Uriel was amazing! I originally went for a 2015 Chevy traverse. Uriel was very concerned about the safety of my kids and myself and pulled the vehicle. Uriel and the Southwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram team didn t want me to leave empty. Uriel worked really hard and I ended up driving off in a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee limited. I am so beyond grateful and still so excited about my new Jeep! Not only did Uriel work his tail end off to get me the jeep, he also walked us through and taught us another way to make your payments and come out cheaper. Anyone in the market for a car or truck stop by and see Uriel. I PROMISE YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Salesmen were kind and listened to what we were looking for. They helped us find a vehicle well under our budget but that checked all the boxes! We were able to negotiate and secure an excellent rate. They have a great team and were easy going, none of the kinds of pressures one could anticipate from a salesperson. We are very happy!

My first time buying a car and I was nervous. You hear about pushy car salesman and I didn t want that. Uriel Montoya is the salesman that helped me and my son! He was helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all! He made me feel comfortable. He was able to find us a great car with the payments in the price range I was looking for! I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman. It was a great experience.

Adam was incredibly helpful during the entire car buying process. He guided me every step of the way and played a crucial role in helping me find my dream truck. It's been a month since I purchased my truck, and I've already driven over 5,000 miles. I'm happy to say that I haven't encountered a single issue so far. If I ever decide to purchase another car, there's no doubt in my mind that I would choose to work with Adam and SWCDJR again.

The entire car buying process was great from start to finish. They had a good selection of different trim levels and price points to choose from. My salesman, Jovany, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided me the opportunity to compare different ones to choose from. Sales manager, Justin, was very transparent with the pricing. The pricing was just as promised and no hidden markups, giving me a good deal that was fair for both me and the dealership. Her made sure he found all of the rebates I was eligible for. Finance was just as smooth with Kyle. He provided me different financing options from different lenders, giving me the best rate available from all of them. He also provided the info on any extended warranties, but was not pushy on any of it. Jovany contacted me the next day to make sure everything was great with the vehicle and to answer any questions I might have. Overall a great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend Southwest Jeep to everyone, and I will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs.

I cannot say enough about our experience at this dealership or about our salesman , Colby Newman. Top notch service. 5 stars are not enough. Colby was just amazing! He was never pushy, gave us the freedom to look around with no pressure. And before it was all said and done Colby and his team went ABOVE & BEYOND our every expectation and made it possible for us to leave the lot with our very first brand new car!! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This place is is a horrible place to buy a car. We got approved Saturday for no money down $380 a month and all we had to do was go sign and bring proof of insurance Monday at 4:30 and we could drive it home. Noted they already did a hard inquiry on his credit which was in the 700's. Monday came and it all changed they wanted a co-signer, $700 a month and a down-payment, then they changed it again to needing another co-signer, plus they hit out credit 3 more times the whole time we sitting there. Then the guy tries to say he knows a guy that we can pay to fix our credit after they screwed our credit (went from 700 to 5 something). They screwed our credit, wasted our time, and we drove 45 mins so we wasted to gas and time to get our credit screwed, and lied to. Do not use this place.

I had been researching trucks for almost a year and then decided to stop by for a test drive for a truck I wasn't planning on buying due to my budget. Charlie greeted me when I arrived and did not pull the typical car salesman 101 talk of trade-in, payments or what can I do to earn your business B.S. We talked about the truck and took it for a spin and when we got back to the lot he just asked if it was something I would consider purchasing. I told him that the price had fluctuated up and down according to a few of the apps that show price history. He said he would talk to the Manager and see what he could do. He came back with the lowest listed price, which I was very surprised and all that was added was sales tax and doc fee... that's it. Did not have to haggle or anything. Even going through the process with the finance department was quick and painless. A couple hours later I had the keys in hand and then after the fact they asked about the car I drove to lot and if I was interested in selling to them. Typically they are working the trade in or money down into the price of the vehicle or trying to get you around a payment you are comfortable with. They did not do that here SWCDJR! They were very laid back but professional. Made my truck buying experience quick and painless. Ask for Charlie Parsons at the used car lot and he will take care of you.

Wanted to give a quick shout out to Alex Carrillo at SouthWest CDJ. Alex went above and beyond for me. Never pressured me . Took the time to explain the difference between the 2022 Jeep Gladiator series. We walked the lot and talked about each one . Very professional and knowledgeable about the Jeeps . Great car buying experience. They gave me more for my trade in than I expected! The entire SCDJ was OUTSTANDING!!For the record . I ve had my Jeep almost a year and never once did I regret buying it from these guys !! If I could give 6 stars they deserve it .THANK YOU

PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW! Do NOT buy into the advertisements and so called Deals . If you can avoid it just AVOID IT! I m actually approved here to buy. The simple fact is there truly is no care to what your budget is or even a little over it. Same vehicle here is simply cheaper at most other dealerships. I have pictures to prove and text messages to prove it also. Final words from finance here is Well, we can t do it unless we make money. When you are holding a surplus of 2023 model anything and you are trying to sell them to be rid of them .As a buyer I don t care if you make money. Justin in finance never answers and does not care what other dealerships have offered even if you HAVE IT IN WRITING! Again I was simply told go get it from them AND that they are lying. Did not matter I m from Cleburne, or a being a former first responder actually in Cleburne/Johnson county. I simply asked please match the payment that 2 other dealerships offered me in writing. EVERYONE do your homework and buy elsewhere. I m open to reply s and will try to answer. Thank you. The pictures posted are what I asked SOUTHWEST CDJR to MATCH on 2 different vehicles I was laughed at.

We had to bring in our vehicle to get work done. Even though the vehicle took quote some time to repair, we were very happy to be constantly informed by Charlie. He was always updating us on things and calling to confirm if things were ok. He also made sure to keep us in a loaner vehicle due to the fact that it was in the shop and we have a very large family. Everything that we had asked to be repaired was indeed fixed to our standard and we would highly recommend this place! Thanks again for helping us out Charlie and Southwest!

We were in the market for a used vehicle and went to numerous dealerships looking.We finally ended up at South West used cars in Cleburne, Texas and spotted a 2019 Infiniti QX60 Luxe with low mileage.We never thought we would be able to purchase an a vehicle like this. We've always wanted one, but had been out of our price range.Well our wonderful salesman, Uriel, was able to make that happen with the monthly payments being lower than we expected. There was even a camera out in the vehicle that they promised to fix, and they did not disappoint. Uriel was on top of it and had the part ordered, and within a week it was fixed. He was even able to give us a nice jeep, as a loaner car, while our car was being fixed. Uriel was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.To be honest, I didn't think I would get the kind of service that we did from a used car dealership. But we did. I highly recommend South West used cars in Cleburne, Texas and if you can get Uriel as your sales professional, that would be the way to go.I know Cleburne is a little ways from the center of the metroplex, but it is worth the drive.

Be careful buying from the used car side of this place, I got a 2022 Jetta November of 2023, AVOID the sales lady Lindsey cox AT ALL COST, first off I guess there computers or printers were down so she had to write out a temporary tag, at first she put January 08 on the tag then realized that was wrong, instead of starting over she took the sharpie and wrote a 2 over the 0 to make 28 today I was almost arrested for tampering with a federal document because they couldn t prove I didn t change the date. Then when they ran the vin number it come back to the old owner of the car and her license plate number that don t expire until 2024. So all in all it makes it look like I stole this car and changed the date on the temporary tag because for whatever reason she was to lazy to just start over and get a new tag, or pay attention to what she was doing in the first place.i would strongly advise to go else where to get a car, this is not the first problem ive had with them.

Experience here was great. Called ahead and spoke to Blake. Drove an hour to see the vehicle, Blake had it pulled up and ready when I arrived. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited.Blake helped talk me through it all, got me a good price on the vehicle, decent price for my trade, and right where I wanted to be for payment (along with a nice interest rate for the market). Process was also pretty quick. I think, all in, it was maybe 1.5-2 hrs.Immediately took the van on a trip to Galveston and I couldn't be happier. Thanks y'all!

They have very beautiful vehicles and sometimes something unique, good prices and a welcoming ambiance. I recommend checking their online inventory, they are quick to post cars and you can buy same day.

Matthew was very knowledgeable in the vehicle, he was very considerate of our time we arrived closer to 7 and left a little after 8 the vehicle delivery was perfect, overall the entire experience was amazing and we will definitely be back in the future!

I am truly disappointed with the level of service that this dealership provides. I recently purchased a new Jeep here. The process of purchasing was not bad but after you walk out those doors, don t expect much. After getting home with my new ride, I noticed that the paint was slightly chipped on the drivers side door. I emailed my salesman to find out about getting some touch up paint as it would be a pretty quick, easy fix. After over a week, my email was finally returned. They could have their touch up guy look at it but only on Fridays from 8-noon. With my work schedule, that wasn t going to work for me, so I just asked if they could order me some touch up paint. Another week goes by before I get a response back but was told that I could pick up the paint today. I got to the dealership to find that their touch up guy put a little black paint in a Dixie cup. I kept my cool and just told my salesman, I ll figure it out . I had anticipated getting a touch up pen like every other dealership has provided me. I don t plan on going back any time soon. Since the management and salespeople have changed, this is just not the same dealership. I have purchased 3 cars here and this will be my last.

They have nice vehicles and great customer service. They just all need to get on the same page on if whether or not they accept our side financing. I had a pre approved check from navy federal and the person I talked to on the phone said yes the would honor it. So I then drove 2 1/2 hours for a car just for them to tell me they don t honor the check and get wrecked with a random bank. Still got the vehicle anyway.

I do not like car shopping. However, our salesman at this dealership was top notch. Colby Newman was just amazing! We had an idea of what we wanted, so he gave us the information we needed to make an educated decision. As a first time truck buyer I could not have chosen a better place to go! Uriel Montoya made the best of my experience, listening to all my concerns and wants in a vehicle. There wasn't a question that he couldn't answer. He was patient with me as I went through different trucks, searching for my dream truck.
