10/10 best experience I ve ever had with a auto shop. They helped turn a bad day into a good one after I broke down on the highway 2 hours from home just me and my little dog. By the time the tow truck arrived it was a hour before they closed. They went out of their way to figure out my water pump was broke, get the part, and fix it which included them having to stay later after close. Making sure I didn t have to be stranded alone and could make it back to Dallas tonight. I wish they were closer I would use them all the time. If you need an Auto shop I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks again for the amazing service!

I was headed up to Nacogdoches to go see my daughter at SFA when I had a blowout on highway 7 right outside Centerville. I thought I was prepared, but forgot one of the most essential tools to have on you when on a road trip. Yep my good ole lug wrench was left behind in Austin. I was able to drive back into Centerville where I found Minter s Twisted Wrench Auto shop. Justin, the shop owner explained that he didn t have any tires for my small Scion Xb, but that didn t stop him from helping me out. Right away he removed the lugs for me and put on my emergency spare tire. I Asked him what I owed him and he said I didn t owe him anything! Justin, thank you for helping a brother out in my time of need and many blessings to y all! My daughter will be going to school nearby for the next 4 years and I know where I can stop to get some work done while I m out here. Definitely recommend Minter s for all your auto needs! Thanks again Justin

I hit a pothole in centerville and busted a tire belt and wheel bearing. I googled for the nearest mechanic and came up with these folks, they knew I was on the job and dropped everything to give me a quick diagnosis. They were kind and considerate, would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this business. I had an a/c compressor failure on my RAM truck. Mr. Justin Minter and his crew took care of the problem quickly, and at a good price. Justin was amazing.We were traveling from Houston to Nevada. Blew a fuse and ended up across the street from them.Justin came over and got us going enough to get hotel for the nightThen helped us the next morning.We are on the road now.

I was traveling with my family through town and suddenly needed a mechanic. Found these guys thanks to the people at the grocery store and I'm sure glad they directed us their way! If Centerville was my hometown, these guys would definitely be my mechanics! Very Nice people. I had a warning light to come on a wrench. They checked it out. They advised me to take my truck to a dealership and didn't even charge for checking it out for me. I would recommend them !

Hadn't driven my truck in about a year. Brought it in for an oil change and thought it needed a ball joint replaced. Ball joints were fine but wheel hub was damaged to the point of being very unsafe. Entire staff were super helpful and patient with me as I have no mechanical knowledge. Additionally I was keen to replace several additional things but was assured they were all fine and it was unnecessary. Great guys,honesty and integrity are so rare but they have plenty here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Definitely would recommend. Was having issues with my vehicle coming from Dallas to Houston and had no idea where to look for assistance until I came across his shop. Offered a friendly hand to take a look at my vehicle with no charge to see what the problem was. Quickly diagnosed and with a friendly conversation we were in and out. Also took the time to make sure the work was well done even after their closing time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I'm a bit late posting this, but I was driving back to Arkansas in the Fall of 2019 when the transmission went out unexpectedly in my Duramax Diesel. I used Google and pulled into the parking lot to find at least a half-dozen Duramaxes parked in the lot and knew I was in the right place. Justin diagnosed it quickly and told me it would be two weeks to get the parts. He had one of his mechanics drive me all the way to Palestine to get a rental car. On Thursday of the next week he called to tell me my truck was done. Less than a week and right on target for his estimate to get it fixed! I can t thank them enough and how kind they were to help me while I was in route traveling to Houston from Dallas and my AC went out and was blowing hot air in 101 degree weather and I freaked out! They helped me out and got my AC back working in 20 minutes long enough for me to make it to my destination and charged me nothing. Even though he didn t repair anything. The fact that they took precious time yo even assist a damsel in distress is what matters most! If you re passing thru Centerville see these guys for your car needs! He genuinely cares.

Teenage daughter and friend going back to college had car trouble on freeway. Google search and called ahead. They got her in and fixed car and on way and wouldn't take payment. Traveling back home to Nebraska and ran into some anti theft/starter problems. After being stranded, we Called a number we found on google and they couldn t help but directed us to a shop they didn t know the name of and he wasn t sure of the guys name but he had heard great things. It ended up being Justin from Minter s. He found the problem within five minutes (something that the mechanics back home had worked on off and on for the last month apparently without correcting) and was able to show us a smart trick to help us get home. He was very smart and a great guy. Thanks Justin!

After taking my vehicle there to replace the alternator (which I supplied), not only did they not provide me the old alternator, but when they reconnected the air conditioning compressor, they failed to connect it properly, "MacGuyver'd" the connection back, and cost me over $1100 in repairs when i took it back to my home shop. Dont take your vehicles here if you know what's good for you.

My boyfriend and I are driving from Oklahoma to Houston and he was concerned about his truck and the noises it was making. After putting in some oil at the gas station we drove over here for a second opinion. Justin was able to help us out and give my boyfriend piece of mind. Thank you!

This young man and his son came to the rescue of a lady and her kids from Dallas whose vehicle wouldn't start. They worked diligently until they got the car started. I was lead by an ANGEL to that place. I was in trouble, my car was leaking gas.I lost all my gas quickly. Jason was a GOD send. He quickly fixed it for me. I PRAYED FOR GOD TO BLESS HIM. I BELIEVE HE WILL. THANKS AGAIN.

Alternator quit on me while passing Centerville this shop gave me the best rate in town not only that I dropped some money at the shop and they actually called me before I noticed it was gone ... TRUSTWORTHY HONESY FRIENDLY great business A+
