Bought a part for my truck and it popped off so they didn't have the other so had to buy another part it then popped off again (CV SHAFT AND OTHER PART HAD THE CLAMPS THE STORE DIDN'T HAVE SO HAD TO BUY OTHER PART THAT HAD THE CLAMPS ON IT) it popped the clamps and the part came off while I was driving so yet again no vehicle for our transportation. Your guy at the store wanted to argure with me that it wasn't his fault that the part popped off yet the parts had a warranty on them and I wasn't happy with the outcome of your store clerk talking to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. His attitude was to sit and argue with me and not refund the money I spent on product that didn't work. I will take my business to AUTOZONE from now on.

Miss Nicole here at O Reillys was the biggest help today she is the best . Thank you nicole . I was broke down need a starter for my work van she got under my car bump the starter we could not get it . Run me up a starter, set me up with tools and ramps Way above and beyond thank you O Reillys for having this lady work for y all

Went in for 2 batteries for antique autos. Counter guy very helpful. Only had to buy 1 , because he successfully recharged the other one.

You should know that if you but a battery here and it goes dead, you will have to wait an hour for them to charge it before they will replace it. Surely there is a device that will diagnose the state of a battery in less time.

They had everything I needed to make repairs to my vehicle. Really nice to have a business where parts are readily available without having to wait for it to be ordered, in our small community. I still support our local parts suppliers but there are times one cannot wait for ordered parts. Now we have a choice.

I visited this store today in search of an item for my husband. The staff showed zero customer service skills. I was not greeted upon entering the store. No one even asked if they could help me. I approached a man and told him what I was looking for. He just stared at me. Finally, he showed me what they had. Luckily, they didn t have what I needed. I don t think I would have bought from them anyway. I know I will NEVER go back.

The customer service was excellent. Wish that the prices were little bit closer to online ( Amazon), but it is worth the human element, it's just the price of it is questionable

My car had acted like it had a dead battery but it checked out fine so I thought maybe plug wires were faulty. One of the employees went out, cleaned everything up, charged it a bit and without spending a cent hasn't given me a bit of trouble since. They went above & beyond.

A well-run store. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, which is pretty good these days for an auto parts store. :-)

Love that built one in our small town. I always use O'Reilly you can't beat thier lifetime warranty on most parts. (I think they deliver too.) I need to check on that.

Plenty of people there to help and all were friendly and helpful. Although O'Reilly advertises special told loaned out, it would be nice to have a list available.

I thought this might help some of the people. Having the parts on hand is about the only good thing it helps out with. The workers are not someone I would want touching my vehicle.
