Came in to get my battery charged and the white guy at the counter said it was already fully charged and I told him how the other day I came in and I was told it was 75% charged (didn t have time to have it charged then) I was curious as to why the same battery was reading different when I did nothing to it and he just said I don t know and gave me a look that made me feel I inconvenienced him for asking, I tried asking more questions to get a better understanding but he just kept saying he didn t know. Thankfully another autozone location educated me on the possible reasons and what to do.

I went sunday for get a battery, got prorated and paid #158for a bee one. About 45 minutes later I took my sister in laws truck to get the alternator checked. There were 2 people in front so I waited till it was my turn. I asked Eric to if he could check the alternator and he responded "no, we are to busy right now". There were 3 people attending customers at the counter. I told him that I could wait until he attended the 3 people behind me and again he said "no we are too busy". What kind of employee is he?! He has a bad attitude and Absolutely no customer service skills. At this point I was furious and asked him if he has the tools to check it and he said yes. So I told him that it was a service that they provide but he refused to do it?! At this point he grabbed the tester and went to check the alternator and told me that the screen said check connections. I really think he did something on the tester to read that. I went across the street to o'Reilly's and they check it and purchased the alternator there and guess what? They only had 2 people working behind the counter and were very professional. Eric at Autzone needs retraining. As a former Autozone employee many years ago this was never acceptable. Eric was very rude, unprofessional and lost out on a $300 sale.

There' s2 other ones in the area but so far I've liked this location the best. This one has a very good selection and every time I've gone to look for a last minute part that somehow I missed while prepping my truck for the strip, they've never disappointed. The lady that works there was very knowledgeable when I stated my specific needs and even went to the back and brought back several other varieties in case i liked one more than the other. I honestly prefer having to cross under Beltway 8 and the busy intersection just to go here. Plenty of parking as well.

Ms. Lovette is the kindest she has patience very helpful. Reason for 3 star rating is because i walked in and saw a man struggling to communicate what he needed i asked him if he needed help the cashier was getting annoyed and raised his voice at him. The customer was not offending him or raising his voice. He said he didn t like the way he was being helped. I understand it is frustrating but there is no need to raise your voice at an older Hispanic gentleman and also help him in a rude manner.

I did not enjoy my experience here, TERRIBLE customer service!! The First Lady I dealt with asked me a whole aray of specifications in witch I did not know... the second person I dealt with after I had to bring it back asked me for my vin number. Once she had it pulled up she read back all the specs and said, for future references well guess what... I don t work on cars or sell parts so I will probably not remember the next time either... Want good customer service, there was 2 women and a man I would wait for the man.

Worst customer service. If I could give no stars I would.I went in to return a car part and this African-American lady yelled at me and the guy helping me at the register saying no returns because the didn t have money. She completely embarrassed the poor boy that was attending me in front of a line of people. If she would have talk to me in a different tone explaining to me that they didn t have cash to give back I would have completely understood but she came off extremely rude and disrespectful. Won t be back.

This store has the worst service. For the most part the staff and thr GM had no idea what parts are needed for a vehicle. I had to order a head lamp assembly Sunday. Yesterday it came in yesterday (Monday) and it was the wrong part. I had to order another part again and pay more. Had the clerk done his job right, I would have thenright part today (Tuesday). The people here are a joke. If you think you going to get service and actual knowledge, don't get your hopes up.

Really poor customer service. Most of the employees have terrible attitudes. Would much rather go to O'Reilly's.

I needed a locking gas cap. I found an associate to help, but obviously he was new as he didn't know where they were located. He asked another associate and was told they were in the front of the store as we approached the front. The associate walks off leaving, the other associates walk to the back and I can hear them talking. I am thinking this should not be as I am standing there waiting for assistance. I start talking loud asking for help since there isn't anyone manning the store, all three are in the back. Two in one spot and the new guy is off doing whatever. I can't get the gas caps myself, I walked around the store thinking I could get the cap myself but after not finding them I asked for help. Finally the male associate walks out after he hears me asking for help. I say the other associate left, oh he was helping another customer. He didn't say that nor did he say I will be right back. I ran into him in the back of the store. I should have left as the gas caps were more than the price listed at O'Reillys and the rude service. I wanted to give them a try but I will go elsewhere whereby I can get service. I could have walked out the store with whatever, nobody was watching.

If I could give a negative star I would--- very unacceptable. i did my home work and check the correct and closest Auto zone on who would have my part. so i go in and pay for my Starter and get home show my son he opens it and says mom this is "cracked" i was furious.. How do you train these clerks and managers did one of the employees drop it and put it back on the shelf??? the guy that took my money never... i say never opened the box to make sure the part was in good condition. so I had to go back to return the damn part and i went to the auto zone on Sheldon and that guys made it right.. but I say if 'you screwed up' on not checking the part you should refund me some gas money don't you think ... Unhappy customer...

After having a horrible day, I walked in thinking it was only my battery and to find out it was my alternator worse news i know but Daniel was super helpful in finding the parts and directing me a few shops that would be able to take me in rather quickly on a Friday. Super blessed. Best customer service ever!

Called and had to keep repeating what the make, model and part I needed because the lady that answered the phone was too busy talking with the other employees. Then once I finally got the price for the part, the lady just hung up on me. They had the cheaper price but I will not buy from them since their customer service is chit!

Jose Salmon is awesome. Went across the street for a battery from O'Reilly. After waiting for someone to check the battery and being told that the battery was bad we went inside and waited for 10 minutes to be told "We have a line now so you will have to wait until there is no line." With that we left O'Reilly and came across the street to AutoZone. Jose was great. He agreed to install the battery, found me a bolt to use and even gave so e recommendations on how I can check my alternator. Truly great customer service.

Oops! My bad! This review was for the O'Reilly's across the street! This Autozone has an evening crew who absolutely has no dedication or even a hint of the concept of what customer service is!I arrived an hour and 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time and requested they test my battery, alternator and starter. The individual behind the counter said, "No. We're closing in fifteen minutes."I looked at the posted hours of operation on Google maps AND they correlated with the hours of operation on the front of the building and told the guy, "Your posted hours of operation says your open for another hour."Frizz boy said, "Doesn't matter. We're closing in less than 15 minutes. Winter hours."I said, "Ok! Cool! I'll take my business across the street to your competitor then. Thanks!"Across the street, I purchased a brand new battery, a battery terminal service kit, a couple of tools, a bunch of automotive detailing products, and I'll be returning to them to purchase a set of brake pads, spark plugs, ignition coils and full synthetic Mobil 1 Annual Protection oil & filter for my 2009 Nissan Maxima. Look who lost out on hundreds of dollars worth of revenue due to being lazy and having a piss poor attitude without an ounce of consideration or concern for the customer. Great job guys! The following comment was actually intended for O'Reilly's Auto Parts across the street...Very helpful. Tested battery, alternator and starter. Battery was bad and they loaned me the tools to do the exchange right there in the parking lot. Thanks for the help, guys!
