Saw Angela s post on FB about a truck for sale and instantly knew I had to have it! Angela was super quick with a response and getting the process started! I had my truck the next day with the process being super easy! Would recommend getting a vehicle here with Angela!

Mason has helped me purchase 2 vehicles and both have been amazing! I would highly recommend anyone to go see him! I am always hesitant being a mother who s purchasing a vehicle that will last but he made sure my concerns were heard, and got me into the vehicle i could trust!

Bought a new company vehicle and they only put half a tank of gas in there. Had to replace the windshield wipers the next day. The detailing was mediocre. Angela was the best saleswoman I've ever worked with. I definitely recommend her. Prices were good.

Absolutely had a professional experience at Douglas Motors in Clifton!! Hands down best vehicle purchase ever!! Brad Hufhines was AMAZING and had a genuine caring heart with no pressure sales.My husband was able to leave with his dream truck . Had all the bells and whistles he could ask for. Staff was wonderful and welcomed us from 3 states away.I will definitely be back and send all my family & friends to Clifton for a vehicle purchase.Thank you Douglas Motors for going above and beyond !!

Me and wife had been looking 4 to 6 months at purchasing a Jeep Gladiator. Came across two of them online on their used lot. Decided to drive a hour to test drive both of them.Angela greeted us in the parking lot with a friendly smile and small town hospitality. She let us take both Jeep Gladiators on a test drive. She helped us purchase one of them to take home with us. Her the service department and all the managers at this dealership are outstanding. I would highly recommended anybody to buy new or used vehicle here. Be sure and stop by and see Angela to help you with all your needs.

We will do all of our business with this dealership from now on. They are not pushy and they listen to what you want. There were no added fees and beat any other dealership we went to in the Metroplex. Angela was amazing. We highly recommend you do business with this dealership and ask for Angela. Friendly staff, no pressure sales techniques but took the time to answer my questions. closing the deal was quick and easy. When its time for the next vehicle I will be going back to Clifton and Douglas Chev/GMC.

I waited over an hour for a vehicle inspection I was told would be 15 minutes. I ended up leaving and going down the road to the tire shop and I got it done in less than 5 minutes. The best I can say about Douglass is that it had a nice lobby area with snacks and water.

Typically for me the prospect of buying a new car comes with mixed emotions. The excitement of getting into a new vehicle is often tempered with the stress and anxiety of having to deal with pushy, dishonest salespeople. I am extremely happy to say that my experience with Douglass Chevy provided all of the former and none of the latter. Brad Hufhines and Phillip Howard were a pleasure to deal with. After a day or two of exchanging emails we arrived at a deal to trade in my Camaro ZL1 for a new Corvette. Everything was agreed upon before I went to their store, and I knew, to the penny, what I would owe when I left. I was out the door in my new ride in record time and, best of all, there were NO SURPRISES!!!! To Brad and Phillip and everyone at Douglass: Thank you so much for helping me get my dream car. Let me just start by saying Angela Thomson was amazing!! any question I had she answered anything I needed was done! this by far was the best experience I have ever ha at a dealership They are fast friendly and made the whole experience worth it! Luis in financing walked us through every paper and did not leave out any details I highly recommend. I drove 2 hours to come here and it was well worth it THANK YOU ANGELA AND LUIS YOU ARE AMAING!!

Service department has been accommodating to me when I came on the last day for my state inspection as well as scheduled oil change. It was over before I knew it, and was walking out with the proper statement for renewal. The only problem was the smell in the waiting room

Oil change, no appointment (walk in). Service department took the job, and pulled the truck in right away. Finished quickly, and I was on my way!

I made an appointment for wheel alignment. Walked up to the service counter, a guy said he would need to get the manager. I waited for 15 minutes to be able to speak to someone, nobody even acknowledged that I was there. The parts guy at the counter across from service never even said hello, could I help you, or anything at all. I walked out. Thanks for wasting my time. So much for supporting local businesses, I am driving to Waco instead. Never again!

Douglass Chevrolet was the 4th Chevy dealer I contacted in the Waco area in the past month. The others were all arrogant, lied, had no inventory and or had horrible customer service. My salesman, Mason at Douglass was down to earth, no sales pressure, honest and followed up with everything he said he would do. The sales manager, the same way. Bought my new truck from Douglass in one day! Great folks to do business with and look forward to having this dealer do all my service work. I highly recommend you visit the Douglass team before you buy from another dealer in the Waco area.Thanks Mason and management team!

I asked them to change the oil and align the front end. The oil change was great, but they said my front end needed nearly $4000.00 dollars worth of work before the front could be aligned. I took it to two other mechanics and they said it was fine. The truck has 135000 miles on it and they are 99% high way miles. The truck has never been wrecked. I took it to Midas in Waco and they saw no problems and they aligned it and I was out in 45 minutes. Don't know what the mechanic at Douglas saw, but its drives great like it always has. May consider taking it somewhere else in the future.
