I would like to say that I really appreciate their service. I went to have one of my vehicle's tire check, and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this new place to my family, friends and just anybody that need great service. I'll look forward to do business with them again. It's an A++++. Keep up the great work and great customer service.

Best place for tire rotation. These guys know what they are doing. Minimum wait time. I live in Dayton and I will only take my truck here. And they have a Guy that specializes in Motorcycles too.

By far the best place I been too for Service on my tires they took good care for me and even went above and beyond to make sure my drive to north Carolina was safe, gave me good info on tire repair service in case I had a Flat along the way. I enjoyed there Employees they were super nice and very friendly.

The staff here are nice and super helpful. The pricing and quality of work was exceptional as well. Location is great and with the business being right off the freeway, it s convenient in case of a tire emergency.

I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new set of tires!! All of the employees were so friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Clean location and comfortable waiting area. I will definitely only come here from now on!

Took my truck to get alignment ended getting my inspection also. The staff was great knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me quote for tires for my daughters car with no up selling. Very highly recommend this shop.

Service was very fast with competitive pricing options! Got a set of tires ordered and installed the same day which saved me hundreds in comparison to discount tire prices. Best local option by far!

Great new tire shop.. I was looking for special tire.. and they where about to get them for me the same day..at a great price.. definitely recommend this tire shop..wonderful customer service.. and the employee worked there best to get the job done.

worst place I been, take my 2020 ram 3500 for aligment it was pulling I little bit to rigth side, after they get done truck was really bad pulling alot to rigth side, I came back to talk to this guy he said it was a problem with my truck no warranty, he charge me $60 dollars and had to pay cash,because sistem was not working, when I asked for may receipt he gave me a hand paper one, I take my truck to a different shop and they did the aligment with no problem, don't go there you gonna waste just your money

Place closed down with no notice after being open barely a year. I paid for a lifetime membership I only got 1 alignment before it closed and the other 2 times I showed up the machine was down.

Thomas and all the guys at intire city were great today they helped me with everything that I needed. They even took the tires off the rims for free. Great employees excellent customer service, and willing to go above and beyond. I will go to intire city anytime I need tires!

Nice guys. I had an issue but they did resolve it and apologized. They are supposed to open at 8am however I've been here on this the 2nd time today and no one is here after 8am. The first time I came it took awhile for my service. We'll see how it goes this time.

I woke up one morning with a flat tire come to find out I had a nail in my tire and I had to get to work. I pulled into their shop and they got me in and out in 15 minutes for a tire patch awesome customer service and even better prices!!!

So i came in because i had a flat and goggle, and this place came up.. So when i got there they were really friendly and helpful.. so i wanted to just put my space on bc in the pass my tire size has bn hard to find on a Bently.. But they told me they could have one here in 30 mins.. So i was like cool.. But while taking my old tire off they scratched my rim.. Mind u the rims r 10k a set.. but I really couldn t get upset bc they handled it sooooo well.. So they took the rim to get fixed and gave me the tire for free to fix there mistake.. Now this is how u stay in business a long time.. From here on out i will only be using this company.. I am real big on customer service.. Hats off to the management team and workers at this place..

Alignment are Cheaper Then Wheel & Exile At Pasadena But Lack In Experience and Adjustments. You Pay For What You Get.
