Much better than the help I been getting at AutoZone recently. Most the people seem to be knowledgeable. Needed a bulb changed and AutoZone wouldn't do it. Took it here and they got me all set and ready on my Tacoma

Christian greeted me at the door. Explained that we're on a road trip from Kansas City he happily grabbed a battery tester and computer device. Christian quickly diagnosed our van's issue and my worry faded. The O'Reilly's store had everything I needed in stock. Christian lent me a tool and I got to work fixing the issue. I returned the tools and thanked him, expressing my thanks with a couple of PayDay candy bars. His solution took away my stress and made our ride far more enjoyable.

Devlin Beck from O'Reilly's on FM1103 has excellent customer service skills. He knows his parts and was able to pinpoint my issue with my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and precise with his diagnostic skills. This young man referred me to an excellent technician that was able to help with my issues on my 1984 Chevy C10. This young man, in my opinion, deserves a raise and a promotion. He will definitely be my "go to" guy for any parts or technical questions. PROMOTE NOW!

Went to get my Halogen headlight bulb replaced, The men working didn t want to switch it . They talked about it being a long process which was a lie, they were just being lazy .

Very kind and helpful employees. Ms. Wanda is humble and greets you with a smile. All the customers that visited the store while I was there seemed to feel like family. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Amazing customer service. Devlin helped us with our car issue while we were on a 6 hour trip. He got us the part we needed to get us back on the road. Fantastic guy! Good people!

They helped me find the part I needed immediately. Good staff. I would have given 5 stars if they'd offered to help me put the zip ties on my driver's side mirror. It came loose in the car wash and I couldn't drive far with it that way. Simple fix until I can take it in to a shop.

I had a great experience with an associate named Seth, he went above and beyond and researched my alternator that was in warranty and found the item even without my receipt. After the other 2 associates told him it was not in warranty he continued to research and found the info. He did an outstanding job and put the customer first. I will let all my friends and family know my experience at the Cibolo location!

This place is so much better now with Kayla and the team. Everyone is helpful and firing on all cylinders. The team work is on point. Amazing what a difference new management can make. Keep up the great work !

If I could just put zero stars I would. We asked if we could borrow tools to replace an alternator, and they let us borrow them without question. After working very had to get it off, a worker came out simply asking if we were still using the tools and of course we were then he said nothing and went back in. 10 minutes later the most rude reaction of a manager comes out to blow up on us if we still were using the tools, almost treating us like criminals about to steal them?! My dad was very frustrated to begin with and this did not help.. we had a fellow customer help and then another worker that was sent out to help us came to really just cause even more stress. Like if you re that worried about tools don t just give them out. Hold an I d or something of value it s so wrong to pressure a customer like this and extremely unprofessional. This place has completely lost my business. The kid that was sent out wouldn t respond when asked about his name either. Such a toxic work place.

3 words. Price March Guarantee. Stopped here after going to tractor supply, I needed oil and oil filter for my pickup and I noticed right away the oil here was expensive. I asked Juan if they did price matching and they said OF COURSE! I got what I needed, didn't over pay and left very happy. Great place and great people running it.

Wanna give a big shout out to the employees at the O'Reilly's in Cibolo and most importantly to Kayla she went above and beyond to help us this morning. She gave me a ride back to my broke down vehicle and stayed around to assist my husband. Thank you so much Kayla u deserve a raise!!!!! I appreciate you taking time off your work schedule to help us out. By the way we made it to our Destination, wouldn't have done it without Kayla's help.

A true 5/5 stars. They put in a ton of time and effort in getting me back on the road and only charged me for the parts when I would've gladly paid for the labor. Customer for as long as I'll be in San Antonio. Story below.Went in for what i thought was a simple battery replacement after Autozone didn't have the battery in stock. I was actually on my way to another Autozone when i crossed this store. I'm immensely glad that i came across this store.They offered to help me change the battery, sounds good thus far. They bring out their own toolset which is in great condition. We remove the battery cover; turns out the negative terminal has completely bonded to the battery clamp and it won't budge, it's bonded on there very tightly. Trinidad, one of the service members there, stays with me for a good couple of hours outside on the car, while other service members drop in with advice/tools. Way more than i expected thus far. Battery terminal won't budge from the clamp despite a whole lot of time invested and different tools and cleaners used; my battery had been leaking without me knowing it and the corrosion/bond just wouldn't let the clamp go from the terminal.Fully expecting them to say 'we tried, sorry' after Trinidad and everyone else there had been outside for a couple of hours trying to get the battery clamp off of the terminal. Nope, he just presses on. Store manager (Frank or Freddie, sorry I didn't get a good look) comes outside and begins replace a grounding cable after Trinidad has replaced the battery clamp by cutting off the old one and reattaching a universal clamp (something I wouldn't have attempted on my own).After all this, I fully expected them to charge for labor or something, this was way more effort and determination than I've ever seen from a mechanic shop, let alone an auto parts store. Nope. They charge me for the parts, and only ask that I think of them in the future. Saved me a trip to the mechanic, a few days without my wife having a car, and probably hundreds of dollars. Not sure if all O'Rilley stores are like this but awesome experience; I'm behind on some things due to the car problem but I wanted to take the time and write this. Thanks guys!

Benny is AMAZING! He is very professional and caring. Assisted me in getting a new battery and provided details on other parts. Benny explained everything so clearly and is very polite.

I went in for an air filter for my car I did not know where it went or anything. The gentlemen came out and to show me and assist me with everything! They were very helpful and a lot of fun! I will definitely recommend this store!!!

I love this location! Every single time I make the mistake of settling for an AutoZone, then don't find what I want...I always end up coming here and being dumbfounded by the fact O'Reilly's just has it sitting on the shelf. Yes, every now and then I'll have to order parts and wait a couple days because I drive a late model import, but for simple things like bulbs and trim pieces...its amazing that O'Reilly's carries it and AutoZone might not even have it in their system much less on the shelf. Plus, the folks at this location rarely BS with you. I'm a gearhead. I never feel like I'm talking to O'Reilly's employees that are just collecting a paycheck. Its refreshing.

Place is well kept and staff very helpful but when they said they will price match i was ok. But guy comes back and ask if will do 10 off instead of 15 cheaper at autozone. I said no then they will do the 15 off. Just walked out. Not about to barter with a store

Had a very rude person help me on the phone even went so far as to cuss at me when I went to the store he even tried to come around the counter and start a physical confrontation the staff at the o'reillys on 1103 is horrible compared to the staff that was there when it 1st opened. Several months ago the store manager "Kirsten Herrera" was extremely rude to me. I was asked to give the store another chance. I did so to day when I was verbal and physically threatened. Apparently the ghetto has moved to our neighborhood.
