As usual,the service department was amazing. From my service writer Allison,the tech that worked on my car,the shop/service manager to the warranty administrator. Thank you all for being thorough and taking care of my vehicle.

I would never buy anything from this place ever again. As soon as we signed the paperwork we were strangers. NOBODY will answer the phone and NOBODY will call back. Don't have any idea what this triton is, no website. Just what the hell kinda place is this?

I went in for an oil change and they did a great job! Matthew informed me about another issue and I went ahead with the recommendation and got the work done as well! Everyone was very nice from the time I arrived to when my car was finished.

Took my car here for service B on my Mercedes and they did it promptly and rotated my tires and cleaned the outside of my car! My service was free due to it being my first one which was really nice of them. But even then it would ve been cheaper than anywhere else around for my car.

Staff is friendly and great deals on vehicles! Only issues that I had was after sale support. When setting up times for bed liner install and picking up the vehicle after install, communication was lacking. Was told that sales would call to schedule install and pickup but never received a call either time. I had to call them multiple times to get to a manager who could get me the info that I needed.

Okay, so I purchased a new Ram Truck and got all these free service freebies but you never get because service is always busy right?! Wrong!! I called showed up and got my tires rotated & an oil change in less than 40 minutes while hanging out with Jake (My Dog Buddy) in a great TV lounge. Yeah, in & out vacuumed and hooked up. Am I impressed well yeah. These guys are for real, this is my dealer period. If they screw up I ll let you know but for now they re badass batting 1000. Jake even got snacks so their Jake approved, and he s picker than I am.

First they did help come to conclusion on 2 issues on my truck, since they replaced both of those parts before. However I always have trouble with their service advisor, why do I always have to call to get updates on my vehicle, that is your job. When I do call the advisor is never available and then will call me about 6pm. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I was told everything will be covered by dodge, the advisor said ok I ll take your payment of $500! I said you never told me that! I have texts in voicemails to prove it. So I just said you know what I need my truck back so I ll just pay for it. I don t like being kept in the dark or lied to straight to my face. The only reason I took my truck back there is because they fixed the problems before.

For $70 I would expect the job to be completed. Never reset my oil life indicator, didn't add air to the tires, had to reset my directional's and I'm wondering if they ever changed the oil now. Bought the car in 23 and wanted to give the business to the dealer but that's probably the end of it. Very disappointed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The car wasn t ready when promised. During the detailing process the service team had to go to a different dealership to get an oil filter and got the wrong one which further delayed the readiness of the car. When driving home I noticed the car was handling a little odd only to later find out the tire pressures were not right. Normal pressures are 33psi but noticed the back left tire was 56, the left front was 46 and the two right tires were in the high 40 s. Unacceptable. Once I corrected the pressures, the car handled great. The sales process was okay, the service process was not.

This service department is always a class act. They are on top of their game everytime we visit. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and always courteous and helpful. Our warranty is out on our truck and were a 30 minute drive to the dealership, but no one touches our baby except southwest. Great job to everyone.

What an amazing experience! You don't hear that often when purchasing a new to you vehicle.I spent a couple of weeks researching the vehicle I wanted vs the vehicle I needed. After much thought, I decided on a Toyota 4runner limited 4x4.I reached out to multiple dealerships, and even wasted a full day visiting a very shady Toyota dealer in Weatherford ( Shitinkirk Toyota or something like that) DO NOT waste your time there!!All dealerships posted a sale price plus T.T.& L, but also added on unnecessary extras that inflated the price by 4K to 6K.Kodee, from Gilchrist Direct contacted me about a vehicle in a different state. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, but 500 miles away. Kodee was AWESOME! She worked with Southwest C.D.J.R Cleburne to have the vehicle shipped totheir dealership and sold here in Texas.Talk about SERVICE!! I can't thank Kodee or Southwest C.D.J.R. and their team enough for my amazing buying experience!After the car was shipped, I worked with Lindsey Cox at Southwest C.D.J.R Cleburne to finalize the agreement. Lindsey was INCREDIBLE!I then worked with Berenice Rebollar in Finance, to finalize the deal. Berenice was so wonderful to work with. She made it quick and easy, and I really appreciated that!I completed my purchase in a very short period, and drove home happy in my new vehicle.I forgot to mention, the entire deal along with shipping the vehicle, having it inspected, serviced, cleaned and prepared for sale was completed in 3 days!! Two weeks after this dealership had my vehicle for 4 months, the vehicle would not start , despite a new battery and radio broke it left me stranded. Called and spoke with Chase Bailey and Jared Roscoe. I was told to purchase a new battery and try and get the vehicle back down here, they would reimburse me for a new one. After driving 4 hours back to dealership I spoke with Chase Parsons and Jarod Roscoe again. The Jeep was completely dead in parking lot. Went over in detail that this is the 3rd new battery it s not the battery or the alternator, something is wrong electrical that s what we initially brought the vehicle in for the first time. They took my vehicle. Two weeks later called and said it was ready. When asked what work was done Charlie stated we fixed the radio and replaced the battery. I told him that is the 4th new battery. The battery is not the issue. He clammed he was never told this information. Yet he was the service advisor I spoke to along with Jarod. I asked to speak with Jarod and was transferred to Jim the Assistant Service Manager. 1 more week has gone by and I get a message from Charlie saying that the CPM needed to be replaced and they were ordering the part. I went to pick up my vehicle today and Charlie asked who my service advisor was. I said I m YOU!!! I have yet to be reimbursed for the battery I was told they would pay for. Let s see how long the vehicle stays running. There s a huge lack of communication! I will NEVER take a vehicle here again!

I stopped in on a Tuesday morning without an appointment to get my oil changed. They took it right in and had it changed within an hour. They brought my air filter in and asked if I wanted to change it that is was due. I had just changed it within the last couple of months, so I said No . They didn t mention anything about my check engine light being on or that my tires were getting worn and my inspection is due in January. I m not sure if they should be checking that, but, it seams that it should have been mentioned. I will continue to get my oil changed there.

All experiences for oil change and tire rotation have been good but this service for my car making a loud squeal when I m pressing on my break and all the way to a complete stop was unresolved. I waited a month for a loaner vehicle to get my car in and in two days they call to say it s ready. When I get there my advisor was gone but a guy gave me the paper which stated nothing was wrong or found. I refused to give up the loaner and then my advisor called the next day saying nothing is found that they drove my car 50 miles and never heard a squeal. I will be bring my car in as it acts up and will be getting a loaner then and there. (Even though the advisor stated they can t guarantee a loaner) all in all I was very disappointed and irritated that my car is not fixed.

Salesman was good and very helpful. Finance department was very pushing of extra warranties and after being told multiple times that I didn t want the extra warranties, they ended up sneaking the warranty into the loan. Will not use this dealership again.

Fixed my airbag warning light issue. In and out in about an hour. Friendly!2/1/24 wave oil change and tire rotation for my wrangler. 1 1/2 hour wait, not too bad. $144 for the filter changes was a little steep.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Not good. I found my vehicle parked behind the shop, keys in the ignition and window down after waiting an hour for an oil change I didn't get. Other than having a salesman that I enjoyed spending time with this place has had me very angry more than once.

So I called on Monday to get an appointment due to the website said it was no openings. I told myself just call. I called and explained that I was heading out of town on Thursday and needed to get an oil change. The young lady I spoke with said sure love let s see what we have open and we don t have anything still come! I smiled over the phone. I felt that she really wanted me to be happy. Charlie amd Jarrod went over the top to get me taken care of. Front end was having issues they got my truck in and looked at it, had it fixed and heading back home in no time. This is why I buy and use the service department. Amazing staff and service!
