I have always been well satisfied with the quick service, attention to detail , friendliness of the employees and prices at Smokey s Tire and brake service in Cleveland, Texas .Small town business is hard earned and well deserved! They have bent over backward to get the tires I want at a price I could live with and are always courteous. Guess that s why they are a mainstay business in Cleveland!! 54 years strong and still doing their best!

I used to think this was a small town. Great shop come to find out the owner is a very greedy person and does not care about anybody else but himself my wife went and got an alignment in the summer. After he told me he was able to align her car since it is a sports car. I got the car back and it ate up two new front tires that my wife just put on the car, the owner told me that it was not his fault. It was us hitting a pothole. Both inside of the tires were on steel. The tires were ruined. I told him how he wanted to fix the situation if he wanted to realign the car and get me two new tires. He told me that is not his fault. I brought my truck back up there to give him a second chance just a rotate the tires. His workers pulled tires off of my truck broke two studs on one wheel. After I asked one of the workers very nicely to remove the tire from leaning on the paint on my truck he threw the tire down and broke the center cap. The owner came out and said he was not paying for the center cap and asked me are you really expecting me to pay for this quote? I said absolutely he told me that they are not going to touch my truck and never to come back ever again the repairs cost me $700 because his responsible workers in his incompetent work. I don t recommend anybody in the area spend the money and go to these people

I wouldn't recommend. I went in for a tire patch and it wasn't installed correctly so it was still leaking. So now it can even be plugged because of the inferior patch so I am having to get a new tire.

Made an appointment for an alignment only to show up and be told they got too busy to honor the appointment they scheduled. Would have been a good business courtesy to call and let me know that they were canceling my appointment before I made the trip. Also from what I've read in the reviews I'm not the only one who's had this experience. And I know it's a garage but the place is beyond filthy.

Quick in and out. Friendly and fast. If they hadn't left grease in my seats, I would have given them five stars. Cover the seats guys before driving.

These guys are awesome!!! I flew in to DFW to buy a custom vehicle and make the 1200+ mile trek back to South( like the bottom) FL something is ALWAYS bound to happen and I was definitely worried/waiting for it.. these guys gave me a hand, and got me back on the road in no time!!! Highly recommended

Will at Smokey's is great. I stopped in to see if they happened to do inspections. They don't but they kindly pointed me to several places that do. Great people, great service.

This place is great! The only complaint I have is the parking. I wasn't too sure on where or how to park. But other than that, wonderful service and pricing. The main man quickly had a solution to my problem, and was quick to get things rolling. The service guy worked quickly and knew what he was doing. I was in and out, and on my way before I knew it. It may look run down and old, but I would recommend this place.

I've used Smokey's twice now and both times they were quick for the service needed. Prices are fair. The first time I needed new tires and this time I just needed a patch. They are very helpful and friendly. Let you know your options before doing the work. When it comes to my tires, I will only use them.

I just had my front brakes, rotors, replaced at Smokeys. The guys and service were wonderful, everyone was polite, the price was great, the work was top notch, and I wouldn't go anywhere else, in fact, my husband plans on buying his tires there. A satisfied customer here Mrs Voorhees.Had a leak fixed today, love, love them guys, only place I would go.

I took my car in to get 2 tires mounted and balanced and for front end alignment. After 3 hours they had only mounted the tires, but didn't bother to tell me that. I left my phone number when I dropped the car off. They told me to bring it back tomorrow.

My best friend stopped by to check on getting new tires. Tony the mechanic was there, She told him the trouble she was having with her car. He took it for a drive, came back put it on the rack and then showed her what he thought was the problem. Went to the office to talk to Will to see how much the parts would cost. Wherever he called said they were not sure they could get the parts, that maybe she would have to go to the dealership . Tony told her just to order them online and even looked up the parts and sent her the information so they could be ordered. My best friend ask Will if she should just get two used tires for now. To which he said I can t let you waste your money like that. We live in Houston, but we will go back to Smokey s, that s for sure. Mechanical issues ask for Tony, tire issues ask for Will.

My family has been using Smokey's since I was a child. The service has always been top notch, fast, and the mechanics are very experienced at the jobs. I live in Magnolia, Texas and am willing to make the drive to save money. I highly recommend anyone to make the drive.

Just got my brakes fixed here. Jerry didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, and he actually saved me money compared to 2 other places I spoke with. The entire time I was there, all the guys were working hard and fast getting everyone in and out as quickly as possible but ensuring everything was done right. I will for sure be going back when I need tires.

They fixed my rear axle, rear brakes, and replaced 2 bad tires. Price was great, service was wonderful and everyone really friendly. Would recommend them any day. My vehicle is doing better than before.Doris Doyle

They did a great job, my frontend was all out of wack pulling to the right real bad, because the person that owned it before me had ran into something or over something and broke the stuff so they fixed my front end and did a great job and I would go back many times more for help with my vehicle with them

Friendly and fast. We called ahead of time for trailer tires price and availability. We pulled in and was out in 30 minutes. We were charged exactly what was quoted and not a penny more. We will be back.

Be careful. I was told $280 for brakes all the way around & turning 4 rotors. I got him down to $240. Then I look up the brake part, only to find out their $20.00 pads! Ha! I threw a fit. He just told me he out mid grade, not the cheap $20 brakes on. He ordered the $80 brake pads. Said he wouldn't make any money. I'm not out to rip him off for labor, so, I'll barter with him. His helper is out in this heat working. Can't afford a canopy? Fans? Nope. Never will b back here. I may b a woman, but I'm not stupid.

If they had a negative rating I would give it to them. I called Thursday to see about bringing my car in for an alignment on Saturday. The guy that answered told me that it wouldn't be a problem just to make sure to have it there by 8 in the morning. As you can see from this post it was there a few minutes before 8. The guy that was there today said that he just wasn't going to do it today. I even told him that I had called Thursday and comfirmed it. And he just repeated that he couldn't do it today. They weren't busy at the moment, there was 3 of them standing in the garage and I was the only car there. I am just really frustrated because I feel like I was lied to, even though I continued telling the young guy that I was told to bring it in.

Dont go here!!! Old man knew what he was doing. The son doesnt know his head from a whole in the ground. Shotty work and if they mess up they sure dont want to fix it and they balance tires supposedly and put the weights across from each other instead of in one spot. Yeah they dont know what they are doing to allign a vehicle either. They have outreugeous pricing for there work for parts they say they changed. Problem is without all the boxes from new stuff you dont know if they changed it or not when you pick it up and its still doing the same thing. Make sure you read through the reviews before going to this place. It ends up costing you more in the long run. Man that bearded guy is so rude not a people person at all.

Not sure what the game is here. My wife meet several men on bikes one night in Humble. One sang and my wife clapped and offered a shot after he said the song was for her...lol..yeah she is hot. The owner said his shop was in Conroe after a employee said Cleveland...now what's the deal? We were looking to send out fleet business there...but after bring lied too seems like something on the down low we may need to send our friends I the SO out there....

I've been using Smokey's for almost 40 years now. My parents used them before me. Always honest and upfront. Great service, and a pleasure to do business with.

This place is junk they never keep a clean place to sit and make the customer feel comfortable. We came to smokeys to get 2 used tires to hold us over till we could afford new tires. They charged me $120 to put tires on there that were not even the right size and in just as bad condition as the ones I already had on there I will never be going back they rip you off and are really rude!!!

If you happen to be in Cleveland Tx and need a tire tire repair alignment or brakes Smokies tire and brake is fast service and very competitive pricing. They do it right the first time. I would recommend them.
