I had an outstanding experience with an outstanding manager of an outstanding store. Tracy at Napa was both engaging and well versed on what she had in stock, what she could get and when.We are very pleased with the products we picked up but even more thrilled about the relationship we have started with Napa Clyde. I find the communication, knowledge and problem solving to be a step above many others that only share what is in stock and what isn't.

Great people! We're from Arkansas and I blew a head gasket around their store. They were amazing. They let us stay in the parking lot after hours to get finished up. Thanks again guys!

Good deal on synthetic oil. However they don't stock 5qt bottles listed on their flyer? Gave back some savings having to buy 6 1qt bottles instead but... All in all i will buy there in the future.

Very helpful and friendly folks here. If they don't have what you need they can order have it back by next day. Reasonably priced to.

They greet me with welcoming attitudes every time I walk in. Very knowledgeable staff with a well stocked inventory.

I go to Napa quite often I have never had anything but positive interactions with the staff there. They might not have what i am looking for but they are glad to help look and that says a lot.

Very expensive, but if you don't want to run to Abilene then this place is great. The staff is also extremely nice, and helpful.

Great place for auto parts has a large selection of parts and if they don't have it in stock they can get it overnight

Fix your online stuff guys... Come on. Limped my car over a few miles to the store. Says online open til six on Saturdays, but actually close at 12pm. Pretty pissed off right now.

My truck broke down and I pulled it into there parking lot. They not only helped me find someone to look at it, but they stayed after hours and waited with me till the tow truck arrived.
