The MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE!I came in expecting just to get a quick code read and be on my way. Aiden looked up what was needed to be done to fix the code and even helped me correct the issue right there in the parking lot! He went way above and beyond! I can't thank him enough! He was very polite, respectful, and growing in his knowledge! Again, thank you a million for your help!For the record, I've also come multiple times before and have always had excellent service and advice on parts needed. I used to go here often for the knowledge of the people that worked there. The store manager and the guy around the corner used to help me with all my needs and would answer most all my questions. They saved me so much money over the last year since I moved to Cibolo. Seems they ran them off and the whole store is new staff who do not know anything and can't answer any of my questions. This is sad as I depended on the knowledge this store and now it's all gone. I went in the evening and spoke with Eric and is pretty knowledgeable and helped me out. He was good. But the anyone else is just cashiers like at a convenience store. The bald buy is awkward and don't want to deal with him again as well as the younger manager who isn't very knowledgeable. Just going to go to the AutoZone in schertz or O'Reilly's here in Cibolo from now on.

Great store to buy more and more parts. Staff is friendly and I like how they turn the screen so I can pick which brand I want. Kind of expensive then buying it online but you can't plan when your car breaks down AutoZone is always there when it does.

These guys were amazing. Gillman Honda had Honda crv batteries on BACKORDER for up to a month and kept trying to sell me services I didn t need. I was able to get a battery at this AutoZone the same day and have it installed for no extra charge AND they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need! Jackson was the boy that installed my battery. He did an amazing job and was super friendly. I would totally recommend this AutoZone.

The entire time I have had my acct, I have never done a review. But this was worth it. I have a commercial account and while visiting a friend in Marion, I needed brakes for his car. We went up to Cibolo as they were the closest store. We asked if they had a commercial department and they directed me around the corner of the counters to their commercial guy. Now this guy has knowledge, direct, but very knowledgeable. He is a great salesman, has great knowledge of the parts he sales, and even convinced me start using the golds and elite pads for my customers. We talked about different cars and the line of work we have been in for almost an hour. Great store, great staff, and wish more stores were like this.

Best auto store ever. The guys here are so helpful. We ve had nothing but good experiences here. Stopped by tonight and the guy working helped us install a new bulb for our taillight that we couldn t figure out how to change. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable.

This would be a 5-star review were it not for the surly clerk I first encountered, and seemed to feel like it was a hassle to serve me. However, he was saved by the gentleman who installed my battery cheerfully and sent me on my way. 100% satisfaction with the battery purchase and replacement. Not so much with customer service, though.

Originally left a 1 star review out of frustration but changed it... I regularly come here and will continue to come here. My issue is the customer service here is not as good as the oreillys down the street. I wouldn't say it's bad just not as good.

The ENTIRE staff here is GREAT! They re courteous & professional. They are patient while answering questions and making recommendations. What REALLY needs to be commended is their unwavering commitment to helping with installations in the searing Texas heat! KUDOS to Victor for his OUTSTANDING leadership!!!

Lifesavers! We have a special vehicle we use in our home service company. We have had issues with its power system for over a year. James not only helped us out with this very tricky three battery linked system, he also diagnosed the main issues in charging the system and how to prevent us from needless down time which was costing us time and revenue. James and the staff at the Cibolo Autozone are definitely our go to place because they are super friendly, helpful, and so darn technically savvy. There may be other part stores in Cibolo, but truly only one choice - Autozone! Definitely a fan! Thank you so very much ..you are truly appreciated.

Just went to get my battery for my truck as it's due for a change and there are a couple things I need to fix so that I may add to later. I spoke to a young man behind the counter who said, "Honestly, if you're just trying to get rid of the truck I'd suggest this" pointing to a battery I never asked for. That's a serious implication that had no pretext and pretty demeaning. Customer service manners would definitely be much appreciated. I've come to this autzone several times before and have never had an issue.

The customer service was excellent. I wish I knew the store rep name that assisted me but he went above and beyond in helping me select the best part and even installed the battery for me since I had no knowledge where the battery was (it located in trunk) Great job and thanks! This young man deserves recognition!

Robert (store manager) is very knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to help you troubleshoot and save money by keeping you from going to a mechanic when you can fix it yourself.

Very helpful People they and not out to sell you just SOMETHING , they are giving you advises on their own experiences!!!.. Bought Windshield Wipers and wasn't sure which one could be the best for my needs, but I ended up with a none expensive Brand, bc the Manager used them on his Truck for years and obviously he was very happy with their Performance..!!.. I bought them and next day it was pouring just down, but the New Wipers just worked like MAGIC..!! Thanks for HELPING and not only SELLING..!!!

Every single guy and gal that works here are great. Leo is an awesome manager. I feel like a family member rather than a customer. They're all very smart and advise on various ways to work on my cars. They know their products very well.

Receive an amazing customer service experience here to help me with my son's battery. As soon as they saw it they know the battery was bad they've found the right parts for the car and we went out and go thank you autozone for your team.

Brought my other car battery in to be checked, when I walked outside my tire was completely flat. Richard, who was just getting off from his shift, offered to help me. He didn't hesitate to fix my tire in the Extreme HEAT and fill tires with proper air pressure. I tried to give him some money but he declined and simply said "I always believe in helping another if I can"; Just the kindest person. Thank you so much Richard !

Not very pleasant. I was returning a part which I thought was the correct part that I had on my receipt. The sales guy told me I had brought in the wrong part .Pretty much said I purposely was trying to trick them to get a refund of 54.00 which is chump change. When I left the store all the workers came outside to intimidate me or something. Chuckles. I better things to do then to argue with people who hate doing there job.
