Worst experience I've ever had at an O'Reilly's.. the counter clerk disregarded me and my mother. When asking for assistance. Just pointed to an isle with products. I'm very ignorant on car stuff and told him we needed something specific. Still disregarded us. With only one other customer in the store. Won't be doing any business with them.

Seth is always going above and beyond anytime we need something. O'Reilly's will always be our go to for our car needs.

Auto parts stores get crucified by people who think the staff are supposed to know everything and be able to answer everything about the car when the customer can't even tell them what model or year it is half the time. Retail is tough, staffing is hard and customers always think they are right. This store does a great job in spite of all that. They are helpful, they do a great job when I, my kids, or my wife go get something, and they smile even when I am pretty sure they don't want to.

Bought a thermostat for my GMC pickup called ahead to get a price an see if they had one in stocks, they said they did so I drove over an got part an installed works greats ,this the Chandler store off hwy 31 ,

Went to purchase refrigerant for my car. The gentlemen that helped me were Pringle and Dakota. Pringle helped me find the refrigerant I needed. I asked for assistance using the refrigerant kit, so Dakota helped me. He walked me through the process of how to use it, and told me that my refrigerant was actually full. He gave me a full refund for the product since I didn t need it. Great help and quality service. Thanks guys!

Justin the manager is an outstanding young man! He was so knowledgeable and professional. He was able to assess my problem and find a solution quickly! This is a great place to get good honest support from people you can trust.

My husband went to this store to get some items that he needed for a four wheeler that he had just received. They gave him the run round and as good as told him they didn't care to help.Now I work a high stress job at a customer service desk and no matter the item or service the customer needs we always help to achieve customer satisfaction.So this store received the lowest rating I could give.Oh and so we went a block away at the other parts store and got what he needed noproblem.

To the 2 gentlemen that closed the store tonight at 8pm but let me in after closing to buy a part, THANK YOU! You guys had no idea, but the entire day was filled with roadblocks and stop signs for me but you ended it on a positive note. Thank you for being wonderful humans and rescuing me from a terrible day. Sometimes it's more than the customer service, it's human connection. Thanks guys! You blessed me today!

As always, O'Reilly's Auto Parts is clean, well organized, and professionally staffed with knowledgeable associates that bend over backwards to help with all your automotive needs. They will follow through with all requests that are within their boundaries. If they can not get whatever you need, they will help find where ot is that you can get it. I am sold on giving this company my patronage!

It is a typical car parts place, but they do have some nice employees and some that don't seem to know cars to well, I was told my SUV was an 8 cylinder but in fact with the VIN number put in it is in fact a straight 6 cylinder so there you go you can have a four wheel drive SUV and it be a 6 cylinder!
