Stopped by early morning as a walk in and was told my oil change was going to be completed within 2 hours. Employees were honest and efficient and deserve a raise. This was my first time using Walmart automotive because my boyfriend convinced me to do so and because of the outstanding work they did from here on out I m only using Walmart for my auto needs. We called before closing for a quick tire repair because we realized on the way home from work that one of our tires was rapidly leaking air. My husband informed them that we were only a few minutes away and was told that would be ok and we could come. We show up less than five minutes later (6:44pm) only to be told by the technician outside that they won t help us. When asked why, and told that we had called on the way, we were told that although they close at 7, they won t take anyone after 6:30. Why be open until 7 then?! You could hear the air leaking out of the tire, and the technician wouldn t help. Now we are stuck on the side of the road trying to take care of a flat tire. Thanks for the extreme lack of customer service!!

Bryan and Austin did a great job with my tire order. They always seem to be busy so being patient will pay off. Very phenomenal customer service from them. They even offered to carry them to my car because I ordered extra tires. Pay the extra 2 dollars for the lifetime balancing, it is very well worth it. The Scepter tires are very good for the mid sized cars from my experience/good all-weather tread pattern and the price is very reasonable. If you want to move up a notch, get the Good-Year brand tires. They are also made in the USA which sure beats what the dealerships are quoting and allot of their tires come from over-seas with a high mark up so be careful and do your research.Service: Tires

I want to start this by saying that 3 stars is not at all about the employee himself. He was kind and explained things the best he could. I never got to the oil change I needed because this location reportedly (per the employee) doesn't service European cars. They don't have the equipment. 3 stars is because it is just this Walmart location apparently and they do not have this posted anywhere nor do they state it when you call to check availability. I was not the only customer who waited in line to find this out. An elderly gentleman behind me also discovered this about his car as well. A possible solution would be to transparently state that this location does not have the capability to provide oil changes to European cars both on their website and when a customer calls in about an oil change.

Took my car in to have a nail removed and the tire patched. I pointed out the nail to the technician after he could not find it. He stated that what I thought was a nail was actually an old patch. My tires are new (less than 1,000 miles) and have never been patched. I asked him how a patch was going to be hard like metal and have an edge to it. I have patched tires before and know the process. He continued to assert his position and so I took it to a different place, since I could clearly see a metal nail and feel a slow air leak with my finger! The next place found the nail without my prompting and fixed the tire quickly. This is the second time these technicians have demonstrated their incompetence to me and there sure won't be a third chance. Find a different place to take your vehicle, unless you don't like your car or your money!

Took my car in to have a tire patched. Was told the tread was too low and they wouldn t even look at it. I bought the tires from Walmart and purchased the hazard warranty for such occasions. I m military and move a lot so Walmart is one of the only places I can count on living near for warranty work. The tires have 30K miles on them and have a 90,000 mile tread warranty. I ve had them rotated every 6,000 miles...at Walmart per the warranty instructions. My hazard coverage states if they can t repair the tire they are supposed to replace it. Rather than honor the warranty this place brushed me off. I took it to the Walmart on Farm to Market road and they fixed it no hassles. Unfortunately, because of the wasted time, I had to cancel a trip to see my college roommate.

You checked everything so you say. How is it that you couldn't tell that the transmission was goung out? You have to run diagnostics before doing any service. Oh...and you say 30minutes. You said we will call. We will page overhead. Not a damn thing. An hour later....Now I remember yet again why I really am not fond of Wal-Mart.

They just change the oil or tires, they aren't looking to trick you into doing anything else.
