Alex is always really transparent in showing me exactly what I need done. He's personable, kind, gets everything done in good timing, and has even gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions! I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone who need work done

He was pretty good mechanic. He checked the car that we brought and told us the problems and everything about the car. If you want to check car before you buy, this is the best place at freeport!

MO of this shop..... will tell you they can fix anything.. will take you car or truck... few days later will call you and let you know he couldn't get it but will charge you a ridiculous amount... I honestly think it was not even looked at... SCAM FOR SURE!!!!

Our daughter received the dreaded flashing check engine light for a vehicle she was using while away from home. When researching for reputable auto repair shops, we noticed the excellent reviews JJ Auto Repair received. We can confirm that Alex deserves the excellent reviews. He checked the vehicle right away when our daughter brought it in, diagnosed the issue, and took the time when calling us to thoroughly discuss the issue in detail, including all the options and answered all our questions. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, very honest and did not try to upsell or take advantage of the situation we were in as we were out of town. In addition, the diagnostic and repair cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend JJ Auto Repair!

I ve used J J Auto Services for over 5 years. Alex is the owner and very low key. He definitely knows what he s doing. He is thorough, explains what the car needs and why before then explains afterwards the repairs he made. He gives you a preliminary estimate for approval before starting work and many times the final bill is lower than quoted. Alex gave me a diagnostic and repair solution the same day I brought it in and had it finished the next day. My new fuel pumps were installed quickly and thoroughly. I will be coming back for future repairs and maintenance. We have been going to JJ Auto Repair & Services for several years now. Alex goes above and beyond our expectations every time we've brought our cars in for maintenance. No job was too big and he always does top quality work! We go to Alex for oil changes to major engine work, some scheduled and a few emergencies; Alex has always made the time . Hes very dependable and reasonable price too!

Spoke with Alex about issues I m having with my car. He was very honest and helped me decide which route to take with repairs. I got the sense that he actually wants to help fix the problem and not just use people like an ATM. I ll definitely be going to them for any future mechanical issues.

Got my daughters car fixed here! They did a fabulous job that another popular mechanics shop in LJ said couldn t be done. Car is as good as new and the price was perfect for my budget!! Very good underrated shop with great pricing and customer care. Mr. Alex took very good care of me even on a busy day. He took time testing, and explaining to me what all was wrong with my car, explained all the possible solutions, gave me a good price and eventually got me back safely on the road within a short period of time. Most mechanics in the Brazos area didn't have time to book me until the following week or even worse the week after. He was able to assess, fix, and get me in and out within the same day!!!! Thank you, you definitely have a permanent customer for any future inquiries.

I can t thank this gentleman enough. He listenedto the problems we were having with our Kia, determined what it was and repaired it within a few hours. I will be using him as my go to mechanic from now on. His prices were great and the total was the same as the estimate he gave us. Highly recommend!

Mr. JJ is the best place to go in TEXAS. Very professional about his business.Soft spoken gentlemen, great team of mechanics, and he care about the work he does. Worse place to take your vehicle!! Charged us almost $600 and fixed nothing! The truck now has more problems than it did when we took it here!!
