Do Not Buy any vehicles from this dealership. The service department do not check the vehicles properly on a trade in and you will end up buying something that barely works or breaks down on you. Then when you take it back to the service department they never communicate on what is going on with the vehicle and you will be out of a way to go for weeks. Minding they only make the vehicle good enough to go for 30 days so they know they get their money from your finance company and you won't have time to dispute it with your finance company that was abad vehicle from the start. You will constantly have to call them on everything and they will never pick up the phone to call you and when you do talk to them it's always they're taking it for a test drive or running the fluids but how long does it take or how many mechanics does it take to run fluids and test drive a truck. Idk.. it's been almost 3 weeks so far for us!!! Then we're looking at older reviews and it seems that not one thing is being done with the service department bc most of the bad reviews are from them and none of them have a clue on what's going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend going somewhere else to buy your vehicle, save yourself the time and Money!! Now this system forces you to give them a star but honestly I truly give them zero stars!!!

I just picked up a new 2023 Sierra AT4 and couldn't be happier with the truck and Raymond GMC. Chris and Dorian are good people and made this process easy and stress free.If you're looking for a vehicle, ask for Chris and he'll make sure you're taken care of.Thanks again Chris!

I am currently buying a truck from this place and this is the 3rd or 4th time it has been in the shop. They keep changing out coils and now they are saying it's the throttle body. For a truck to be worth this much money it sure has a lot of problems! Sometimes we are without a vehicle for weeks without anyone trying to communicate with us. I have to call and see what's going on from time to time. It's completely frustrating because we are paying so much!!!

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had in any state we have lived. For this purchase we had went to 3 other dealerships. We drove to Raymond Motor Co. after speaking with Chris, our salesman, we got a sense of great honesty and integrity. When arriving he, Chris, listened well and carefully to our needs and assisted us with viewing 3 different vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable about what's under the hood and did not try to sway us in a direction. This car buying experience was just as easy and comfortable as talking to a family member whom you like. After our selection of a vehicle the general manager and the financial officer were very helpful/ kind and were never pushy at all. We got a super rate, payments that fit our budget and were in and out of this buying process in about 45 minutes total! The first 45 minutes was spent test driving vehicles, We expect our new vehicle to last a long time and now plan on taking our other vehicles to this dealership for all servicing needs. We are not related in any way to anyone at this dealership. We are just super satisfied and happy customers! Thank you again Chris and the rest of the Raymond Motor Co family.

I normally take my vehicle out of town to be serviced. Which ends up being an all day affair if not longer depending on what's being done. Raymond had my car for less than 2 hours and I was ready to roll. Once I went pick it up I was told it needed an alignment. They immediately got it right back in. I am very pleased with the customer service and the time frame.A. Pope

I was there to have some items installed, having ordered them from GMC. The staff and professionals were friendly, they received the order, and timely installed the exhaust and toolbox. However, the multi-link tailgate, just above the handle for the tailgate was bent. Someone had neglected to determine whether a hitch mount was in the receiver, fully dropped the tailgate, causing the upper portion of the tailgate to rest on the hitch. With the step folded down, the weight placed on that step put enough pressure on the hitch mount to bend the metal just above the handle on the tailgate. Had I been made aware and a repair performed, no big deal: but no one said anything. It s not major damage, but it was a brand new truck.

Shannon in the service department is incredibly awesome. She's a fireball of energy and her warming personality will draw anyone to come back time after time. She was happy to help me from the time I arrived to the moment I left. She communicated very well with me concerning my vehicle and what all needed to be done. She encouraged me to do what was best for optimal performance out of my vehicle. That's why she's the real MVP!!!

I was accused of not paying for my last oil change on June 27,2022. I explained that they were wrong and that I had my receipt at home to prove it. When I brought my receipt in the next day as proof all the lady said was that s what I needed, thanks. No apologies at the time or anything about this even happened. I will not be coming back

Went in for service. Had 8:30 appointment. Was told they would call when my vehicle was done. No one ever called. I went back at 4:30 vehicle still parked in same place I left it but they say they changed oil. I looked under hood and washer fluid was not evn filled. I honestly do not believe they changed my oil, but charged me $139. Was considering them for warranty work but not now. I've learned my lesson

This was (by far) one of the easiest and most relaxing car buying experiences! Big K was AWESOME and really cared about taking care of us. The responsiveness to all communication was impressively fast. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we weren't haggled to buy extra stuff and were in and out within 30 minutes. Would definitely do business with Raymond Motor Company again!!

First of all you can t schedule service online. I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I m not even sure the oil was changed, as the oil life was not reset and the tires were not rotated. I traded in my GMC one week later! I bought it so I would have service close by. I would rather drive 60 miles and get good service.

Folks were pleasant and explained what needed to be done. But, including the two-day weekend, I was without a vehicle for five days. There were no loaner cars. I have full coverage/liability insurance. Being without a vehicle for nearly a week was my only complaint.I have been purchasing vehicles from this facility since the early 80s, including during the days it was known as Monco Motors.

I always get my oil changed at Raymond Motor Company as well as any other service on my GMC Acadia. I have always found the people to be courteous and knowledgeable and willing to take care of what needs to be done to the vehicle.

Easiest and best car buying experience I ve ever had. Thoroughly impressed by the service given by the entire team at Raymond, especially Rusty my salesman. Great atmosphere, clean dealership, just the right amount of vehicles to look at, and friendly staff. Will be back for my next purchase in a few years.
