I really enjoyed working with Angela and Phil purchasing my truck. They dealt fairly, they were helpful and respectful, and there was never any pressure. They were also super helpful dealing with a paperwork issue. Lots of flexibility and a service mindset here, and it is appreciated. I haven't had this kind of experience in any other car buying situation, and it was well worth traveling a couple hours to work with them. This should be the model for the industry. Thanks guys!

My salesperson, Brad Hufhines, is a solid guy. Skip the big city salespeople and buy from him. Brad connected me with a safe, reliable vehicle and I truly appreciated his personable nature during the entire process. Happy to report their finance department did NOT bounce me around to 10+ banks in a quest for best interest rate. Precision and experience .saved my credit score and sanity, thanks y all!

UPDATE: Super place, the people are understanding and helpful. Their service is very good and they're very professional in conducting business.They have done some improvements since my last visit. The waiting area for customers has been improved with children's play cube, lager color television, water refrigerator, and coffee/cappuccino machine. The bathroom has been updated as well.

Fast approval and they were accommodating to my questions and needs.Angela, Tony, and Phillip made sure I was taken care off. They were able to approve me for my 2024 Bronco Sport within minutes. They worked with me and helped with prompt delivery of my Bronco Sport. I am definitely looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from this dealership. I want to say thanks to my saleswoman Angela. She was upfront and honest, and there was no pressure whatsoever. She even let me and the wife test drive the vehicle by ourselves. I was shocked when we started discussing numbers that the OTD cost had no additional dealership markups. The dealership even let us finance through are credit union and tried to beat our banks apr. Once again thanks Angela for letting us have a great car buying experience.

If I could give this place a 100 star rating I would. They are very kind people and take good care of you. Brad Hufhines is fantastic and will work hard to get you the vehicle you want. He has went over and beyond for us and I can't thank him enough for his hard work and kindness. We will not only be getting our vehicles serviced here but will continue our purchases here as well. Please consider them when you are looking to get a new vehicle and see if Brad can help you out they truly are the good guys!

Randall in Ford Repair is great. He fixed recall items & checked out my new used car. He found a brake/rotor problem, handled claim with selling dealer & got me scheduled within 1 week.

I meant to leave a review months ago, but forgot! This place is awesome. My wife dreamt of owning one of the new broncos and after talking to a lot of dealerships that were overcharging, expecting large up front cash to order we were getting discouraged. She contacted Douglas to inquire about ordering a bronco, no $ to order, no added mark up. Being a woman doing a deal like this she was nervous, but they treated her great. Didn't add .01 cent to the msrp and were just great to deal with! I would recommend them 1000%. We took ownership of our beloved bronco on December 9th, just 7 weeks after ordering the bronco.

Met this business over the Internet. Contact with Angela was pleasant and she was very patient with this old timer's questions. She was very knowledgable and upfront about what could and could not be done. She took extra time to help me get the financing that I was looking for. MOST importantly of all - Douglass Ford had a vehicle that fit my desires and budget. Paperwork handled over the internet made the pickup process quick. Wished they were closer so they could be my primary Dealer. Thanks again Angela. Oh by the way - LOVE the mileage . . .

Honestly after looking for weeks the dealer closest to home was where I should have started. Quick, painless - no hard sell or pushy salesman. Just Mr. Gloff who didn t dismiss me because I was female looking for an F-250 - or because i showed up less than an hour before they closed. He simply asked me what I wanted / where I wanted my Payments / how much I had to put down - and less than 20 mins later I was test driving exactly what I was looking for. 45 mins after that I was home with my new truck and payments $300+ lower than what I was expecting!!!! Check out Douglass Ford in Clifton - Ask for Dave he will treat you right!

They stand up to their slogan as "Home of the Nice Guys"! Everyone was super professional and served us well. We were in and out with our new truck in no time! We did have to drive a little bit because of where we are located, but it was worth it. I love Ford and I will continue to do business with the dealerships that stand up to the Ford name.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change on my F250. I was told I'd have a 30-40 minute wait time. Actually took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was told upfront the cost would be $59 and change. In the end, it was $68.45 because they didn't figure in enough labor change which was 2 hours. Also they said a tire rotation was included, but they decided to wait till the next oil change to get it done. Funny because the multi point vehicle report card advised a tire rotation. Not my 1st time to butt head's there, this may be my last time to visit Douglas Ford. If you have other options, you may want to try that first. Also, all I had was a simple oil change. Per the dipstick, they put in the minimum amount of oil and not the half way point. The 6.2 liter engine is a pretty big engine and the valves was the clue to check my just changed oil change.

I moved the service for my vehicle to Clifton Douglas Ford and am glad I did. The personnel are friendly and promptly tended to my vehicle. They informed me of some information that saved me time and money . I feel very comfortable dealing with them

Called in to find a car and Tesla was very patient and answered all my questions, she was very pleasant to talk to. When my husband and I went to the dealership David was so friendly, he listened to what we needed,he took our info and sent us on our way and then they worked to get us in a new vehicle. Luis was also very informative and pleasant while working our loan. Have never had such a great experience anywhere else as we had here. Would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Excellent experience. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. David Goff, my salesperson, did an excellent job of explaining the dashboard and set up my phone and FordPass. He even moved my bedcover from the old to the new! Outstanding service. Will definitely buy from them again.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. They schedule an appointment, yet do not start working on your vehicle for 2-5 days. This has happened twice on the same vehicle. When I called to check on the status I was told that it was being worked on, but drove by and car was parked in the same spot. Addressed this with the service manager and was told he "thought" it was being worked on but never verified. Very frustrating process.

Absolute best people to work with when buying a vehicle! Our salesperson, Mason Adams, was professional, informative and welcoming. Luis Gutierrez handled our paperwork and he was great, as well. Felt like we were hanging out with old friends. They don t just say they re the home of the nice guys, they exemplify it. I recently bought a Ford broncos sport from Douglas Ford in Clifton Texas. I must say this was the easiest most enjoyable purchase I've ever had in the dealership. The salesperson Mason kept me informed about the process since I had to order my vehicle. Whenever I would text him he always responded within the minute with the information I requested from him. I mentioned that I wanted this to be a quick purchase and he sent me documents prior to going in to get my vehicle to make the process faster.p we then dealt with the finance man we were in and out of his office in about 10 minutes so as I stated before this has been my best car buying experience yet thanks Douglas Ford

My experience with this dealer was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my F150 in for a few issues that should have been 100% covered by my Ford premium bumper to bumper warranty. On day five of my truck being in their possession they finally pulled it in to be diagnosed. When they called, I was shocked to hear that 90% of the problems I described had disappeared. They said the technician did not hear a rattle when cold started or smell the overwhelming burning coolant smell that I have been dealing with over the past month. They also added that the vibration that I was feeling while traveling at highway speeds was gone as well. I was told the truck has a "Clean bill of health and I just needed a tune up and a hose 36 thousand miles sooner than the owner s manual states plugs, and coils should be addressed. I decided to pick my truck up before their incompetent mechanics had the chance to mess with anything else. After being charged $156 I am left with a truck that now runs worse and is covered in mud both on the outside and on my driver side floorboard.My advice is to steer clear of this service department as all cost.

I had a great experience with Douglass Ford from my first phone conversation with Angela(internet sales) to David meeting me at my vehicle as I arrived. All staff that I interacted with were friendly. The buying process was easy. I would definitely recommend Douglass Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

Although they may not have been as knowledgeable about the car I bought than I might have liked, they promptly answered the questions I did have and helped me every step of the way when I bought my new car from them. David Gloff is a stand up man that went out of his way to help me even after I made my purchase. Tony, the general manager was very friendly even after I was made an inquiry after normal work hours. I would say these gentlemen live up to the "home of the nice guys" motto!

I purchased a Mustang Mach E from Douglass Ford on 1 Nov 2021 and the staff was amazing. Shout out to Mason for being awesome, I lucked out and called shortly after the Mach E was delivered to their dealership and Mason was able to hook me up with all of the paperwork ahead of time so everything was ready when I got there. The purchase was painless and I drove off the lot a happy guy.

Great experience at Douglass Ford. Luis the sales manager was helpful and quick with paperwork. Filed out the financing application the night before and bought the truck the next day within 30 mins of showing up to Dealership. In this market I was very pleased with the price as I saved minimum $6k on my truck. ( Looked at and called on over 20+ trucks and knew the value I was getting from Douglass) Would for sure recommend for the price and inventory in the the 2021 truck market. Can not comment on any other service with Douglass Ford as I only bought the vehicle.
