Picked a guy up that had a flat tire, drove him to the nearest shop to get a replacement. The employees at this shop were not only professional and honest but really nice. They were affordable and understanding of the situation. I would recommend this shop over all others in the area. Thank you for helping us out -Kanab Taxi, Kanab UT.

Excellent service. Road service for 2 RV tires at rest stop MM 129 on I 40 EB called and they were there in with in 1 hour. Mounted new 2 fronts on our RV, had all the equipment necessary to do the job. The man who came was very pleasant and professional, sorry we didn't get his name. But a big thank you. For a job well done. We have a long ride home to Chicago and thanks to Keith's Tire it will be a safe journey.

I cannot express my appreciation enough for this place, especially their mechanic! While on a trip from Colorado to Alabama with wife and dog in 90+ degree heat, my vehicle suddenly started running real rough (flashing check engine light, EPC light on) about 10-15 miles outside of Amarillo. I limped into Claude, TX on 3 cylinders around 3 pm hoping to find some place that could look at the car. I first stopped at Keiths Service Center (Tire shop) on the main road, who directed me to the actual garage/hardware store. I was told to ask for Danny the mechanic.Danny was in the garage and I told him about my predicament. He immediately told me to pull in and pop the hood where he hooked up their vehicle scanner. He was able to pretty much pinpoint the problem. Although he was unable to do the repair (not having, understandably, Volkswagen parts on hand and which would take a day or two to get) he did give me the the assurance that the vehicle could safely make it back to Amarillo where there was a Volkswagen dealership. I followed his advice and did make it to the VW dealer (36 miles away) where they were able to change out an ignition coil that had failed.Danny never tried to take advantage of my situation; did not even charge us a penny. He made me/us his first priority after our situation was clear to him and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. The shop may not look like much, but the service provided by their mechanic is first-rate!

The whole bunch is wonderful! My friend has had many tires fixed at the service center, rescued us with 2 flats at Conway, what a relief to see that service truck rolling towards you. The hardware store is wonderful, good selection of girl stuff, Circle E Candles, sodas, snacks, and of course.....hardware! Nicest people, down home good old fashioned hardware.

Keiths Service Center is one of the best ones around!! Not only did they help us with a full air compressor, radiator, and fan belt but also put us up for the night in Keiths wonderful airbnb! We were traveling from NM to Dallas when our van gave the butt. We were so thankful that it happened where it did because we got the most amazing customer service and met some amazing people! Highly recommend Keiths Service Center and his Airbnb! Thank you Keith & Danny (mechanic)!!

My sister overfilled her oil on the way to NM from Il. Some local guy tried to giver the run around. I called these guys and they drained it for 10 bucks. Friendly guys and Great service very Honest! Thanks alot for getting my sis back on the road no muss no fuss.

Service center from heaven! Car overheated 2 miles from their shop, could not drive it the other 2 miles to get into town. The mechanic drove us out some antifreeze and distilled water, in no time. Filled us up checked our levels, then they allowed us the freedom to follow them to the store to pay for the antifreeze!!!!! Amazing customer service!

Completely and totally disgusted by the lack of communication and desire to help us. My 11 year old daughter and had a blow out on our RV while traveling. We arrived at the location at 830am and were told the tire had to be brought from Amarillo, which was about 30 miles away. I was given a price and told it would be about an hour and half and we d could be in our way. 3 hours later, no tire and not so much as a word from the staff to us about the tire. When I asked I was told I m not sure I haven t heard anything. Not much I could do considering we couldn t drive anywhere with a blown out tire. Another hour passed and I asked again, I was given the same answer. Another hour the same answer. After 5 1/2 hours of waiting I asked again and was told well he left not long ago to get the tire he should be back soon WHAT!!! We waited and waited for a total of 7 1/2 hours and were only spoken too when I approached someone. On top of waiting that long when it came time to pay the balance it was $20 more than he had told me. It has been a week since this occurred and I still am baffled by the way we were treated. I will do everything in my power to avoid driving thru this town on my travels

We are blessed to have Keith's Service Center & Hardware in our community! Thank you to their wonderful team for always taking care of what is needed from a birthday gift to a flat tire to plumbing supplies to an afternoon "happy hour" Coke. You are the best!

I came into Keith's with my car overheating. Keith said he could take a look at it and he solved the problem! Offered to help me if it overheated again down the road. Nicest people, very helpful!

I Highly recommend this place I had trouble with my car while traveling, My problem was not major but it was trip halting, I could have fixed it on the roadside If I had tools. Keith was gracious and efficient in getting me back on the road
