I called him at 2:40 p. M. He said he would be at the place I'm broken down in about an hour and a half. I didn't go get anything to eat because of waiting for him. It is now 9:,21 p. m and I still haven't seen him. I am 62 years old and had to go to bed with low blood sugar. I probably won't sleep well

I really want to thank this gentlemen for driving a 100 mile round trip to Diboll Tx and back . I was needing my front differential swapped out on my suburban .I had a very important appointment I had to be at Monday morning and he was there Sunday night to fix my vehicle. He really went above and beyond to get to my vehicle repaired for me to be able to make my Monday morning appointment. If you re in need of a mobile mechanic I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY !!!

Derek was right on to answer, listen to my truck's issue and get me a very reasonable quote.He was right on to fixing my truck even though I had to work. He even brought me my keys when it was done.Thank you so much! My new mechanic for sure!!

Derrick came out at 830pm to replace my wheel hub assembly. He did a excellent job! Had me back up and going quick. I will always use Derricks service when I'm in Houston and surrounding area.

He is lying the car was taken September 18th not returned until around 5pm October 11th. We have receipts phone calls and texts to prove such!The car is leaking oil. And was 2.5 quarts low with visible leak less than 8 days after receiving. There was no communication during the entire process. Upon return of the car many excuses given on parts and timing. My mom is a senior citizen and her original quote was about $600. He added up adding on stuff until her total was over $1,200. All was paid in full. He swore the car was good to go but this car has a bad rep an she should get a new one asap. We asked over and over if it would be completely fixed. He gave my senior citizen mother reassurance Everytime. If there was a bigger issue honesty would have gone a long way. That could have been about 1,300 toward another vehicle. Sad. But lesson learned for a poor old woman I guess....

Agreed on a higher price for him to make a service call since I'm an hour away. Called me at the approximate time I was expecting him to say his truck broke down and he would be there that afternoon or the following morning. Then he ghosted me on Friday morning. I texted and called... Nothing... Sunday today and still no courtesy text or phone call.

Came toy house at 8 pm and repaired my tire I did not have a spare would not have made it to work on time following morning thanks

All I can do is tell you he did a good diagnosis and he's reasonable and his prices I haven't had to work done yet because I hadn't got my social security check yet but he seems to be a real nice guy
