Needed help with flat repair while travelling. Both guys working early at 8 am were very, very helpful. We were back on the road in no time. Sadly I did not catch the names of the two employees working on Dec 22, but a big thanks to them both.

Got two new front tires. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. They were at the right place at the right time with the right stock and price.

Stopped here to get an oil change while traveling. Google says Auto center opens at 8am. Big sign outside of the Auto center says they open at 8.After waiting for them to "open" I got tired of waiting, called the front desk and the lady says they open at 9am. I told her their sign outside says 8am. I told her that google also says 8am. But I really doubt they even care.Thank you Walmart for wasting my time.

When we called, they told us they had time for us before closing. We got there, and were told "just a minute." We were ignored for twenty minutes, just for them to say, "sorry we're too busy to help you." By then, all of the other autoplaces were closed. We waited for them when we could have gone elsewhere.

Went in to get 2 small leaks fixed, got car right in, but took 1.5 hours to fix them. They didn t get in any hurry. Inspected my tires and rims before leaving and my black rim had an inch gouge in it! They don t have any respect for other peoples vehicles.

Wow! Kevin and his team were amazing in the auto department with a tire repair. Also several employees asked if I needed help while browsing. Amazing customer service. We were out in about 1/2 an hour. Thank you for a great Walmart experience!

Took a nail into the sidewall of my tire in the middle of a 900 mile road trip. Very helpful and friendly staff, got me back on the road as quick as they could. Great experience as far as road-trip car problems go.Service: TiresService: Tires

Pulled in a little after 6 with a spare tire on. They close at 7. They let me know there's a 2 hour wait but they're going to stay late and do my tire. The auto manager was extremely nice and helpful!

Had a flat tire the day before Memorial day. I showed up 5 mins before closing and told them I would understand, if I had to wait until Tuesday to get a replacement. They replaced my tire and I was back on the road in 30 mins.Service: TiresService: Tires

On a road trip we had a tire blowout 15 minutes out. They closed 20 minutes from when we showed up and didn't hesitate to help us. Super friendly too!

About three months ago bought a car with new tires on front. Right rear started making sound. Asked Walmart to replace with tire same as front. Told us it was discontinued. So I told them to put on their lowest priced tire. They said it was no longer available. They put on a Viva tire. Today the left rear threw the tread off. Asked them to replace with a Viva. Told us Viva was discontinued. Miraculously they now carry the cheaper tire. At least they had the same size each time.

Got a tire and they changed it. Very helpful did take awhile due to them being short staffed and busy. Overall, I was happy we were able to get back on the road.

These idiots don't know their a****** from a hole in the ground! My tire was leaking really bad and they tried to convince me that it wasn't. Even told me that it wasn't losing pressure any faster than the others! Yesterday it went down to 24lbs of air....twice. I put in fix-a-flat on the second go round and drove 30 miles. It went from 24 to 32. Because it wasn't flat when I took it in the next morning, they said that nothing was wrong with it! I have never seen such bad service with Walmart Tire & Lube! This is unacceptable!

The one thing about me is that I will tell the truth when I give a comment about a business..I gave a 5 star rating because it was a fantastic experience,taking my car for service today.Tifanny took the order and she was wonderful about the whole process.very friendly and professional.The service man Hispanic male brought back my car in timely manner,very careful not to stained up the carpet.Jim a long time employer of Wal-Mart checked me out very knowledgeable person.Its been a long time since I seen and experience this kind of service from Wal-Mart.This people today need teach other associates how great customers...Mr Sam Walton would be proud of this three associates.

They gave me a boost when my car had died thought that's was really nice. Turned out i needed a new battery Jacob and his team accommodated all my needs. I will be going back for tires and oil change soon. Thanks guys!!

Really friendly and helpful staff. I got a screw in my tire during a 900 mile road trip. The crew at Walmart had me back on the road in half an hour

Traveling and got a flat tire. Dusty, Jordan and Billy had repaired our flat tire and had us out of there in about 20 mins! Great service!

There was some kid who was going to get my truck but apparently got side tracked and wasted my time. Also there was a man sleeping in the back of the store and he worked there. He tried to sell me weed that he stashed in his beard. Very disrespectful and rude but his weed was cheap so I gave it one Star

The gentleman, who I assume is the auto center manager, was being helpful y in putting my spare tire while on a trip to Dallas! Friendly, professional, and kind. Needs a raise.

Would never let him them work on my car again !! They put three quarters of a quart too much oil and wrong filter even !!
