They are always nice and Always helpful just make sure you have the right part in your boxes before u leave . The only problem we have ran into there.

I like this O'reilly's. They have a large selection of low priced parts in stock. The employees are extremely helpful, and knowledgeable aout the parts they sell. This is generally my go to auto parts store. I will continue to keep using it and I recommend it to anyone. That needs/wants auto parts.

This was the first time I had an issue with Oreilly. Mind you we do a lot of business with them. But today Hanna was really rude and had a nasty attitude, when I asked her questions she would roll her eyes and make suggestions to drive to another store. Keep in mind I was already on the side of the road. This was the third I had the part from this store. Needless to say she is not very professional and should NOT OVER A CREW I wish I could give 0 stars

I needed a battery. Walmart ignored me, then refused to put the battery on because it looked too hard. Matthew at O'Reilly's put a new battery on my car in less than 10 minutes and did it with a smile! O'Reilly's will get all of my business from now on.

Very friendly service helped me to figure out how to remove tire lug locks without the key and just about always have what I'm looking for.

Very ignorant people work here. They don't know a radiator from a alternator. Sorry place..They never have any common parts in stock.

I had to pick a part up today. The employees are always so friendly. I ask for a particular salesperson. So Big John helped me out. He is always a blessing to visit with. I pray for him and his family.

Employees does not know what a radiator cap is. They attempt to sale a person a plastic cap for the plastic overflow coolant tank.. This store does not even list a metal radiator cap for the radiator anymore. Even the manager is illiterate

Will only use O'Reillys now; great customer service and knowledgable employees. Josh at O'Reillys was a tremendous help and helped solve car problem that ford dealership was not able to help me with.

After three days of dealing with autozone and them not ordering my part/not having it for me, I went here and ordered it. The next day, I had my part, which I definitely appreciated. Staff was nice

April went over and above to help me out with a tricky lug issue. I have always preferred O'Reilly and now I will drive an extra 20 miles each way to shop at this location! Service really does make a difference

I think Oreillys offers parts at a lower price than some other parts stores. The people working in our local store are courteous and helpful.

Friendly staff had the ignition control module I needed under warranty replaced it with no problems highly recommended place to get parts
