the dealership and fix my flat. I am super grateful, and when I tried to tip the guy, he didn't want/take the tip due to policy. Other places I called didn't do such a thing. Glad to keep my business here.
