10 out of 10 recommend coming to this specific location! Upon my arrival, I was quickly greeted by the service manager, Katheryn. During my whole visit she was very attentive and knowledgeable. Which definitely made me feel at easy because my husband usually takes the cars for service and I had no clue what needed to be done. Not only did I get an oil change but I walked out with new wiper blades, tires rotated, and AC refreshed! Thank you Kay Kay for exceptional service! Go see Kay Kay and her store, they are doing great things over there.

I was greeted by Kay within 5 seconds of my arrival! When I was pulled in the bay, the technicians all seemed like they loved their job and the best part was how they communicated with each other! I was presented services and didn t feel any pressure to buy anything. I ll definitely be returning for my future oil changes and services as well! Thank you Kay and team!

Absolutely the worst place to get an oil change. Management doesn't even know what she's doing. Overpriced. They tried to get me to buy things I didn't even need. Very pushy. Chyanne is rude and I will never go there again. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Bring back the other shop that was there, those guys were great.

Valvoline in Cleveland is and is going to be the best location to have your vehicle serviced. The trusted experts that are there now, are willing and able to help. Trust is built on TRUE experiences. Don t read the hype GO see for yourself. Kay and her team will NOT disappoint

So most of these good reviews are left by employees.they changed my oil and it was just not good the customer service is terrible they weren't accommodating at all. Way over priced for not good quality work i'm taking my car to the dealership to make sure they didn't mess up my BRAND NEW car. so sad and when i asked for a manager "kay kay" needs an attitude adjustment.If i could give negative stars i most definitely would.

I used to come here exclusively for my oil changes because the service was wonderful and they were fast. However the service has gone massively downhill and is just atrocious now. I d avoid.

Totally rude self-centered staff. Trying to upsell me unwanted and uncalled services/products. I won't be coming back here again! Wayyy overpriced for such low quality customer service. Stick with your local mechanics for oil changes etc.... It's your best bet !Logan was definitely cool and laid back though!

Again... this is absolutely the worst place to go to.. half of the "good reviews" and left by the employees or the manager herself/himself, I will never be going to this place EVER again my experience was just not okay.. 1st off the employees I met were very rude and very judge mental 2nd I had my kid in the car with me and even she said that the experience was absolutely horrible..

Brought in 2 vehicles this week for routine maintenance and was overcharged 4 times. If i had not caught it i would have been out nearly $450 more than i should have been. All i can say is double check your receipts. The personnel are friendly and i should be getting refunded, but be cautious with what you are charged.

I went there. It was like 4 to 3 cars ahead I was sitting in my car for at least 35 minutes with no greetings not even no iContact they act like I wasn t even there I got off ask if I can do a drop off and they told me no I guess they don t have license to drive vehicles that was the slowest progress I ever had in my entire life in any kind of business I have a when to

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I went to go get an Oil Change from valoline instant oil change and they put water instead of what I asked for! I watched them doing it... this was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing to see if you plan on going here for a oil change, your expectations will be horrible
