My battery died and Celeste and Scott were there to help! Celeste made all the arrangements over the phone and Scott came to me and installed my new battery. Luckily I was right down the road, less than a mile away. Both were super helpful and very friendly! Thank you both!!!

A good parts store for most parts. In my experience I found that I always need to ask about the electrical items such as starters alternators to find out what parts are rebuilt. Some are completely rebuilt some of them only have very few things in them changed. I'm not in any way saying don't buy your parts here I'm just saying ask and make sure you know what you're getting. Once you have replaced a brand new starter with another brand new starter a brand new alternator with another brand new alternator a couple of times you will get curious. They warranty their parts but not the labor.

I have a 25 yr old vehicle. The associates here are great. Any simple part I purchase, they are helpful in installing it. As a single middle-aged woman their help is invaluable and rare.

I don't shop at AutoZone much because of incidents of poor customer service, but this day in particular I experienced double, extraordinary, quality customer service. I was very grateful as well as pleased with my service and plan to shop there more frequently now. Thank y'all for taking great care of my funnel issue .!!

The employees are always nice and the store itself is just the right size to find whatever you're looking for for your vehicle quickly and easily. Normally has your cheapest available option for something between $5-$10, at least 3-4 options varying in price from around $5-$10 on up pending on the quality you're desiring.

Stephen T. Was awesome help. He had a time changing my headlight bulb in my GMC but, he got it done . He also tested my battery (which also had to be replaced)! Great customer service and i will definitely be using them in the future!!

I always said I wanted to know my people were smiling by the sound of their voice you can tell these people don't smile at their job either because they hate it or because they have not been trained and do not know what they are doing either way it seemed to be a chore to actually purchase merchandise I normally don't go there but was with a friend I will not be back I'll continue to go with my local NAPA store were they still know my name ready to help even if you are not ready to help put on your game face when you have customers

Man looking for my part was rude.. seemed like it was an issue for him to look stuff up for me. Ended up going to napa they had everything I needed and they were more then happy to help me when i wasn't sure exactly what i needed

I love my local auto zone and the workers who work there! Every time I have a issue I know I can't count on these guys to help me out, I love that they will help change batteries, lights simple things.

While the staff are very polite and the store itself is very nice, the products tend to be comparatively overpriced and low quality. If you need serious quality auto parts check with somewhere else, otherwise you'll be good
