I was recommended to come here, and now I know why. These are outstanding people! I was treated so well. Friendly, honest, helpful and know their stuff. I will never take my car anywhere else .Thank you !

Treated me right, I highly recommend stopping here first!! I felt like they were more than fair and honest! I was having a sensor issue and even though they couldn t fix in their shop. They gave me knowledge about the issue and told me the best place to go. They definitely tried their best for me. One of the only shops I ve ever been to in my life that I felt I was treated this well.

Great staff and service. My car battery was dead so I needed a jump. They got me back on the road. Full service repairs. Excellent selection of tires and batteries.

They were very helpful and courteous talking to me about some tires. He quoted a price yesterday and was honest when I called back and had given me a wrong price. That made me feel good dealing with someone who is honest.

Outstanding group of guys at this shop. Honest and efficient. My company has a dead in the water without my vehicle and these guys got me in and diagnosed immediately. Turns out my vehicle was likely damaged by the (separate and unrelated) tow company so repairs needed to be completed elsewhere, but I will be recommending them and will bring my vehicle back when more repairs are required.

I was referred here by another business and spoke with Kent when I called. I explained that I'd bought a new used car and needed an alignment. My SUV was pulling to the right a bit and I'm getting ready to make a drive up to Tennessee this weekend. Kent was able to get me in right away, like within minutes of our call, to be sure i could get in and out before needing to pick my little one up from school that afternoon.He and the service attendant were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, leaving me feeling totally taken care of and cared for!Thanks, guys!!Service: Wheel alignment

10/16/19 Oppel Tire & Service I had four new tires put on my vehicle in a timely matter at Oppel Tire & Service. I would rate them very efficient and friendly. The wait was pleasant and comfortable watching TV and having a conversation with another sweet lady who was also having her car serviced. They offered us drinks as we waited. I am well pleased with their service and will go back. Oh yes I had my brakes checked on another vehicle while there because I could hear a dragging sound backing up. They were good and offered to help me find the cause if it continued at no cost . I appreciate that so much. Thank you for you work well done! Opal F.

Had to order a tire so I could take a 1,200 mile road trip. They did great. But after about 5 hours on the road right rear tire blow out. Looked like a screw came out?? I'm not sure if the shop technician checked all the tires or just right front?? One will never know not going back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was in Texas alone with my young son and got debris on the interstate. Everyone was incredibly helpful to us! They worked us right in and were kind in a time of distress. I've been taking my work vehicle here for several years now for regular maintenance. These guys are always professional, kind and honest. Integrity goes a long way in my book. They always get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

I have recently relocated to the area. I had all my cars inspected for registration and was very happy with service. I returned to have the air conditioning repaired on my truck and was even more pleased. I will continue to take all my vehicles to this shop for work in the future. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They did fast excellent work. My only complaint is that no one wore masks. My husband and I are both over 70, and have been very careful during the pandemic. As I arrived,walk into the store both gentlemen were so kind. I always feel welcomed. They had my brakes fixed in no time at all. Very professional and explained what I needed . I recommend them and they earn their 5stars.

This tire center was the best I ve ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly. They did a thorough check of my tires and a mount/dismount of one to remove a nail. I showed up at 7:20, they open at 7:30. I was out of there by 8:00.

I popped a tire outside of Cleburne driving through. These people were so nice and efficient! They even let me keep my sleeping kids in the car while they fixed the tire. I m so grateful for this company! We were in and out within 20 minutes.

I have used Oppel Tire & Service for about two years now for both mine and my wife's vehicles. They have always been very courteous & speedy with there service. In addition their tires are Grade A. I have had zero problems with tires or their service, unlike other tire stores I have used in the past. I have absolutely no problems recommending Oppel Tires.

Had my truck oil changed and a free tire rotation done during my lunch hour. I even used a coupon for a discount. The store was clean and even provided a TV while I waited. I work in maintenance and this leaves me with very little time to get my chores done. Great job.

After an inexcusable trip to Christian Brothers in Burleson for an alignment with a coupon issued by them that they refused to honor, Oppel Tire and Service very professionally aligned my Expedition with absolutely no problems and with the best customer service that anyone could ask for. A cup of coffee, a magazine and friendly, courteous employees got me back on the road in record time without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

I called for a quote over the phone to change my brakes and rotors and to my surprise that s exactly what I was charged. Great customer service clean waiting room. Friendly and fast service. They come very highly recommended by me I will be brining all of my cars there from now on...... Thanks so much guys!!!
